"The room facilities were okay, and I was upgraded upon check-in, which was a plus. However, the service was terrible. The heating was too hot, and the air conditioning wasn't working, keeping the room temperature at a constant 30 degrees Celsius, making it impossible to sleep 🥵. I called the front desk four or five times. At first, they said they would have the maintenance department check if they could turn off the heating in our room separately. Then they said they had already turned off the underfloor heating. Later, I found that even with the windows open, the temperature wouldn't drop. I called again, and they told me the underfloor heating couldn't be controlled and that we should sleep with the doors and windows open—isn't that ridiculous? I probably only slept for an hour or two that night, feeling completely exhausted. The hotel offered no solutions, only suggesting we sleep with the doors and windows open. I said I couldn't stay any longer and requested to check out a day early. The front desk coldly said they wouldn't refund the room fee for the next day. Luckily, Ctrip refunded me directly, so I checked out and left immediately."

We checked in late at night and were completely comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by a plethora of amenities, including restaurants and a mahjong parlor. The night market is nearby, and there's a barber shop if you don't want to wash your hair. It was a truly worthwhile night in Xinjiang, and the price was incredibly reasonable. If I hadn't been short on time, I would have stayed longer. I'll definitely be back next time!"
