"Everything except the breakfast was 10/10. Reception was super good, room was spacious, clean and has somewhat of a view over the desert, there was a (very small) gym and free self service laundry area. Free pick up and drop off from train station offered. Breakfast: brought to your room at whatever time you want, but very boring, basically not worth getting."

"This is a very nice hotel in a remote small town of Xinjiang. Everything exceeds my expectations. The room is very large. Although my window view is obstructed by the neon signage of the hotel name, I can get natural sunlight into my room. Everything is new and clean. I didn't experience delay checking in as a passport holder. I was asked a few more questions than other Chinese hotels. This hotel offers 5 free washer/dryer for guests..."

"The facilities are brand new, and the hotel is very clean! We were given watermelons upon check-in, and the front desk lady was incredibly friendly and available 24 hours a day! We checked in late at night and were completely comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by a plethora of amenities, including restaurants and a mahjong parlor. The night market is nearby, and there's a barber shop if you don't want to wash your hair. It was a truly worthwhile night in Xinjiang, and the price was incredibly reasonable. If I hadn't been short on time, I would have stayed longer. I'll definitely be back next time!"

"During the peak time on the way back, I passed by Shanshan and saw a lot of places, and finally decided on the Four Seasons Hotel! The warm and thoughtful attitude of the front desk made us feel warm when we arrived in the early morning. Because we were with two babies, the front desk took the initiative to give us two more bottles of water and disposable utensils for children.
