Macau Hotels with Hot Tub

"This hotel is still in its trial operation, and the front desk service was a bit chaotic with insufficient staff, leading to slow work efficiency. I tried to check in after 4 PM, but there was no room available. The deposit was MOP 2,000, and I was told it would be refunded within 14 days upon checkout. Although it was refunded the following evening, it's the first time in Macau I've encountered a hotel that doesn't refund the deposit on the same day. The hotel's decor is luxurious, but the smell of new renovations hasn't dissipated. The design is quite winding and has too many mirrors, making it easy to get lost. The room was spacious and clean enough, but lacked attention to detail. Going to the restroom or living room required constantly going up and down stairs, which would be difficult for elderly guests. There's only a panda pavilion nearby, but the coffee shop downstairs has good food and drinks. The hotel doesn't offer a free shuttle service, so you have to take the light rail or public bus. Overall, there's room for improvement."

From the moment we arrived, the reception staff Minnie made us feel genuinely welcome. The team was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they took the time to answer all our questions, offer local recommendations, and make sure we were comfortable right away. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail set a great tone for the entire stay. The guest rooms were equally impressive. Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed that made for excellent sleep. Everything felt well-maintained and inviting—the modern amenities worked perfectly, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It was clear that care had gone into creating a pleasant space for guests. Overall, both the reception team and the quality of the rooms exceeded our expectations. "What a gem! This was I think our 5th stay here and we've already booked our next stay soon! That's how amazing it is here in Artyzen. We just adore this resort and the staff are always hospitable and kind. They remember us by our first names. What a nice touch. We enjoyed our suite, pool, gym, kidsco, breakfast and eating by the pool. Thank you to Mr. Will, Jennifer, Maricris, Yang, the bell man who always help and assist us (sorry I forgot his name) and of course Mr. Patrick for always taking care of us and making sure we have an unforgettable stay as always.
