"The location is very good. Go to supermarket and go to the Seminyak Beach so easy. But in the hotel the Wi-Fi is so terrible, always cannot connect. I think in the Bali most of the hotel in the pictures look very big but actually when you go to the room, it’s tiny. everything is nice only except the Wi-Fi! Next time, I still will choose this one."

We liked it, only some of linen and towels were repeatedly dirty with some spots or dotes - we asked to change but every time 1 of 4 was spoiled again. Total score is 4,7 out of 5. "the hotel owner should really upgrade the infrastructure bcz the hard-working and kind staffs deserves more than this！I had a early morning flight and the staff at front desk for night shift walked me and help with the luggage to the front door，and he even thoughtfully waited with me for my taxi because theres a drunk white guy lying outside. I booked it for only one night. Great location for surfing and the resto outside taste great！initially i got a room without windows and the aircon sounds so loud that i had to go back to the frontdesk and the staff kindly helped me change to another one much better. but generally the hallways smells damp. so owner of this hotel，you should really listen to your customer‘s advice"

"Cleaner then most I’ve seen. The staff are amazing & so kind. Myself & 2 friends booked this hotel last minute after arriving to our previous hotel that was in a horrible state. Paradiso luckily had 2 last rooms and allowed us to check in a little earlier so we didn’t need to stay longer at the first hotel. Rooms were always cleaned & maintained well. The bar & pool area is such a good vibe & service is very good, so friendly & always up for a chat. Great price. Definitely will be my good to hotel from now on. The food & drink menu is amazing & well priced."

"My first experience in Yellow Hotel Kuta Beach Walk, I saw Yellow Hotel on my last stayed in Aloft Hotel, they next to each others only separated by the lobby of Beach Walk Shopping Mall. This both hotel are under different management, Aloft by Marriott management and Yellow by Tauzia Hotel. But I can see the similar treatment on this two hotel which is Super Friendly staff. Yellow Lobby are mix with the restaurant, because the space is small. The room size is standard, I am happy on the second day ad so on, because on the first night I checked in, the rooms is clean but the bedsheets doesn't. So the next day I request the service staff to change my bedsheets and he did, all are super afterward. They serve free drinking water in the bottle which can refill at the corridor. But I prefer to buy Mineral water at the minimarket. Shower room size is small to but it's fine for single and the water pressure of rain shower are so perfect, easy to adjust . AAleksandr KhaleminWe had a very pleasant stay at Paradisus by Meliá Bali. The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The green territory is lush, well-maintained, and creates a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of activities, especially for children — it’s a great choice for families. The kids’ entertainment options are impressive, and the overall environment feels safe and comfortable. The gym is modern and well-equipped, which was a big plus. Breakfast is good with a nice variety, though there is still some room for improvement in terms of selection and refinement. The only downside is that restaurant prices inside the hotel are quite high compared to similar places in Bali. Overall, it’s a beautiful, comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and lots to do.

CChococaI booked this hotel hoping for a wide range of activities. Unfortunately, many required advance reservations, and I was disappointed that I couldn't join any on the day due to them being fully booked. However, the evening Zumba class was held outdoors, so I could join freely and it was a lot of fun. On the downside, the hotel felt old. As many other reviews mentioned, the entire hotel had a dated feel to it. I also noticed that the room and sheets were quite damp, which was a bit of a concern. On the positive side, breakfast was excellent. As expected from a large hotel, it was very spacious with a huge variety of options. There were live cooking stations everywhere, so it was clear they made an effort to keep things interesting even for guests staying several days. The fruit selection, in particular, had countless varieties, which was great for enjoying the tropical atmosphere.

GGuest UserLove this hotel. Service is exceptional and staff cannot do enough for their guests. Cabanas and deck chairs at poolside are easy to get and breakfast is amazing. Pool is huge so plenty of space to relax and enjoy it. Pillows were the ones that sank once you laid on them so they got us new ones that were more solid. This all happened because we were heading to breakfast and customer relations asked us if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable. The service here is impeccable amd we have stayed in alot of hotels accross legian amd swminyak but always spend alot of our stay here..

