Superb value for the price. Nice looking hotel. Room was nice and quiet. Great shower with plenty of pressure. Clean room with lots of space for a person in transit. Bed was a bit soft, as were the pillows. Room heating worked fine. Only ten minutes from the airport. Again, this hotel was amazing value. Definitely recommend it.

The room was very clean, and the facilities were new. The front desk staff were also very helpful and promptly resolved any issues. They replenished disposable toothbrushes and tissues daily, which is a nice touch as other hotels I've stayed at don't do that if you still have some. This hotel is great, kudos to the housekeeping auntie! They were also very considerate; when we said we didn't need the room cleaned, they left the replenished items at the door, and they remembered our cleaning preferences later on. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

I specifically chose this Vienna Hotel near Lishe Airport because I had an early 7 AM flight. They offer a free airport shuttle service, and it departed promptly at 5:30 AM after I made a reservation. It only took about ten minutes to reach the airport, which was perfect for catching my flight. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable, so I had a very quiet night's sleep. It's right next to Yinshou Avenue Station on Metro Line 2, making it super convenient to get around. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo for a business trip!

The hotel was quite good, clean and tidy. The front desk staff, Xiao Wu, even packed breakfast for us and arranged airport transfer. Xiao Wu at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic, and we're so, so grateful to her! We originally just chose this hotel for a transit layover, but it turned out to be excellent, and the room was very spacious. Xiao Wu even upgraded us to a suite on the spot. Highly recommend!

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattresses are soft and comfortable, ensuring a very pleasant stay. The hotel breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options. The receptionist, Wang Peilin, was exceptionally helpful, always smiling and patiently resolving any issues, making my stay even more perfect. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

Well enough! I arrived at the airport early this morning and booked a night near the airport! It was said to be a brand new king-size room, an upgraded version, but actually apart from the new bed, there was nothing special about it. However, the price online was nearly $50 more expensive! There is no air conditioning in the corridor, but there is a wall mounted air conditioner in the room. It was so hot when I first entered. The air conditioner couldn't be turned on in the toilet, but it was clean!

The room is quite spacious. The design of Atour is quite well-known. The breakfast is quite rich, with free coffee. The soy milk and tofu pudding seem to be homemade in.house, and the quality is very good.

It's too old, too worn out, and not well maintained. The price doesn't match the environment; it's overpriced. Plus, the transportation isn't very convenient. I don't think the overall experience is very good.

Said it was an e-sports room, but the computer was not used. There were cigarettes in the ashtray in the room. Since the hotel where I stayed the day before was sent breakfast to the room, the breakfast was cold. I specifically called to ask if there was a breakfast room. The reply said that it was only decided, but I didn’t expect it to be in the restaurant. It was a pot of porridge, eggs and northeast coarse noodles. The steamed buns, the eggs are still hot. The steamed buns are already iced in the foam box. Husband and children usually don't drink porridge. The egg barely eats one. It is impossible to eat steamed buns. The hotel can't tell you in advance on the Internet, or tell you when you call. Originally, the room without breakfast could save more than 100 yuan, which was a deliberate pit of money.

The overall environment is warm and quiet, the room is clean and tidy. The aunties who clean the room are very nice and enthusiastic. It is very convenient to eat and shop around. When you order takeout, there is a robot to deliver it upstairs, which is convenient and smart. I am very satisfied. I will choose it next time🥰🥰
