"Traveling with my entire family, including the elderly and children, during Chinese New Year, we made a spontaneous stopover in Qionghai and randomly picked this hotel in the middle of the night. It turned out to be surprisingly good – absolutely the best value for money! The front desk staff was also incredibly thoughtful and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything tasted delicious, especially the milk tea, which was even better than what you'd find in a tea restaurant. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely choose this hotel."

Our housekeeper, Julia, was friendly and responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. Consumables and any other items we needed in the room were replenished as requested. Her service was truly professional."

"As a local, this was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was truly impressed! It's newly renovated, and the rooms are incredibly clean and tidy. The decor is stylish and sophisticated, easily outshining other hotels in the city. I bought a 38 RMB breakfast deal, and it was fantastic – so many local specialties, and even fresh squeezed juice, which you rarely see. The coffee was absolutely delicious, a real highlight! The service staff were very friendly, and the aunties in the lobby were also very polite. If you're coming to Qionghai and want a great place to stay, don't hesitate – it's really worth it!"

"So far on my trip to Hainan, I've stayed in four different hotels, ranging from budget-friendly to luxury five-star. My stay at Atour has been the most satisfying. Atour just opened less than two months ago, so everything is brand new, yet there's no hint of a renovation smell. The room's amenities and facilities are incredibly convenient and user-friendly, and the service attitude is wonderfully comforting and satisfying. It really feels like Atour's management genuinely understands customer needs and strives to provide service that meets, or even exceeds, expectations.
If I had to suggest an improvement, I'd recommend upgrading the toilet seats from the current semi-automatic heating and flushing models to fully automatic smart toilet seats that offer washing and cleaning functions. Quality brands like Panasonic offer these for under a thousand yuan. Smart toilet seats are quite common in many Chinese households now and are a significant consideration for many guests when traveling. Replacing them with fully smart models would be a major upgrade and a key factor for many potential guests."

During the Chinese New Year, it was very crowded. When I arrived in the afternoon, the hot spring pools looked a bit dirty, and I'm not sure if they clean them daily. The next day, I just swam in the heated pool, which was quite comfortable. I wish the suite didn't have bunk beds; it's inconvenient with elderly guests and children, and there was only one large bed. This hotel is really just a stopover, not worth making a special trip for. On the plus side, prices here are very cheap. If you don't mind not having a sea view, it could be a decent place for a vacation, especially considering the great value during Chinese New Year."

"This stay was truly excellent, and I absolutely have to write a rave review! From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the service was exceptionally attentive. They proactively helped with my luggage, guided me to parking, and were warm and considerate throughout. The receptionists, Xiao Fei and Xiao Zhan, were very efficient with check-in. The staff were gentle, patient, and provided detailed explanations, even offering information about hotel facilities and nearby transportation suggestions, making me feel very comfortable.
The room was clean and tidy, warmly decorated, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, with attention to detail. Any needs I had during my stay were met with a quick response from the hotel staff. They were professional and polite, truly responsive to every request. From the housekeeping staff's routine cleaning to the prompt handling of any issues, I felt their dedication and professionalism.
The hotel's overall environment is quiet and elegant, with clean and tidy public areas and a pleasant atmosphere. There were absolutely no complaints throughout the stay. The service was attentive, the attention to detail was excellent, and the overall experience was superb, making me feel truly at home. During our stay at the hotel, my wife slipped and hurt her left foot while taking a walk outside near the pool. It's very kind of them to have provided us heart-warming service and help. We will surely choose to live here again if coming to Hainan, and we'll also recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues."

"Consistently great, as always! I've stayed at Xana Hotelle branches up north before, but never knew there was one in Qionghai. I chose this place for a trip with my child, and it was perfect. The room is very spacious, with a sofa, and there's an underground parking lot. The environment is also very clean. What I love most is their king-size bed – zero pressure and incredibly comfortable. It's huge, easily fitting three people. We stayed in the 'Goddess Room,' which has both a shower and a bathtub, and the bathroom is also very big. Hot water comes quickly, and all the room controls are smart, which made for a great experience. It really offers incredible value for money! Breakfast is on the third floor, with both Chinese and Western options, and all the dishes are very fresh! I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Qionghai."