TTTLim666We recently stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Bali and had a fantastic experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the Family Suite, which was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for families, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The thoughtful layout and family-friendly features made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the huge swimming pool area, which kept both adults and children entertained throughout the day. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast offered a great variety of local and international dishes, and the quality was consistently good. The hotel’s lively atmosphere, entertainment options, and music-themed concept created a unique and memorable experience. The location is also ideal, within walking distance of Kuta Beach, shopping, and many dining options. Everything we needed was conveniently nearby. Overall, Hard Rock Hotel Bali exceeded our expectations. The Family Suite was outstanding, and combined with the excellent facilities and service, it made for an unforgettable family holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Bali.

Main Pool closes at....4pm ! ,: reason: they must set up tables for dinner, very strange..You can feel how owner is looking to make money without caring about his guest's needs ! The other 2 pools( far,up the hill) close at 6pm ! Also strange when guests are spending holidays...Check in, never before 1 om ...and check out at 10 am , also very strange when breakfast finishes at 10.30 ! I would never recommend this hotel for its prices ! Even his deck restaurant is selling sunset without sunset at all !!

GGuest UserThis was an incredibly frustrating stay, hard to put into words. We booked a cliffside pool view room and even told the front desk at check-in that we wanted to be far from any construction. Yet, they assigned us the room closest to the construction site! We asked to switch rooms, and they gave us a connecting room with a small door, still no pool view. We requested another switch, and at that point, we just wanted any room that wasn't connecting. To our surprise, the room they gave us wasn't even in the cliffside tower; it was in building #2, probably a garden view room. I was physically and mentally exhausted. Trip.com's customer service was excellent, constantly communicating with the hotel, but the hotel clearly didn't care about Chinese guests or Trip.com, showing no response at all. What we booked was completely different from what we actually got, and they kept giving us unsuitable rooms, wasting our time and putting us through so much trouble. In the end, we just couldn't take it anymore and had to accept it. Avoid this place at all costs!

MMАРКThe hotel is located in the Nusa Dua area. The location is excellent, near Pepito Supermarket and Bali Collection. It has a beautiful, well-maintained Indonesian-style grounds and a private beach with various water sports and a volleyball court. There's an ice cream and drinks cafe by the beach. The beach itself is clean with sun loungers and umbrellas, and an outdoor shower is also available. The pool is good and clean, with a bar, showers, and restrooms. There are also two European-style restaurants. Despite all this splendor and the staff's desire to help and provide good service, there are a few issues the hotel needs to address immediately. Problem 1: The restaurant's kitchen is completely incompetent (and the hotel is positioned as all-inclusive). We only paid for breakfast (you won't starve, but the variety is disappointing). Upon arrival, we ordered à la carte lunch and basically paid for nothing... the soups were tasteless, the steaks were tough and chewy, and the fried potatoes were swimming in oil. We had to send everything back; the staff didn't even bat an eye, just cleared the plates and brought the bill. Problem 2: The hotel's plumbing is clogged. There was a foul smell coming from the sinks in our room (we were there during the rainy season, so perhaps it couldn't cope, but the water in one sink also wouldn't drain). Problem 3: The hotel needs roof repairs. There were leaks throughout the hotel lobby, in the corridors on various floors, and even in our room (especially when it rained heavily, which was daily). I didn't take photos of the issues, but we hope the hotel resolves these problems so guests can have a satisfying stay.

EElbogdLocation: The ocean and beach are just across the road, the shopping center is about a 10-minute walk, and various street food spots are a 3-minute walk away. Room: I had a wonderful Alam villa – a huge space with an endless woven ceiling and a large terrace. The bathroom was uniquely designed: partly indoors and partly open-air. Everything felt very traditionally Balinese: lush greenery, a stone bathtub, and floral green robes. It was cleaned every day. Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly. I forgot my key a couple of times, and they replaced it. In the mornings, they even let me make traditional flower paintings on the water. I initially booked the hotel for a couple of nights but ended up staying for a whole week!

LLittle snow pinkHotel service: Basically, it‘s very considerate. The reception staff will greet you during the dining process, but suddenly he will enter your room while cleaning the room. I don’t know it because I was in the pool and just forgot to hang a do not disturb sign in the entrance door. Also the staff will regularly calling you, for example, knowing that you are going to check out the next day, he will ask you what arrangements you have on the next day. Also, knew that you booked the spa and they would call you again. But there is a mistake that half of my swimming pool was not filled with water the next day. I didn‘t know how to solve it, so I asked the staff to find someone to deal with it. Then I called a total of three times and saw a worker observing my pool and I was very surprised. Surprised 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝
