"From the initial contact by Catherine Londoner Guest Relations Team to the pickup limo by Brian at Heng Qin port to the arrival at the main entrance, received by Gordon 吳鎮宇 star captain team manager to the suite it’s a great impression of tops hotelier experience ! The afternoon tea and evening cocktail reception literally occupied the rest of our evening at The Residence, Londoner restaurant operation for guests. Many thanks to Jessica Exec manager who introduces us various gourmet foods and canapés and offers a special plate of strawberries and blueberry to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. To our surprise, the Guest Relations Team delivers a cake to our room in the evening at 9:30pm. The next day breakfast at The Residence restaurant is sumptuous and exquisite. Elna Exec manager from Taiwan personally serves tea and suggests a few dim sum items for us to taste. Our one day stay at Londoner is filled with joy and 感恩to all the Londoner staffs who pamper us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The top quality of the staff, the food quality and the ambiance contribute to our precious memories. Gordon and Fiona, Stephen(?)who offers us guidance to maneuver around Londoner Sands , Venetian shoppes, assisted our departure inn a limousine at 4pm. We will be back. "The hotel looks great for the price and it is close to restaurants. The clerk in reception were helpful. On the other hand, the cleaning service could do better as the last night they did not do our bed, and other days they didn't replace hand towels and the sugar packages for coffee."

"Friendly staff, great breakfast and love the location. It is convenient to go anywhere. Was told we have been upgraded so that was nice. Gym and swimming pool were under maintenance, would be nice if pre-advised earlier please do that. A pleasant stay."

"Room is big but a bit old. Cleanliness is up to standard except the work desk chair / sofa might long time no sanitized or wash coz my skin was allergy after sat on the chair.Overall the hotel is good and worth with this Location is very convenient."

"Our experience was wonderful! We went to waterpark and dine at the new restaurant in the lobby. Staff were friendly and accommodating especially the housekeeping staff - Bryan - who delivered our kid’s amenities request. He was very helpful and professional. Another housekeeping lady - Deanna - during the turndown was very friendly and professional. All the staff in the lobby restaurant were also friendly and nice to us. They accommodate our request for my kid like providing the baby chair and cookies instead of just the complimentary bread."

"The hotel emailed instructions for bus transport which is easy to understand. Apart from bus, they also have parking space. The hotel is located at south part of Macau with a quiet environment and superb view with the beach. The room was a bit old and humid but the amenities was okay. It was weird that there is no shower curtain in our room (which was present in other reviews). The water was splashed all over the toilet floor no matter how careful we were. Beware 1/F room has very small balcony. I guess 2/F are better. The restaurant is cozy and nice. We had dinner with cocktails. Fair price for Portuguese food. Breakfast buffet was fine with enough to choose from. We enjoyed the environment the most. Just a short 20min walk to reach the Lord Stow's Bakery and Cafe. Great Portuguese tarts!"

"Because I'm used to it, I like the hotel feel. Familiar feeling. Moreover, it is very convenient to go to Yaohan, the old street, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The hotel service is also very good. We were upgraded to a luxury suite once. Very praiseworthy. It's a pity that the big fish tank is gone. . ."

"Hotel Okura Macau is super nice. This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We had a very good experience and so glad that we chose this hotel. Our visit was for my birthday and my anniversary date. The hotel staff prepared our room with birthday balloons, butterflies, origami decorations and a lovely card. Then, later at night, a gorgeous birthday cake!. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"check-in at 5pm and was informed that rooms not yet ready. A bit surprised and glad to know the rooms are ready before we finished checking-in. Promised fruits were not delivered to rooms though. Appreciate an alternative way to allow luggage getting through the ****** (not staying in ****** area, just passing through from one entrance to one exit) Thx"
