We liked it, only some of linen and towels were repeatedly dirty with some spots or dotes - we asked to change but every time 1 of 4 was spoiled again. Total score is 4,7 out of 5. "For the same price, I stayed at a nearly five-star hotel in Ubud, where everything was spotlessly clean, luxurious, with a private pool and a wow breakfast. But the Kutabex had no window, was dark, smelled like a basement, and the towels were torn and not clean enough. On the positive side, the location, the breakfast was okay, the staff treated guests well, and the pool on the top floor was nice."

"Cleaner then most I’ve seen. The staff are amazing & so kind. Myself & 2 friends booked this hotel last minute after arriving to our previous hotel that was in a horrible state. Paradiso luckily had 2 last rooms and allowed us to check in a little earlier so we didn’t need to stay longer at the first hotel. Rooms were always cleaned & maintained well. The bar & pool area is such a good vibe & service is very good, so friendly & always up for a chat. Great price. Definitely will be my good to hotel from now on. The food & drink menu is amazing & well priced."

"My first experience in Yellow Hotel Kuta Beach Walk, I saw Yellow Hotel on my last stayed in Aloft Hotel, they next to each others only separated by the lobby of Beach Walk Shopping Mall. This both hotel are under different management, Aloft by Marriott management and Yellow by Tauzia Hotel. But I can see the similar treatment on this two hotel which is Super Friendly staff. Yellow Lobby are mix with the restaurant, because the space is small. The room size is standard, I am happy on the second day ad so on, because on the first night I checked in, the rooms is clean but the bedsheets doesn't. So the next day I request the service staff to change my bedsheets and he did, all are super afterward. They serve free drinking water in the bottle which can refill at the corridor. But I prefer to buy Mineral water at the minimarket. Shower room size is small to but it's fine for single and the water pressure of rain shower are so perfect, easy to adjust . Amazing

AAleksandr KhaleminWe had a very pleasant stay at Paradisus by Meliá Bali. The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The green territory is lush, well-maintained, and creates a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of activities, especially for children — it’s a great choice for families. The kids’ entertainment options are impressive, and the overall environment feels safe and comfortable. The gym is modern and well-equipped, which was a big plus. Breakfast is good with a nice variety, though there is still some room for improvement in terms of selection and refinement. The only downside is that restaurant prices inside the hotel are quite high compared to similar places in Bali. Overall, it’s a beautiful, comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and lots to do.

OONadiIf you're looking for a beach vacation in Bali, Nusa Dua is definitely the place to be. This is our second time at this hotel; we stayed here 10 years ago. The hotel is certainly showing its age, even after a renovation, which felt quite subpar. Everything just seems tired. Regarding the rooms: The mattresses are uncomfortable. For a 5-star hotel, basic amenities are missing, like an insufficient number of towels per person, no children's bathrobes, and poor room lighting. There's a sofa bed in the room that unfolds, but it's terribly uncomfortable to sleep on, even for a child. The shower water smells like slime, and the floor tiles are slippery, with only one bathmat provided. The sink is very high, and there are no steps for children, despite the hotel positioning itself as family-friendly. Overall, the room is convenient and spacious, and the balcony is good. Regarding the pools: The beachfront area is great, with a shower and a shade canopy. It's fantastic to have such easy access to the sea. However, the children's pool with slides is a disgrace; half of the surfacing is broken and not repaired. The slides are uninteresting, and children barely spend any time there. The large main pool is open 24/7, which is convenient if you want to swim at night. Regarding the food: The breakfasts are varied, offering practically everything you could want. However, healthy food options are severely lacking. If you're on a diet, it's tough; there are few vegetables, though enough fruit. There's ice cream on the kids' menu. There's a cafe on site; I highly recommend trying the lobster, it's superb. Regarding the sea: The beach is close and large, with easy access to the water. The tides aren't as extreme as on neighboring beaches, but there's a lot of trash, and the staff doesn't clean it up. The hotel only hosts dinners on the beach. I saw a snake in the sea, and when we told the hotel staff, they just waved it off – a strange attitude towards their guests. On the premises, there are tennis courts and a gym. In the evenings, there's a theatrical performance, but I don't recommend the Kecak dance – it's very sad and lacks much of a show, mostly just talking. Bicycles are available on the property – I recommend getting them at 9 AM and riding left along the hotels and promenade; there are good beaches and hotels nearby, and it's a pleasant ride. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for its price (10,000 rubles/night). If you're paying more, I'd suggest looking into newer hotels nearby.

BBryan_BarnettStayed at The Stones in Legian and honestly had a great experience. The location is perfect — directly across from the beach and walking distance to heaps of restaurants, bars and shops. The pool area is massive and probably the highlight of the hotel. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast had a huge variety and plenty of good options. Only downside is the usual pool chair situation where people reserve beds with towels for hours without actually using them… but that seems to happen everywhere in Bali 😂 Overall, really good atmosphere, great service and a solid place to stay if you want to be close to everything in Legian/Seminyak.

VViktoriia NosyrevaI liked the convenient location of the hotel, especially if you've chosen to stay in the Kuta area. Along the coast, there are many surf schools and a turtle sanctuary where you can sign up to release your own baby turtle into the ocean. There are also two good shopping centers not far from the hotel. The hotel itself offers daily activities for the whole family and has good swimming pools. As for the downsides, I'd like to point out the high humidity in the rooms. I had to request a dehumidifier, and the bedding felt damp. The room cleaning is decent. All the staff are very friendly and hardworking. Last year, the breakfast soup was delicious, but this year it was just instant noodles with broth, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast overall isn't very varied. The hotel offers rooms with access to a relaxation area, à la carte breakfast, unlimited drinks for lunch and dinner, and complimentary laundry service. Overall, my impressions are generally positive.