MM45012****My trip was rushed, and I didn't take any photos, but this guesthouse left a deep impression on me. The owner's decor was very grand! Naturally, the guesthouse was clean and comfortable. The location near Tanmen Fishing Port was interesting! What I'm most looking forward to is the owner's breakfast. The authentic seafood porridge was incredibly delicious. There was also a type of thin pancake; the breakfast was plentiful and unforgettable! So, besides recommending staying here, you absolutely must try their breakfast. If you miss it, you might not have another chance! If the owner sees this, please reply to me. What kind of fruit do you grow in your yard? This is making me anxious! 😂

MM12430****The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent hygiene! No carpets, so no musty smell, which is great for people with allergies. The hotel is right by the sea; its back door opens directly onto the coastal road, next to 'The Story of the Sea' – the most beautiful dining spot by the beach. We heard that even a former UN Secretary-General once dined there. Even at night, young couples were taking wedding photos on the beach. Walking west, you reach the mouth of the Wanquan River. Overall, though it's an older four-star hotel and the exterior looks a bit dated, the air is fresh, and it's very clean. The lobby even offers complimentary tea and bananas, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. In the evening, we went to the nearby Tanmen Town Fisherman's Wharf and bought live abalone, wild sea shrimp, mouse grouper, and scallops. We brought them back to the hotel, and the restaurant chef helped prepare them for a reasonable fee, which felt much safer than eating seafood at small outside eateries! The restaurant waitstaff, especially the aunties, provided superb service. They even kindly warned us when we ordered too many extra vegetables and soup, fearing we wouldn't finish them. In short, the hotel offers great value for money, and we extended our stay for two more nights! (Attached photos show the seaside scenery from the hotel's back door)

GGuest UserI used to come here often. School is about to start, so I brought my son to the beach this time. He had never been here before. As soon as he entered the community gate, he said he liked it very much. It was not as noisy as in the city. The community was clean and hygienic. He was so happy when he entered the room. The two beds were separated. He said he had his own private space to play with his phone at night. 😂 It was clean and hygienic, and the facilities and equipment were complete. I will come again in the future.

PPaul. SWalk 12-15mins from Qionghai Railway Station. Good location. Hotel has 7 floors serviced by 1 lift. Big lobby, premises clean, Free tea at lobby. Stayed on 4th floor, next to laundry room, 1 washing machine, no dryer. Room has usual amenities, 2 single beds, 4 pillows, 6 clothes hangers, long shelf below projection TV. No breakfast. Separate toilet/bath. Bath n face towels, floor towel mat, 2 sets slippers. Besides water, 4 sachets of tea provided, ceramic mugs. Writing space with Chair, shared bedside table. Adequate sockets for charging phones. Balcony with full height sliding glass. Got rain shower. Easy parking, restaurants, supermarkets within 400m radius. Clean and comfortable hotel. Qionghai itself quiet, less attractions and not so vibrant. Public buses need long wait, you probably need to use taxis or Didi.

CChi BoonWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful beach view and the location is convenient, close to the town area with many restaurants. We were also honored to be the first guests in their newly designed art room, which was very comfortable and unique.
Our trip here was very special, as we came in search of our long-lost relatives with very limited information. We are extremely grateful to the lady boss, who was so kind and helpful. She not only asked around for us but even personally drove us to the village area. Thanks to her generosity and warmhearted support, we were able to find our relatives. This stay was truly unforgettable, and we deeply appreciate her kindness.

The location of the hotel is very remote, you need to drive 3 kilometers to reach the business. The only thing is that it is very close to the beach. The front desk is a bit shabby, but the service attitude is okay. There is a restaurant on the 26th floor, which belongs to another famous hotel. First off, the location is great – very close to the high-speed rail station, less than 2 km away, and basically in the most bustling part of Qionghai. It's super convenient to get anywhere. Within a kilometer of the hotel, you'll find attractions like the Red Detachment of Women statue, Wanquan River Scenic Area, and Xizai Old Street. There's also a snack street nearby, and ordering takeout is easy. I ordered cooling drinks and shaved ice almost every day, as you sweat buckets the moment you step outside in Qionghai! The room was spacious, and the young lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and always happy to help.
