Bali Beach Hotels

The renovated hotel is beautiful! There are many restaurants and bars, though they are quite expensive, about three times pricier than what you'd find outside. A downside for smokers is that there are only three designated smoking areas in the entire hotel, and you can't smoke on the balcony. I was also shocked by how few fruits and vegetables were available at breakfast, and only two types of juice, even though the overall food selection was varied, offering both European and Asian cuisines. The beach here is quite clean, and the tide was in during the day, so swimming was easy.

The hotel isn't far from the airport, and the environment inside is lovely, with a strong Balinese vibe. There are four or five pools catering to different needs, plus a private beach. The hotel also has many restaurants, and the food is quite good. The rooms are spacious, though the facilities are a bit old. Breakfast is very rich and delicious!

We stayed at The Stones Hotel for 3 nights in August, and our stay was very pleasant from the moment we checked in. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, and as this was our babymoon, Yuli and Sari went the extra mile to make our stay a little more special. They even prepared such a cute note for us — please see the picture! It was a really thoughtful touch and made us very happy. The breakfast was also one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety of food, and the staff were always polite, friendly and helpful. My daughter also lost her swimming cap during our stay. We checked with the front desk, and the staff took the time to look for it and managed to find it for us. We really appreciated the effort, especially with a young child. Overall, we had a really nice stay at The Stones Hotel and felt well taken care of throughout our visit. We would definitely come back again when we visit Bali!

The cliffside rooms offer great views. They're very spacious, clean, and feature a wet/dry bathroom separation, with each room having its own balcony. The hotel's toiletries are excellent, and they provide unlimited filtered drinking water daily. The hotel also organizes daily activities that guests can choose to join. Facilities: There are many swimming pools with clean water. There's also a beach pool, a favorite for kids, and a small private beach – not ideal for swimming, but perfect for a quick dip. Breakfast: It's decent, enough to fill you up. Surroundings: There's a construction site nearby, but it's not noisy, just a slight obstruction to the view. Transportation: It's quite far from the city center, so you'll need a taxi to get around. There are no convenience stores nearby.

This resort-style hotel truly has it all when it comes to dining, entertainment, and amenities. From recreational facilities and an indoor pool to a private beach and buffet restaurants, everything you could want is right here. The 'all-inclusive' in the hotel's name means that for an additional fee, you get unlimited access to the hotel's various buffet restaurants throughout the day. If you opt for the all-inclusive package, you essentially won't need to leave the hotel at all during your stay. The hotel attracts a lot of foreign guests, mostly vacationers who seem to stay for extended periods. During our two-day stay, we were the only two Chinese guests in the entire hotel – the breakfast staff recognized us instantly! 😂 The rooms are large and comfortable, each with its own balcony. The hotel service is genuinely excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety. While the hotel does show its age a bit, with some facilities looking a little dated, it doesn't detract from the overall experience.

Ramayana Resort & Suites – Our First Bali Anniversary Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our first trip to Bali, and we chose Ramayana Resort & Suites in Kuta to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights, from 24–29 August, in a Grand Deluxe Room (Room 745). The resort has a pleasant and relaxing environment, and the location is excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including Kuta Art Market, restaurants, eateries and convenience stores. This made it very convenient, especially for our first visit to Bali. The buffet breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a really good spread with plenty of choices, and we enjoyed the breakfast throughout our stay. Although Ramayana Resort & Suites is a 5-star resort, we felt that some aspects of the room could be improved. The bathroom was not as clean as we would expect from a 5-star property. It was still acceptable and usable, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved to meet the standard we expected from a 5-star resort. There was also only one suitable plug point for charging mobile phones. Although there were USB ports available, they were not USB Type-C, which made charging modern devices a little inconvenient. The biggest issue was the very low water pressure in the shower. We informed the front desk about it, but unfortunately, it appeared that no action was taken, and the water pressure remained extremely low throughout our stay. Apart from these issues, the rest of the room was fine and comfortable. Unfortunately, on our second day in Bali, we had a frightening experience while walking to dinner. In front of Yan’s House in Kuta, two men approached us from behind and tried to pull the chain from my husband’s neck. My husband managed to push one of them, causing the chain and pendant to fall. Thankfully, the thieves did not manage to take the jewellery, and most importantly, neither of us was injured. We immediately informed the resort about what had happened and asked whether they could assist by checking the CCTV from the neighbouring hotel, Yan’s House, as the incident happened right in front of it. Unfortunately, we were told that they could not do so and were advised not to wear gold jewellery while walking around. We understand that the resort cannot be held responsible for an incident that happened outside the property. However, as guests, we would have appreciated a little more assistance or guidance following such a frightening experience. Despite the unfortunate incident, we had a pleasant stay at Ramayana Resort & Suites, particularly because of its excellent location, good breakfast and pleasant environment. That said, for a 5-star resort, we feel there are areas that could be improved, particularly bathroom cleanliness, shower water pressure, charging facilities and guest support following safety incidents. For anyone staying in Kuta, especially first-time visitors to Bali, please be extra careful with your belongings and jewellery. Avoid displaying valuable jewellery, keep your mobile phone secure, and remain alert when walking around busy tourist areas. We were fortunate that neither of us was hurt and that our jewellery was recovered. This was our first Bali trip and our wedding anniversary, so while we had many enjoyable moments, the robbery attempt was certainly a frightening experience that we will never forget. A resort with a great location, excellent breakfast and a pleasant environment, but with some room for improvement to fully match the expectations of a 5-star property.

