This hotel is absolutely fantastic! A big shout-out to Cassendra, Imantha, Dilrukshi, Sewwandi, and Piyumi – highly recommend them! Everyone should definitely come here next time!

Stunning hotel with a perfect view of the lake and Tooth Relic Temple. The staff are very welcoming and check-in experience was smooth. The room was very spacious and clean with good room service food. Recommend to sit by the infinity pool to try local arrack drink and freshly baked pizza while enjoying the good view.

This was a really great hotel – excellent location and service. The views of Kandy Lake and the Temple of the Tooth Relic from our room were amazing! The restaurant served delicious food, and breakfast had generous portions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent; they were very attentive and quickly noticed our requests. Thank you for being so kind and friendly to my daughter.

Convenient location. Pleasant interior. Hot water, private balcony with plants, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning. Breakfast included, along with a welcome drink. Early in the morning, we saw monkeys running across the balcony roof.

Thank you for the upgrade to the room with a balcony, and I absolutely love the huge bathroom. Thank you for the friendly service staff who answered my every query. Waking up to the quiet of Kandy Lake before the rest of the city wakes was a really peaceful feeling and I really enjoyed just standing on tje balcony soaking in the sights. Loving the wide breakfast spread too, ranging from local fare to continental selection. I was spoilt for choice and my tummy really loved the chicken curry & daal. Thank you.

Absolutely stunning, giant compound with an extensive history! They even offer a history walking tour but unfortunately there weren’t enough people signed up to make the tour happen. If you’re looking for a “colonial” stay, this is a great place. I recommend just walking around to see it for yourself. It’s also right on Kandy Lake, so it’s a nice walk (and not too far from the Kandyan Culture Center and the Sacred Tooth Temple Meals were good, but service sometimes is a little messy. Buffet was missing things like tongs or a cloth over the tray handles (which were hot to touch), but there’s a lot of servers walking around so I’m sure they’ll be able to do double-checks on this

A hotel with a magnificent view. It is really hard to find such a view. Especially the view from the top bar floor is extraordinary. The rooms could be cleaned more meticulously. It is not dirty but it could be cleaned more meticulously. The breakfast was average, the dinner menu was not very extensive, at least in the bar section. The welcome in the lobby was respectful and smiling. We were offered hot towels and fruit juice as soon as we arrived. The hotel is on the slope of a hill but I think the lack of a link bus service to the city center is a shortcoming.

Everything is good, the hosts are attentive and responsive, the location is good, the kinds are chic, breakfast is not bad, the room is also in good condition, for a couple of days the most, I recommend 👍

The location is excellent, within walking distance of major destinations such as shopping malls, Kandy Lake, and the Temple of the Tooth Relic. Hygiene is acceptable, but the room had a strong odor, and the facilities are rather old.

Excellent location, right next to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and Kandy Lake. I even got a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite, which was a nice touch! However, the shower was quite old, and the soundproofing was really poor; I could hear conversations from next door. Breakfast also needs improvement.
