Guest UserGreat hotel. Large, yet cozy and full of Bali spirit. Lots of greenery. 100% value for money. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff are always ready to help. Special thanks to Pia at the reception. There are activities: morning yoga, aqua aerobics, and water volleyball. Different daily free shows, as well as national costumes available for photoshoots. Thanks to Kerni and Ginara for the dressing! There's a temple on the property where we went for a performance – a traditional Balinese dance show – combined with dinner (a barbecue and local cuisine buffet). Good breakfast selection with diverse cuisine. The grounds are large, with several pools and various lounge areas. Plenty of sunbeds. The beach is the best in this area – you can swim even during low water

TonyoyoThis resort is quite old, dating back to the 80s, which gives it a fantastic plot of land and prime location. It's right next to Bali Collection and boasts its own private beach. Melia Group took over and began renovations in 2024, with completion expected in February 2026. Stepping into the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms and the overall layout, you can feel the 'old money' charm that time has bestowed, combined with the modern comfort and freshness of the new facilities and renovations. There are very few Chinese guests here, and its low profile naturally creates a more chill atmosphere, free from the usual hustle and bustle.
There are eight restaurants, one of which is exclusive to 'Reserve' guests. I had the pleasure of trying three of them. Prices are roughly comparable to Singapore, and the service is warm and friendly. The portions aren't huge, but the excellent ambiance more than makes up for it, especially the outdoor seating in the evening. The breakfast selection is extensive, with the pizzas and beef bacon being particular highlights. Some of the staff even remember your name, which is a lovely touch.
Personally, I think the standard rooms offer great value for money because the common areas are so superb. The next tier up, the pool access rooms, are wonderfully relaxing, especially in the evening. If you're not traveling with children, the 'Reserve' option is fantastic, with its exclusive pool, restaurant, and beach, offering a very tranquil experience.
Overall, this is an undervalued hotel, severely underestimated due to its lack of widespread fame. May isn't peak season, so it wasn't crowded at all, and I never had to queue. If your budget allows, I highly recommend checking it out. I personally find it more relaxing and comfortable than the Grand Hyatt or Westin next door.

MARIMIEHad the best resort experience! We had such a wonderful time, surrounded by vast, sprawling shores, a huge pool, and lush greenery – truly a rich and healing experience. I highly recommend it for a fantastic escape from the everyday. The room cleanliness was superb. The amenities were a bit basic, so it would be perfect if they were a little more extensive. The staff's service level was, as expected from Hilton quality, absolutely top-notch. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again!

Nadya IWe stayed at this wonderful hotel from March 18th to 29th and absolutely loved it! Great location, excellent and compact grounds, and friendly staff! 😇 We had the ”All-Inclusive. Basic” package, which meant we could visit all restaurants, including the à la carte ones, as well as the coffee shop with its top-notch coffee ☕️, the poolside bar, and the beach bar with its delicious coconuts 🥥 and rum ice cream 🍨😋🤤. I also want to highlight the à la carte restaurant ”Amarta” for its amazing dishes and desserts 🍰😋. As for the beach: there were always free sun loungers and umbrellas available, no matter what time we arrived 🙏, and the ocean here is probably one of the calmest on the entire Nusa Dua coast, as there aren't strong waves! 🌊 On the beach, there's a ”Water Sport” shack where you can find water activities for every taste! With our package, we even got free kayak rides 🛶. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which were free for all-inclusive guests. I also want to commend the cleanliness of all hotel staff; they meticulously wiped down the ceiling beams of the beach restaurant daily 😱, it was truly shocking! 👍🆒 I definitely recommend this hotel; it's worth every penny! 😍🥰😘❤️

