"The facilities are brand new, and the hotel is very clean! We were given watermelons upon check-in, and the front desk lady was incredibly friendly and available 24 hours a day! We checked in late at night and were completely comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by a plethora of amenities, including restaurants and a mahjong parlor. The night market is nearby, and there's a barber shop if you don't want to wash your hair. It was a truly worthwhile night in Xinjiang, and the price was incredibly reasonable. If I hadn't been short on time, I would have stayed longer. I'll definitely be back next time!"

"The room facilities were okay, and I was upgraded upon check-in, which was a plus. However, the service was terrible. The heating was too hot, and the air conditioning wasn't working, keeping the room temperature at a constant 30 degrees Celsius, making it impossible to sleep 🥵. I called the front desk four or five times. At first, they said they would have the maintenance department check if they could turn off the heating in our room separately. Then they said they had already turned off the underfloor heating. Later, I found that even with the windows open, the temperature wouldn't drop. I called again, and they told me the underfloor heating couldn't be controlled and that we should sleep with the doors and windows open—isn't that ridiculous? I probably only slept for an hour or two that night, feeling completely exhausted. The hotel offered no solutions, only suggesting we sleep with the doors and windows open. I said I couldn't stay any longer and requested to check out a day early. The front desk coldly said they wouldn't refund the room fee for the next day. Luckily, Ctrip refunded me directly, so I checked out and left immediately."

"I arrived in the early morning, and the front desk staff were dismissive. When I asked about breakfast, they said it would be delivered to my room, but they didn't specify what time. They ignored my inquiries. Then, around 8 a.m., when I was sound asleep, they knocked on my door and brought two meals. I didn't even see what was inside; the fruit was rotten. I was so sleepy and groggy that I had no appetite. I just wanted to sleep some more. But then they knocked again, saying they hadn't brought chopsticks, so they brought me some. I was speechless. Shouldn't they at least ask what time breakfast is served? The front desk staff are really incompetent. I don't know how they've arranged things. Shouldn't breakfast be eaten in the restaurant? Even if it's delivered to the room, shouldn't they at least ask what we want to eat, what options are available, and around what time?"

"The hotel was very clean and the interior is very modern. The hotel is located close to the desert.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me with planning my day, and when I got back from the desert, they allowed me to take a shower in one of the available rooms even though I had already checked out. This was really helpful, because I was getting on a sleeper train that night. Amazing service. I would definitely stay here again."

"We traveled with our pet by car and stayed in a special twin room (no window) on September 8, but other facilities were complete, new, clean and hygienic. I had a good sleep and was very satisfied. Thank you for being pet friendly. The area around the hotel is safe, clean and not cluttered. There is an open park diagonally opposite, which is very convenient for walking the dog. The front desk service patiently reminded us how to use the smart phone in a thoughtful and meticulous manner. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the mattress is thick and will not be disturbed by the springs. The bathroom has a large washbasin, the shower has all the necessary functions, the water pressure is high, and the toilet has an intelligent heated flush that requires no manipulation. Smart lighting makes it convenient to turn on the lights at night, and Xiaodu voice wake-up the air conditioner is also convenient. There are too many advantages to list here. Next time I go back to Xinjiang, I will definitely stop in Hami and stay at this hotel again."

The restaurant next door was delicious: No. 6 Noodles. I recommend staying here for a longer stay."

The room is very large. Although my window view is obstructed by the neon signage of the hotel name, I can get natural sunlight into my room.
Everything is new and clean. I didn't experience delay checking in as a passport holder. I was asked a few more questions than other Chinese hotels.
