"Wyndham Emerging Hotels Excellent service and comfortable environment beyond expectations, must give Wyndham a big praise! Location: Great location, close to Liuzu Resort, very close to Guo'en Temple and the park, there are many choices in the surrounding farmhouses! Regarding the room: The deluxe double room that we stayed in at the beginning was not more suitable for the interior as we wanted, and the service staff adjusted. They had a very good attitude. They immediately changed us to a private space with internal and balcony space. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and the sleep was very fragrant. The room layout is reasonable and the space is spacious. Regarding hygiene: The sanitary condition is impeccable, both in the room and in the public area are very clean. Regarding service: from the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk, to the meticulous and thoughtful room service staff, to the active help of the restaurant waiter, every employee shows professionalism and sincerity, making us feel at home. "This onsen hotel, despite being ten years old, is spotlessly clean. Every corner of the room was immaculate, which is truly impressive and hard to maintain over time. The hot spring pools were also comfortable and clean, with plenty of tea and towels provided. The food in the restaurant and lounge bar was fresh and local. The service, from the front desk to the onsen and restaurant staff, made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the interesting and lively 'Sékong drum' class. This is a remarkably well-managed onsen hotel where you can truly leave everything behind and fully enjoy your vacation. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to before you even leave."

We upgraded the hot spring bath room, which is clean and tidy and has a tea roaster that fills the room with fresh tea fragrance :) Yunquan Valley's comfortable hot springs and heated swimming pool are very good, and the other hardware facilities and food are OK. There is also a small gift when you check out! It is a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle~"

GGuest UserThe room decoration is a bit old, and there is a musty smell when entering the room. The room reservation shows that the fruit is not delivered. There was a traffic jam on the evening of April 30th, and we checked in after 10 o'clock. We could only soak in the hot spring the next day. It rained all morning the next day, so we could only stay in the room. Since we were here, we had to soak in the hot spring. We checked out at 11:50 and wanted to soak in the hot spring, but we were told that we only had a few minutes, and we couldn't change our cards, and we couldn't enter the hot spring area to soak in the hot spring. There was no humanized service at all, which was too bad. If I checked out after 12 o'clock, I would have no problem saying that I was responsible. It was noon, and the May Day crowd hadn't arrived yet. We had to go to eat after soaking for 1 hour. A family of 4 spent 1,600 for two rooms, but they couldn't meet our small request. We were so disappointed.

GGuest UserThis was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

The hotel has its own underground parking lot, parking is convenient, this point is like! Convenient for self-driving tours, and tourists who want to live in the old town. The room was clean, simple and generous, with good light and no noise near the street. To say that the lack of it is that the central air conditioner is a bit noisy in the middle of the night.
