Koh Samet Hotels with Wifi

"We stayed in a villa. We checked in significantly early, 4 hours, for which we're incredibly grateful to the hotel staff! We were warned that the two beds were singles, but we asked for a double bed, and within 20 minutes while we were exploring the hotel grounds, they upgraded us to a double bed. The hotel has two swimming pools, one with a sea view and one overlooking the villas. Both pools are clean. Amenities in the villa: the room includes two bottles of water, a coffee machine (one capsule and two coffee capsules), a safe, umbrellas, towels, a refrigerator, a kettle, a comb, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and a shower cap. And most impressively, there's a shower and a separate bathroom. The hotel grounds are located at the very edge of Ao Noi Na Beach. The area is quiet and private, and the beach is quiet and peaceful, practically private, without crowds of tourists. However, there are sea urchins in the sea; we witnessed several tourists step on them, and the hotel staff helped them treat their injuries. There's a warning about sea urchins at reception. There's a restaurant on site. The food is delicious, but the downside is that it takes a long time to prepare; we waited an hour for two dishes. Breakfast is also served at the restaurant, and the breakfasts are hearty and delicious, with something for everyone. The overall impression of the hotel was excellent; I hope to stay there again on our next trip to Koh Samet! A big thank you to the staff. I definitely recommend it to everyone."

"I stayed for a couple of nights - everything is ok. Exit to a small quiet street, there is a small terrace where you can sit. Everything is clean and tidy. There are some downsides, but they are insignificant, especially considering the price: The fan on the terrace did not work, for some reason there was no cleaning (they just left water at the entrance). There is almost never anyone at the reception. The employee who receives guests does not speak English at all, but if something happens, you can contact the owner on WhatsApp. You can rent a motorbike, they want your passport as a deposit. For 400b you will get a broken Honda Click for a day."

"We recently stayed at Samet Cabana Resort on Ao Wong Duean, and it was exactly the tropical escape we were looking for. We booked the Beach Cabana, and we cannot recommend it enough. The Room: Staying in the Beach Cabana meant waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. Stepping out onto the porch with a view of the ocean was the highlight of the trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and had that authentic island bungalow feel while still having modern amenities (the AC worked great!). Being just a few steps from the water made all the difference. The Location: Ao Wong Duean is a fantastic beach, it’s lively enough to have good restaurants and fire shows at night, but much more relaxed than the busy main pier area. The water was clear and great for swimming right in front of the resort. Service & Food: The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of options to start the day. If you are coming to Koh Samet, do yourself a favour and splurge a little for the Beach Cabana. It transforms the trip from a standard hotel stay into a real beach holiday. We’ll definitely be back!"

"I love Pavillion resort at Ao Phai beach in Samed. Great breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool. The only downside was I found it difficult to get the shower at a good temperature, either too hot or too cold. Despite this, I would visit again!"

"The location are amazing and also the hotel have a lot of green area, room was so comfy even I choose the standard room however every morning some staff shouted so loudly it’s wake me up due to there is no sound proof of the hotel! If they inform staff to not shout in the morning that’s would be nice! Ah one more thing, hotel breakfast was good and yummy!"

"Highly recommend Stellars Resort! Great service & nice clean room.  The staff was super helpful and the room was two thumbs.  Not located on the beach but it's just a short walk (about 4 minutes).  The village is also a short walk (on the way to the beach; same direction/same road),  so there are many restaurants / shops / places for massage etc... Also, can rent a motorbike from the resort easily if you want to drive the island & see other beaches.  Good breakfast & good swimming pools. Would definitely recommend!"

"The location is convenient, just a few meters from the sea, and close to the lively areas too. The hotel itself is in a relatively quiet spot, and I say 'relatively quiet' because it's surrounded by lush vegetation. Many birds start their dawn chorus early in the morning, which is actually lovely – waking up to the sounds of different birds is quite nice. The hotel is a bit old, and the rooms aren't large, but they do clean upon request. The rooms have everything you need for a short stay. We really enjoyed it, though our noisy neighbors who were playing loud music and singing spoiled it a little. However, the hotel staff quickly quieted them down by asking them to keep it down."

"Pros: 1. Location is ideal ( walking distance between two beach ) and right by the beach 2. Room is big and toilet is spacious with a wardrobe  3. Big smart TV Cons:  1. Hotel is up the hill and it is very steep. It is a 3 storey buildings (our room is all the way up the top). Had to ”hike up” the hills and then the stairs. ( each trip is a cardio ) Not ideal to commute back and forth from the room to the beach. Not for elderly/ ppl with disabilities. 2. Breakfast is very average. There was limited seating so had to wait and refills took very long ( kitchen seemed to be short staffed in the high season )  Overall, the stay was average."

"### Review of Samed Grandview Resort We recently stayed at Samed Grandview Resort and had a wonderful experience overall. The resort's location is stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. However, we felt that the beach entertainment could use some improvement. While the idea of music on the beach is great, the selection and execution were somewhat lacking, making it a bit boring at times. As professionals in the entertainment industry, we believe there are ways to enhance the experience for guests, such as incorporating a more diverse music selection or live performances. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to see the entertainment aspect elevated for an even better guest experience. Thank you for considering our feedback! 🙏🏻"

"Great location on Vongduan beach. Very spacious , clean bungalows; nice staff; amenitiesare basic but in line with other similar hotels in koh Samet. A reading light would be nice. They explain at check in that room cleaning has to be requested by hanging the sign, you might have to draw the cleaners attention then they will clean the room. Breakfast is ok, mostly Thai options ; a couple of sweets and more choice of fruit would be nice. The only real minus is the rock hard bed, same as sleeping on the floor. They should not allow boats to land at the beach among swimmers, there is a jetty few meters away... better arrange a porter service for those who don't want to carry their bags."
