"All good and clean. The vibes also very good. One minus is the room doesnt have chiller and shower not adjustable. Breakfast just okay nothing special. Overall it was worth the price."

"Our stay at this beautiful hotel in Bogor was truly amazing. The hotel is stunning, peaceful, and has a lovely atmosphere. Although it is a bit far from the city center, it was still very convenient because there are many restaurants and shops just around the corner. We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. Even the lobby staff kindly helped us with opening the car door, which made us feel very appreciated and well taken care of. The only small disappointment was the swimming pool policy. We read on the wall that the pool was open until 10 PM, but when we went swimming around 8 PM, we were told that the pool actually closes at 7 PM. We hope the hotel can make the information clearer for future guests. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with great service and a wonderful atmosphere. We truly loved and enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again."

"Check-in took a bit long, probably because it was right at 2 PM. Maybe the self-check-in machines could be optimized so guests can check themselves in. The room itself was clean, and the toilet area was clean too, but there were still cigarette ashes on the balcony. The food and drinks at the cafe were affordable and quite tasty."

"I stayed here because it's close to my child's SNBT test location. The room size is pretty spacious, and the daily rate isn't high. The location is strategic. The only downside is the limited parking, but the security guard helped us park next door."

"Had a great stay at Bigland Hotel Bogor during my trip. The room was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Location was also convenient, which made everything easier during my visit. One thing I really love about this hotel is they serve Starbucks coffee right from the room. As a coffee lover, being able to enjoy it anytime without needing to go out is such a nice touch. Honestly, this is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back here every time I visit Bogor. Overall, really enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay here again."

"Their buffet is only for 3 stars hotel..not much selection..average in food quality... I complained about the entrance and coffee table lights that cant be switch off ...They came to loosened the bulb and said that was normal for the room to switch off by loosening the bulb... For the taxi came in to pick you up . .hotel charged 3000rp..just to drive through the hotel"

"Currently, I'm a pregnant woman. the room is located on 6 floors and the elevator only reaches the 5 floors then I have to continue by the staircase to the sixth floor. The room is so smelly with smoke, We asked to change the room to a nonsmoking room but they can't give. the bathroom tile is so slippery we must be extra careful when bathing. when breakfast time we didn't know our room had already been checked as having taken the breakfast we just got down to have breakfast, luckily the manager saw this intention and allowed me to have breakfast. the room has a no-view window even though it's on the sixth floor, how come?"

"The location is great, close to a mall so it's easy to find food. The room is spacious, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Cleanliness is good. However, because there's no carpet, you can hear neighbors moving tables around, and also people walking by in the hallway. But overall, it's comfortable. Breakfast needs improvement; the taste is inconsistent. If you leave your room at 8:30 AM, most of the food is already gone, so you have to wait. The swimming pool is small."
