"The hotel was okay, but really hard to find a car parking spot. Also, it’s not soundproof so the sound from the street or isle was sometimes kinda disturbing. Nearby there’s lot of food places, i ordered Ayam Tempong Bu Sri nearby and it was so good. The hotel is strategic."

"Very clean and comfortable stay at Kuta Beach Hotel. Nice rooftop restaurant with pool & sun loungers. Good buffet style breakfast with omelets made fresh to order. The ” Standard room ” facilities were excellent with hot shower, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, bottled water and spotlessly clean bedding. There was also a security safe in the room. The ducted aircon worked very well. I would highly recommend staying here again."

"It was a fine stay. Hygiene standards are generally low in Bali, unfortunately! The hotel staff was nice and helpful. Room service is working effectively. You need to use Grab/Gojek every time you want to go somewhere."

"Booked a pool access room for 7 days but on arrival was told it wouldn't be available for 3 nights. They said there was an issue with booking company (trip.com) not sure how accurate this was. Regardless we were vupgraded into a suite for the first 3 nights Room was beautiful, but a long way from the pools compared to the pool access room. Worst part was that we needed to find something to do between room changes for 5 hours. Hotel could do with a refurbish, looking a bit old, particularly the white crockery trolleys at breakfast that looked quite dirty, and filled with clean plates. Food was good at breakfast but didn't vary much over the 7 days. Eg: maybe guava or apple juice instead of pineapple and orange every day. Also pineapple in the fruit section would be great."

"✨ Anniversary Stay, 5 Nights of Bliss ✨ We just came back from a beautiful 5-night stay at Aryaduta Bali, and I can’t stop thinking about how special the whole experience was 💕 It was our anniversary trip, and this hotel made it so memorable in the most effortless way. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and so cozy, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning 😅 Breakfast every day was nice but only few variety of foods. The location was perfect for us, right next to a mall, walking distance to the beach, and surrounded by food spots when we felt like exploring. Even though it’s in a busy area, the hotel itself felt like a calm little retreat. Overall experience was just so positive 💗🌴"

"Great location for shopping and lots of restaurants nearby. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was ok in terms of size but more space for putting up wet swimming suits are needed. One very unpleasant experience was that there was no clean up for our room in the last night of our stay. We certainly put up the clean-up sign. At that night we have to call for bath towels and drinking water (the hotel does not recommend to use tap water, even after boiling. They provide two large bottles of drinking water instead). To make it even worse, they didn’t bring anything to us until I made another call 20 minutes later. And still, I asked for two towels and they just gave me one (we are a family of four)."

While I understand that the local humidity can occasionally lead to pests, we did notice the presence of a few roaches during our stay. I consider this a very small issue, but one worth mentioning.
