The room was fantastic, situated in a commercial district that makes it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. It's located right in the most bustling part of Kunming, with numerous unique 'hidden gem' shops nearby. **Service:** The service from the staff member was exceptional; his professionalism truly rivaled that of five-star hotels. He proactively offered to help with luggage, greeted us warmly upon arrival, and clearly explained the breakfast options. **Cleanliness:** The hygiene was excellent; everything was spotlessly clean. Although there's a lively snack street downstairs, it remained surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful stay. The hotel features a quaint, antique-style Chinese decor that is truly Instagram-worthy, and the value for money is outstanding.

I recently spent two nights at this accommodation, and while there were not many foreigners around, I still found it to be a decent experience. Upon arrival, I received a coupon, which was a nice touch, but I found that the minimum spending requirement made it less useful for solo travelers like myself. I had requested a bottom bunk but ended up with a top one, and I found the bed to be quite hard. However, the provided curtains added a nice level of privacy. On the plus side, they offer lockers, towels, and slippers, which is convenient. The bathroom, however, could use a bit more attention as it needed cleaning, and I noticed that the shower had a leak. Overall, considering the price, I can't really complain too much. The staff at the front desk were friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. Just a heads-up: there are two flights of stairs, and you'll need to walk through the restaurant/bar area to access the lift to the rooms. All in all, it’s a budget-friendly option that meets basic needs!

We stayed here for three nights. It's a charming and beautiful boutique hotel. The room's soundproofing was quite good, and the hygiene was impressive. Although the front desk staff's attitude at check-in was very poor, the lobby manager, who happened to be nearby, noticed the situation and promptly resolved it. We were also given a complimentary gift bag upon departure, which was much appreciated! **Suggestions for Improvement:** 1. The breakfast menu could definitely use some improvement. They should consider adding more meat dishes, as currently, there isn't much to eat besides a bowl of noodles. The restaurant itself is quite small, leading to wait times during busy periods. Optimizing the table and chair layout could significantly increase seating capacity. 2. I didn't participate in the afternoon tea, but I noticed some guests carrying fruit and prawn crackers to eat by the rooftop pool. Given that seating on the rooftop is already limited, I hope the hotel can enforce better management. Just a few days ago, at the Shangri-La in Shenzhen, guests wearing hotel slippers into the restaurant were stopped, but here, such behavior in the restaurant seems to be largely ignored by the staff. 3. The elevator wait times are definitely long. Two elevators are simply not enough for the hotel. Once you're upstairs, you almost don't want to come down because you know you'll have to wait so long for an elevator again. 4. While the hotel's location *seems* convenient for reaching various places, in reality, getting around by foot or car actually consumes a surprising amount of time. 5. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is practically ineffective. The lingering smell of a previous guest's smoking in the toilet area was very strong and wouldn't dissipate. Although the hotel did come to address it later, which helped a lot, I hope they can improve the exhaust fan's performance in the future.

This brand new hotel impressed us with everything looking spankin’ new and spotless. The rooms are modern and smartly equipped, with an AI chatbot that even controls the room’s settings — from lighting to temperature, making everything super convenient and personalized. The soundproofing was excellent, so we enjoyed peaceful, quiet nights throughout our stay. The beautiful lounge area was a perfect spot to relax, adding to the stylish and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting us warmly and going out of their way to help with recommendations and anything else we needed. One thing to keep in mind: the AI chatbot and much of the communication are in Mandarin, so having some Mandarin knowledge or a translation app really helps to get the most out of the smart features and smooth communication. Combined with a superb location, this hotel delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

This is a historic, vintage-style hotel. The location is superb, right at the main entrance of Cuihu Park. Kunming Old Street is just 1 km away and easily reachable on foot, with the route dotted with popular photo-op spots. While the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, they contribute to its historical charm. The service from this established hotel was absolutely impeccable. From the moment we stepped out of the car at the entrance, through check-in, and all the way to our room, a dedicated staff member was with us. We were quite touched, even a little embarrassed, that an elderly gentleman insisted on pushing our luggage all the way to our room. Upon check-in, we were offered peach gum and white fungus soup, floral cookies, and fresh fruit. The buffet breakfast was also quite varied. Several well-known mushroom hot pot restaurants are also conveniently located just outside the hotel, within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

We stayed just for one night on our last day in Kunming Yunnan. We love the hotel because of its location close to Old Town Kunming. Great for halal food, close to Shuncheng mosque and shopping as well. The room is quite large, bed is comfy and clean.

I stayed for 4 nights and was very satisfied, so I extended my stay for another three nights. The front desk staff kindly informed me that booking online was cheaper than booking directly and that I could even keep my original room. They also gifted me some fruit and delicious snowflake crisps. The room windows had screens, making it easy to ventilate the room. The bathroom was clean, and the hairdryer was compact and effective. I particularly liked the good quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel with their pleasant tea fragrance, which were mild and non-irritating to the skin. There were plenty of wooden hangers in the wardrobe, along with a safe and a mini-fridge. Several full-length mirrors were convenient for trying on clothes. The buffet breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, and the hours from 6 AM to 10 AM were conveniently long. The restaurant itself was spacious, bright, beautifully decorated, and clean. The hotel's surroundings were beautiful, with the stunning Cuihu Lake just outside the entrance. The area was dotted with shops, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Taxis were also easily accessible.

Great new hotel ne styled in a quiet neighborhood near the green lake. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Nicely furnished and pleasant looking. The breakfast was the best I’ve had this trip and they had a powdered coffee machine.

We had a very pleasant stay with our baby The location is perfect, very calm, but just around the corner of the city centre and lots of restaurants and shops around. We came back to Kunming after visiting the Yuangyang rice fields, and booked the same hotel again.

The hotel is newly renovated, the facilities are very good, the air conditioner can cool and heat, it is a good choice when the weather is cooling down, the service of the hotel is very thoughtful, the service staff are very dedicated, just like their own home, the facilities in the room are of high quality, the bedding is also very comfortable, the hotel also provides free upgrades, the executive lounge is not bad, the hotel's breakfast is also in line with the standards of star hotels, desserts, noodles, rice buns, stir-fried dishes, fruits, coffee, in short, I am very satisfied with this stay, I will come again next time.
