Excellent location with a market across the road, loads of eateries and coffee shops nearby and a 7-11 next door. There was even a mall nearby which was convenient. The hotel provided a smooth check in and cleaned daily, we booked a family room which was of great size. The beds were very firm. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

**Secure and Stylish with Excellent Service** I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, where I was given the most secure room on the property. This level of security was impressive. The room itself was a visual delight, with a beautiful design and spotless condition. Fresh towels were provided daily, adding to the sense of cleanliness and comfort. The staff were exceptionally polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to have more watercress in the shower, though this is a minor, personal preference. 9/10 is a perfect blend of security, style, and superb service.

When we arrived they told us to go to a room that was not finished being cleaned yet. After the house keeping found us another room we settled in. But we found stains on the comforter when we returned back after walking to the street market. Luckily we only stayed one night.

Perfect stay for a quiet, clean, calm stay in Krabi City. If you would like to be more around other tourists we would recommend Ao Nang. The hotel was clean and nice! Parking slot for our scooter was available every day and we highly appreciated the daily housekeeping service with a fresh bed and fresh water.

Large bedroom with balcony. Great bedding. Good pool. Friendly service. Just bad plumbing so the sink waste flowed over the bathroom floor. The hotel should fix as otherwise it’s great value. Great garden food and drink opposite.

My stay at Tiya was really nice. Their receptionists, Bow and Chris, were incredibly helpful. They made my whole stay smooth and were always ready to answer my questions regarding places I wanted to go or things I needed. The room was just right for me as I’m a solo traveler and it had the amenities I needed. The shower drain was a little slow though but it wasn’t a major problem. Hot shower, water pressure, and toiletries provided had no issues. The bed might be a little too high or hard for some people but it was fine with me. Location was good as well since it’s nearby to so many things and the markets. Overall, my stay was good and would highly recommend it to others for short stays at Krabi Town.

This is my second time staying here. The room is clean and comfortable. I slept well. In the morning, the light is not bright enough for my eyes. It is located in an area with many things to sell. There is a Vogue shopping mall, a walking street, and a black crab market. I am very impressed.

The hotel is clean and has good service. The receptionist can speak Thai well. The equipment works well. There is air conditioning, TV, hot water, elevator. There is hot coffee in the morning. If you go diving, you can take a boat at Nopparat Beach, which is still within the distance where they provide a free shuttle. It is near the walking street. It is easy to find food in the evening. There are two bottles of water and one roll of tissue per day. There is parking.

The accommodation is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to find food. It's quiet and there's no noise to disturb you. Most importantly, there's parking next to the room, making you feel even more at ease. The air conditioning in the room is very cool, the bed is very soft, and there's a TV that can connect to the internet, making you feel relaxed.

Great stay for a great price. Hotel is relatively new, bathroom already looks a bit tired. But still. Considering the price it’s fine. Rooms are a bit noisy, I guess you need to have some luck with the neighbours. The location near all the foodmarkets is excellent! The pool is a really nice facility considering the location of the hotel in the middle of the hot en sweaty centre. But place to stay in Krabi 👍