It was a last-minute booking, I reserved in the evening and arrived at the hotel that night, but all the staff warmly welcomed me and I was able to check in. Because it was so sudden, there was a short wait for the room to be prepared, but during that time, they offered us welcome drinks at the restaurant. While we were enjoying them, the room was ready and we were shown to our room. There was a small mishap where the card key didn't work and I couldn't get into the room, but a young staff member passing by immediately helped. They opened the room for us first and promptly brought a new card key later, saving us a trip back to the front desk, which was a great help. The breakfast selection was also extensive, and everyone was satisfied. All the staff had genuinely lovely smiles and were so kind, making it a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again. Thanks to Trip.com, we were able to stay at this class of hotel at a significant discount, which was a blessing for a family with children!

Good hotels, but needed refurbishment soon. One of the room assigned to our group was not very good condition anymore, slidding door with broken lock and hard to open/close, phone line was not connected well, furniture was worn out and feels outdated with all interior. We had booked 2 rooms and requested on king size bed in both rooms but they were located very far from each other. They should have at least given us the option to take the room or preferred closer to each other with different bed type. They told us that we were upgraded to the room with pool access, but we feel like being downgraded with out of service room. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast service. It has a great varieties, freshly prepared dishes, pleasant and relaxing ambiance, and fresh local fruit was incredible. We love the pool too, good design and very well maintain, so many choices of pool for different age group and activities, great crowds at the pool bar area, and good number of sun lounges. The stay is still memorable to our family. Recommended

I had a great stay at d’primahotel Seminyak! The location is very strategic and convenient, with easy access to many restaurants, shops, cafes, and attractions around Seminyak. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay while exploring Bali. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bali. Highly recommended! ❤️❤️❤️

Hotel service: Basically, it‘s very considerate. The reception staff will greet you during the dining process, but suddenly he will enter your room while cleaning the room. I don’t know it because I was in the pool and just forgot to hang a do not disturb sign in the entrance door. Also the staff will regularly calling you, for example, knowing that you are going to check out the next day, he will ask you what arrangements you have on the next day. Also, knew that you booked the spa and they would call you again. But there is a mistake that half of my swimming pool was not filled with water the next day. I didn‘t know how to solve it, so I asked the staff to find someone to deal with it. Then I called a total of three times and saw a worker observing my pool and I was very surprised. Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing. Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. I appreciate it very much. As for the Spa, I think the price is too expensive. It‘s 10 times different from the price of going out on the street. Food: In terms of food, I really appreciate the different styles of breakfast. Although it is a buffet, every detail will change. One of the selling point of his breakfast that I like is that the color is very colorful. It is really first-class. The nutritional value of the food is very high. It is definitely not an ordinary buffet. There are some cereals, such as oats, dairy, soy milk, and some vegetarians’ favorite sweet potatoes, red bean buns, etc. As for the seaside restaurant, I also tried their pizza and buried beef fillet. The level is qualified. As for the food in the restaurant, I think it‘s full enough. There are also snacks on the first plate, which makes me very surprised. Surprised 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。 設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍 食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝
