Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Special thanks to Catherine/Colin/Edmond. Picture 6 Friendly reminder: When making tea in the silver tea set of Huating Afternoon Tea, be careful not to get burned on the top of the tea lid. Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. Seeing that I had my mother with me, I even arranged a car to pick me up from the airport. Be My Guest Be My Home Looking forward to my next visit to my home away from home Londoner!
Ascott Macau is the hotel that I usually stay at during the past 2 years because its staff are friendly and helpful as well as efficiently .They will accede my request for upgrading the room if possible. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is closed to casinos, restaurants and transportation. I am sure to stay at this hotel on my next trip.
Thanks to the staff handling my check in and check out, both of them are very nice.
We loved our stay at Grandview Hotel! 1st of all, the staff especially at the reception were very accommodating. The lobby, hallways, rooms are so clean and big! The hotel is situated in the quiet part of Macau, but there are a lot of supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants within its surroundings. There's buffet breakfast until 10:30am, so it was really convenient for us to eat even if we woke up late.
I think the only thing lacking is that there's no heater in the rooms. But overall we definitely enjoyed our stay here and will recommend to our friends!

Well this is fine hotel with good view to Macao centre and Vasco da Gama square across the road.
This hotel keep old style design of 80s in the good condition with restaurant on the first floor. Room is small for us, but comfortable!
Surprisingly we have only 2 breakfast for 2adults+1child, so for child need to pay extra even if he didn't eat. Food variety on breakfast is more asian style, but we are lucky to get a slice of cheese 🧀 with bread)
They provide shuttle bus, which is good.
What is really good to find a nice swimming pool inside after all! We enjoy our stay there.
Located just two or three bus stops away from Macao Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, took bus no. 3 and arrived quickly at hotel. Very well decorated reception hall and well maintained room.
Our suite was very spacious with one living room, one toilet in the living room, one bedroom with two beds, one bathroom with bathing area & bathtub and TVs with a well maintained fridge!
Just down the hotel have eateries around and also a bus stop as well as taxi stand! Very well located and value for money hotel. Behind the hotel (Oriental Gate) have bus stop to catch a bus to Ruins of St. Paul’s!
If you walk down the hotel towards the direction of Sands Hotel Macao, there are free coaches to go to all the major casinos and shopping malls!
This is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view.
The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful.
The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose .
The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .
Because I'm used to it, I like the hotel feel. Familiar feeling. Moreover, it is very convenient to go to Yaohan, the old street, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The hotel service is also very good. We were upgraded to a luxury suite once. Very praiseworthy. It's a pity that the big fish tank is gone. . .
It was wonderful experience to stay in Ritz Carlton Macau. Living at the Ritz is absolutely guaranteed, whether it's the service, attitude, food, cleanliness, and so on, while other hotels were so crowded packed with tours. The pool at Ritz is quiet and clean, and guests can also access wave pool and lazy river at Galaxy hotel, which is wonderful for families and kids. The only thing I wanna say is the location. Ritz is the furthest away from the Galaxy hotel bus shuttle stop and the huge mall at Venetian Hotel, while both are walking distance though.
Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter.
Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills.
Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free.
Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening.
We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man.
Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

Outstanding
SSHERYL SOO HUAHad a wonderful 1N stay. Room was spacious and clean. Free coach rides to/from ferry terminals, airport, old district, etc which saved us on transport. Walkable to various clusters of hotel-cum-mall in Taipa. Breakfast was hearty portion and food was decent. Linked mall carries mostly luxury brands but was glad to find KoKei Bakery for must-try Portuguese egg tart and to bring home their famous pastry gift boxes. Had a nice chilled cocktail at their bar on level 6 of Eiffel Tower Replica. Good choice indeed.
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
PPML SCHNEIDERHotel very well located and clean, it’s in front of the Parisian hotel. We got our room upgraded by the receptionist. There were two things that was disappointing, one of them was that they didn’t accept USD as deposit, I had to pay in HK dollar otherwise I had to use credit card for deposit, what doesn’t make sense for me bc they don’t need to exchange the currency, just give me back the cash at checkout. The second thing was the hotel bar, we bought 2 Macau beer at the hotel bar and paid 150MOP while you can find the same beer for 15MOP/bottle at the Cotai’s bars.
GGuest UserLong story. Overall is still pleasant. Some might say it’s a new hotel, cut some slack for them. Yes and no. If you are not ready, then don’t open. I would say either understaff or staffs are not experienced or well trained. To those that were working there now, I can see that they are doing their very best. Higher management might want to see how to improve further.
1: Reached hotel at 12pm. Put my luggage at reception and went out. They already have my booking and name verified. Came back at 4pm, waited for 30 minutes and gave me the wrong room type from my booking. When I went down to the counter, told me that my room is not ready yet. At 4pm and my room is not ready yet? The fact is that, there’s a group of walked in customers in front of me when I came back. They gave my room to them thinking that I am not back yet. And I have to wait for the other room, which was given a late checked out. And the guest had just left and room is not ready for me. So they put me up in another room to wait for my room.
2: Very generous with space. Room is spacious. Bright. Nice and clean. Which I think it has to be as it is a brand new hotel just opened in less than 2 weeks ago.
3: Stingy with water. Gave only 2 bottles of water. 250ml type. Asked for more and said at most can give 2 more only.
4: Water heater temperature not constant. One moment become very hot and one water becomes cold. And the hot that it suddenly became was very hot. Quite dangerous.
5: There is no robot to bring up your food deliveries and send anything that you request from hotel. You will have to go down to pick up your deliveries and wait for hotel staff to bring to you anything that you request for. I have to wait for 45 minutes for a pair of slippers.
6: The shower area had a design flaw that allows water to flow out when you shower and water ponded right in front the vanity counter. That was how I needed an extra pair of slippers.
7: The blinds of the windows are another wrong choice of blinds to install. You need to lower the entire day blind then you can bring up the black out blind. There are 7 panels of them in the room. My arms are sore after that. And you need to repeat the entire process to bring it up in the morning if you wish to see outside the window.
8: TV doesn’t have access to paid TV. Can only watch local channels.
9: Drop off point do not have a shelter like neighboring buildings. You get wet going in and out of the hotel entrance if it rains.
10: My room was on the top floor. Each time the lift moves, I can hear the braking lock engaging and disengaging. I can also feel the vibration from the gears that lowers and pulls the ropes. I am not a light sleeper and I can hear it.
11: Windows are double glazed. But still can hear the rain splattering while sleeping.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is simply unparalleled. It is located in the center of Macau, providing unparalleled convenience. Whether you are a business traveler or a tourist, hotels located near major attractions, commercial centers, and public transportation are an ideal choice. What impressed me most was that I could easily and quickly reach the must see attractions in this city.
The hotel is brand new. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness is evident. From clean sheets to spotless bathrooms, every corner of the room has been meticulously cleaned. Room service personnel deserve special mention as they are committed to ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for guests.
One of the most prominent features of this hotel is its stunning infinity pool. The scenery of the swimming pool is breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of the city skyline. This is an ideal place to relax after a long day. The swimming pool area is well maintained, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and a peaceful atmosphere, adding fun to overall relaxation.
Daniel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for my stay, providing valuable insights into local attractions and dining options. He actively resolves any questions and ensures smooth check-in and check-out procedures, which is truly commendable.
I must say that the hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple aspects. My accommodation at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was simply fantastic. The superior geographical location, spotless cleanliness, luxurious infinity pool, and excellent service from Daniel and other staff make this hotel the first choice for anyone visiting Macau. I strongly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.
SSara ArdeliaWe loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its l’occitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.
NNoreeeen13Celebrated my birthday yesterday and the hotel staffs were very friendly. The FO staff Stanley provided an incredible service with the room upgrade and late checkout. It has always been a pleasant and comfortable stay at Roosevelt.
GGuest UserOur check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us.
When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after
While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management.
Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in.
She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.
WWongAshleyMy family and I had a wonderful stay! When we first arrived at the entrance of the hotel, we were assisted by the bellhop, Mark Spencer, who was very nice and helpful during our arrival and leaving the hotel. And everything else that came after did not disappoint, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was nice. Would definitely come back again! 👍🏽
GGuest UserI left my silver ring in my room and checked out.
The room cleaning staff found it before I realised and informed me immediately.
They then stored it at the hotel for six months.
Above all, I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff, who gave the guests peace of mind。
Thank you so much for all your help。