Guest UserThe rooms are a bit dated, but the bedding is comfortable. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for dining, spa treatments, the beach, and shopping. However, the facilities are old and currently undergoing renovation. Definitely avoid street-facing rooms – they're incredibly noisy, to the point where you'll question your life choices. On the bright side, the hotel manager is very efficient at handling issues. We stayed twice. The first time, we had a room away from the street, and it was a great experience. For our last two days, we returned to the hotel and were given a deluxe family suite facing the street. There were no other vacant rooms to switch to. The football bar downstairs had a game on, so we didn't get any sleep all night. The next day, the manager promptly helped us change to a different room type. As for cleanliness, as long as it's not excessive when traveling, it's generally acceptable. I'd give the cleanliness three stars. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean, which I attribute to the old facilities, but it wasn't so bad that it was unbearable. Even with my germophobia, I managed. The hotel breakfast is delicious, and the surrounding environment is lovely. There are little squirrels by the pool. Although the pool isn't huge, it's beautiful, and the water quality is excellent. All the staff are very friendly. This place offers incredible value for money, especially when traveling with older children and seniors, as everything is easily accessible. There's a nearby restaurant called 'Fat Chaw' that's perfect for Chinese palates – we went twice. After dinner, you can stroll along Kuta Beach; the sand is fine and very pleasant, and you can watch the sunset! It's also great for young people, being close to the bar street with an amazing atmosphere!

It was a last-minute booking, I reserved in the evening and arrived at the hotel that night, but all the staff warmly welcomed me and I was able to check in. Because it was so sudden, there was a short wait for the room to be prepared, but during that time, they offered us welcome drinks at the restaurant. While we were enjoying them, the room was ready and we were shown to our room. There was a small mishap where the card key didn't work and I couldn't get into the room, but a young staff member passing by immediately helped. They opened the room for us first and promptly brought a new card key later, saving us a trip back to the front desk, which was a great help. The breakfast selection was also extensive, and everyone was satisfied. All the staff had genuinely lovely smiles and were so kind, making it a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again. Thanks to Trip.com, we were able to stay at this class of hotel at a significant discount, which was a blessing for a family with children!

I had a great stay at d’primahotel Seminyak. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with many cafés, restaurants, and popular spots in Seminyak just a short distance away. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bali.

Guest UserAlthough the building is old, it's very well-maintained, so I had a really comfortable stay! The plumbing, especially, was impeccably managed. The water pressure was excellent, and the temperature was just right. The air conditioning also worked perfectly.
The breakfast offered a great variety, and besides the egg station, there was also a 'pasta station' where dishes were cooked right in front of you. They didn't just warm up the sauce; they actually cooked the pasta properly. It was delicious. There were a lot of Indian guests, and the breakfast menu had plenty of Indian dishes, which I really enjoyed.
Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to use the TV at all and hardly watched anything. (It displayed a message to check the antenna, so it might have been broken.)
The location is very convenient – close to the airport, and within walking distance of Beachwalk. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
On the last day, I was able to use the pool after check-out, and then borrowed a shower room to change before leaving. I left the hotel feeling very content.
I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Kuta area!

Little snow pink
Hotel service: Basically, it‘s very considerate. The reception staff will greet you during the dining process, but suddenly he will enter your room while cleaning the room. I don’t know it because I was in the pool and just forgot to hang a do not disturb sign in the entrance door. Also the staff will regularly calling you, for example, knowing that you are going to check out the next day, he will ask you what arrangements you have on the next day. Also, knew that you booked the spa and they would call you again. But there is a mistake that half of my swimming pool was not filled with water the next day. I didn‘t know how to solve it, so I asked the staff to find someone to deal with it. Then I called a total of three times and saw a worker observing my pool and I was very surprised. Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. I think that since a guest has called three times, he should actually send a staff member. In the end, I saw that the water in the pool was slowly pouring back, but if it was really to the extent of Infinity Pool, I remember that it was after sunset. This is a beautiful thing.
Facilities: What surprised me about the facilities is that it has a 24-hour fitness room and a treasure drink. In addition, it has a beach chair with sun umbrellas and a view of the sea by the pool. I appreciate it very much. As for the Spa, I think the price is too expensive. It‘s 10 times different from the price of going out on the street.
Food: In terms of food, I really appreciate the different styles of breakfast. Although it is a buffet, every detail will change. One of the selling point of his breakfast that I like is that the color is very colorful. It is really first-class. The nutritional value of the food is very high. It is definitely not an ordinary buffet. There are some cereals, such as oats, dairy, soy milk, and some vegetarians’ favorite sweet potatoes, red bean buns, etc. As for the seaside restaurant, I also tried their pizza and buried beef fillet. The level is qualified. As for the food in the restaurant, I think it‘s full enough. There are also snacks on the first plate, which makes me very surprised. Surprised
