"This is our second visit and we stayed just one night this time. A lot has improved and i am quite satisfied with the stay. Special shoutout to Operations Manager (Erna) who personally went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service. Thank you so much and we will be back at home soon."

"Location is strategic at Jalan Padjajaran Indah V which has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and lounges along the road. You will never have to travel far to get your coffee (Point Coffee, Starbucks and Tanmu), the famous Ibu Rahayu Soto, Japanese food (Sushi Matsu and Yujo) and evening drinks at the lounges nearby (Barcelona, Bulan Madu Brew, etc). Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym. Breakfast was good with all local and Western food. Will repeat my stay if I am in Bogor."

"When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. "Best budget hotel.. Love it. Always stay in it. No nonsense rooms.. Clean and comfortable bed.. Fast Internet.. Walking distance to malls and shops.. Just outside are domino's and macdonalds... What else you want.. And yeah.. Bed and linen are best things about this place."

I especially enjoyed the breakfast spread — plenty of local and international options, all delicious! 🍳☕ After a morning stroll around the nearby gardens, coming back to the peaceful ambiance of the hotel felt wonderful. "The hotel is located at a strategic area in Bogor and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Mcdonald is 50 metres away. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was reasonably sized for a 3 star hotel, air conditioned cold, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple and good enough to fill the stomach in the morning."

"The only thing this place has going for it is the location, being close to Bogor Botanical Gardens. The toiletries were sparse, and the room and towels weren't very clean."

"Fast check-in and check-out. The room was very spacious with great view from 21st floor. Breakfast changes every day for certain items. Really appreciate the late check-out at 12.30pm instead. Smart TV available which is really good. They replenished the bottles for you but you can refill outside the room via the water dispenser. Water heater is definitely never an issue here. Every time the water is hot when we want it, for shower or in the bathtub. Really enjoyed the stay here"