Also strange when guests are spending holidays...Check in, never before 1 om ...and check out at 10 am , also very strange when breakfast finishes at 10.30 ! I would never recommend this hotel for its prices ! Even his deck restaurant is selling sunset without sunset at all !!

MMАРКThe hotel is located in the Nusa Dua area. The location is excellent, near Pepito Supermarket and Bali Collection. It has a beautiful, well-maintained Indonesian-style grounds and a private beach with various water sports and a volleyball court. There's an ice cream and drinks cafe by the beach. The beach itself is clean with sun loungers and umbrellas, and an outdoor shower is also available. The pool is good and clean, with a bar, showers, and restrooms. There are also two European-style restaurants. Despite all this splendor and the staff's desire to help and provide good service, there are a few issues the hotel needs to address immediately. Problem 1: The restaurant's kitchen is completely incompetent (and the hotel is positioned as all-inclusive). We only paid for breakfast (you won't starve, but the variety is disappointing). Upon arrival, we ordered à la carte lunch and basically paid for nothing... the soups were tasteless, the steaks were tough and chewy, and the fried potatoes were swimming in oil. We had to send everything back; the staff didn't even bat an eye, just cleared the plates and brought the bill. Problem 2: The hotel's plumbing is clogged. There was a foul smell coming from the sinks in our room (we were there during the rainy season, so perhaps it couldn't cope, but the water in one sink also wouldn't drain). Problem 3: The hotel needs roof repairs. There were leaks throughout the hotel lobby, in the corridors on various floors, and even in our room (especially when it rained heavily, which was daily). I didn't take photos of the issues, but we hope the hotel resolves these problems so guests can have a satisfying stay.

EElbogdLocation: The ocean and beach are just across the road, the shopping center is about a 10-minute walk, and various street food spots are a 3-minute walk away. Room: I had a wonderful Alam villa – a huge space with an endless woven ceiling and a large terrace. The bathroom was uniquely designed: partly indoors and partly open-air. Everything felt very traditionally Balinese: lush greenery, a stone bathtub, and floral green robes. It was cleaned every day. Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly. I forgot my key a couple of times, and they replaced it. In the mornings, they even let me make traditional flower paintings on the water. I initially booked the hotel for a couple of nights but ended up staying for a whole week!

LLittle snow pinkHotel service: Basically, it‘s very considerate. The reception staff will greet you during the dining process, but suddenly he will enter your room while cleaning the room. I don’t know it because I was in the pool and just forgot to hang a do not disturb sign in the entrance door. Also the staff will regularly calling you, for example, knowing that you are going to check out the next day, he will ask you what arrangements you have on the next day. Also, knew that you booked the spa and they would call you again. But there is a mistake that half of my swimming pool was not filled with water the next day. I didn‘t know how to solve it, so I asked the staff to find someone to deal with it. Then I called a total of three times and saw a worker observing my pool and I was very surprised. Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. Surprised 酒店服務：基本上非常之貼身無論喺用餐嘅過程喺出入reception職員都會問候你，不過有啲突然係佢會喺清潔房間嘅時候行入你間房而我係唔知道嘅因為我喺出邊泳池只係我忘記掛一個請勿打擾的牌，然後職員會定期打電話給你例如係知道你第二日要退房會問你聽日有啲乜嘢安排？即係交通上嗰啲同埋知道你book咗Spa佢又會打電話嚟提你，但係有樣美中不足就係第二日我個泳池啲水冇咗一半，我唔知點解我就叫職員搵人處理，然後我仲打咗總共三次電話先見到有工人喺度觀察我嘅水池而我好驚訝，佢哋竟然冇派到職員即係前台嘅服務生過嚟同我解釋仲要我係打咗三次電話而我嗰三次電話係總共係喺半個鐘頭至九個字之內打嘅自問都唔係比一個好唔合理嘅時間佢哋處理件事，雖然冇池水呢件事喺我租呢一間房間裏便其實都算係一個幾嚴重嘅問題我話驚訝點解佢哋唔派服務生過嚟？係因為我同嗰個工人溝通嗰個工人原來係唔識英文佢要用電話嘅翻譯器去同我溝通我只不過係問佢好簡單嘅問題就係幾時先可以斟返滿啲池水佢都似乎聽唔明我認為既然個客人已經打咗前後三次電話嚟佢其實應該要派個職員過嚟了解一下件事最後我見到啲池水係慢慢斟滿返，但係要真係針到Infinity Pool嘅程度我記得係日落之後嘅事啦呢件算係美中不足嘅一件事。設施：設施方面令我驚訝就係佢有廿四小時嘅健身室同埋裏面有寶礦力飲另外就係佢有有太陽傘嘅沙灘椅喺池邊仲可以望住過海呢樣嘢我係非常之欣賞至於Spa我就覺得價錢太過貴啦，根本係同出去大街嘅價錢相差10倍食物：食物方面我非常欣賞佢早餐會轉唔同嘅款式雖然都係自助餐但係佢每個細節都會有變化而佢嘅早餐有個我好鍾意嘅賣點就係個顏色係非常之色彩繽紛用嚟影相打卡真係一流同埋啲食物個營養價值好高，絕對唔係一般嘅自助餐佢係有一啲穀物啦燕麥啦奶類亦都有豆奶啦，亦都有啲素食人士鍾意嘅番薯呀紅豆包啊等等至於海邊餐廳我亦試咗佢哋嘅pizza同埋牛柳水準係合格的至於餐廳嘅食物我認為係夠飽肚的亦都有附送頭盤小食一點令我非常驚訝
