"This was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall.
We are already looking forward to returning next year!"

1. The room offered a great river view, was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and incredibly quiet. The hotel also looks quite new.
2. The staff were friendly, patient, and very helpful.
3. The swimming pool has long opening hours, isn't crowded, and the water is very clean. There's also a gym and a kids' play area, so you'll never get bored staying here.
4. The only downside is that you have to go to the front desk to pick up food deliveries, which isn't very convenient. They said the delivery robot was still under repair."

"I often brushed to the emerging and beautiful attractions. This time I set off directly. I checked in that night and consulted the nearby scenic spots with the lobby housekeeper. It was very unexpected that she just rested the next day. This caring housekeeper took us to Xinxing Jintai Mountain to climb the mountain. The trees are shaded and Zen-like. The air is fresh and super comfortable. Hotel environment, health, service is also a surprise. Come to Xinxing preferred this hotel! Awesome! Thumbs up! Thumbs up!"

It is worth mentioning that the cleaning lady cleans very seriously. She usually wipes the table top of the hotel when staying in the hotel. The corners of the table top wiped here are spotless, which may not be achieved by hotels with higher star ratings."

"The first time I stayed at this famous hotel, I felt very good. 1.5 meters of twin beds let the whole family have a good sleep, the bed is a plus. The front desk is good, I have a little situation, and I helped solve it under communication, thank you. I played during the day and returned at night for two days, and there was a place on the ground without entering the garage. The bathing facilities are good, and the use is easy, and the design is attentive."

"The room is quite new, the space is OK, the front desk service is very good, knowing that there are mosquitoes in the room to provide us with electric mosquito swatters, but I can't shoot it, so I didn't sleep well with my husband all night. I checked out the next day and the front desk gave feedback on this situation. It is about to be summer. I hope the hotel can kill the mosquitoes in the room. I will choose here next time I come to Yunfu. The price is very high. When we checked out, the front desk lady also gave us small snacks, which was great!"

GGuest UserThe environment here is fantastic. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers are tastefully arranged, and the architecture is in a modern Chinese style. Every step offers a new beautiful view. Many birds fly around, making it peaceful yet full of life. There are covered walkways for guests going to the hot springs, so you won't get wet if it rains.
The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing.
Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas.
While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs.
This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊

GGuest UserThe hotel is good value for money and all aspects are good. Every time I come to Xinxing, I always stay at this Vienna chain hotel. There are souvenirs for sale in the lobby, as well as brand name toiletries. I personally don't like staying in stand-alone hotels because there is no guarantee or sense of security.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and sanitary, the supporting facilities are complete and new, and the accommodation environment is very good. I give it five points. But the activities on this trip were very average. There were originally two May Day activities for children to check in and make handicrafts. There was a small reward for completing the task, but we ran around with the printing cards but couldn't get the materials for coloring and making bracelets. The supermarket staff didn't tell us right away that we had to post on WeChat Moments to get them. They just told us to go to a studio that had paints for coloring, and gave us two boxes of something and two ropes. We thought they were materials for stringing beads, but they turned out not to be. The feeling is that it's so stingy. You stay in a hotel that costs more than a thousand dollars, but they don't even provide such small handicraft materials to make children happy, and they make the guests run around. As a result, the handicrafts are not made, and the hot spring bathing time is also delayed. It's a waste of feelings. The hot spring project is pretty good, but there are too many people. The water play facilities are average, and the wave pool is quite fun. There were really a lot of people going to Jinshuitai Hot Spring this time, and there were a lot of tourists. There are many farmhouses for eating around, and the prices are not cheap, a little bit more expensive. **Lots of group buying. But it tastes good!

GGuest UserFacilities: This hotel boasts classic old five-star amenities. Although it's a bit older, the room facilities are well-maintained and don't feel dated.
Hygiene: So-so. My companion found an item left behind by a previous guest in the pocket of the bathrobe in the room...
Environment: The natural scenery on the mountain is excellent, with lush greenery and fresh air. You can take a cable car to the mountaintop to explore and see the sea of clouds and sunrise/sunset. We left before sunset.
Service: Neither good nor bad. The front desk gave us a tea souvenir bag, which was perfect as a gift. The Xiangwo tea tasted pretty good and is worth trying.
Overall, it was a relatively pleasant trip. There weren't many hot spring pools, but it wasn't crowded when we went, so it was quite comfortable, and the kids had a great time.

SSumi1625The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, and the lake view rooms truly offered a breathtaking view of the lake. The hotel's location was excellent, right next to Guoen Temple, allowing guests to visit and pray early in the morning. The environment was also very comfortable and quiet. The hotel service was very attentive and polite, and pets were allowed, yet the hotel remained very clean. Breakfast was complimentary, including eggs, steamed buns, rice noodles, and congee, which was quite good. In short, I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

GGuest UserThe hotel is strategically located, about five minutes to go to Guo'en Temple to check in. The bedding is also very comfortable. The room is equipped with mineral water for tea in Xiangwo, and there is also tea produced by Xiangwo. This must be praised. Due to the problem of communication between the front desk and the linen staff, the card entered the room at one o'clock and still did not clean up. Fortunately, the two people came to clean up together. It will be fine for a while. I must like the sister 👍. Generally speaking, it is good.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to stay in a space capsule homestay with my family. It was quite novel. The house had daylight on three sides. When I woke up and opened the curtains, I could see the green space and rural landscape all around. I felt cheerful, free and unrestrained. The service here was very meticulous and thoughtful. After arriving at the front desk, not only were flowers presented to us, but we could also eat local snacks for free, such as preserved plums, brown sugar ginger and other emerging preserved fruits.
Although this place has just started trial operation, the facilities are pretty good. They provide free tea-making, barbecue, Kung Fu tea and singing, which can solve our entertainment needs during our stay at the B&B. The boss not only provided breakfast, but also specially offered our family a vegetarian package to a nearby restaurant, a special gift. In the morning, we also accompanied our family to take a walk on the greenway, greenway and stream next to the Space Capsule B&B to absorb negative ions. We also strolled along the 1 km road to the celebrity village - Longshantang. This village has a ditch that flows from Zangfokeng and passes through the village, which is very poetic. There is also a large grassland next to the village where children can fly kites and the whole family can bask in the sun. In the afternoon, we went to Zangfokeng, 2 kilometers away from the space capsule. It is said that this is the place where the body of Huineng, the Sixth Patriarch, was kept intact for three months. The reputation is well-deserved. The air is very fresh and full of negative ions. You can also pray inside, praying for good weather, peace and prosperity in the country in the new year, and good health for your family members and everything goes well.
