The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"Above normal 5 star service. From check in to check out all staff are very friendly. Staff always think of customer point. When arriving the hotel staff at the drop off point has suggested to sent the luggage to our room but we wanted to bring the luggage up to the room ourself ( don’t need to wait for the luggage in the room) When doing the check in and after getting the room key , another staff has suggested to sent our luggages to our room and clearly explain why they want to help to sent out luggages to the room. Time receiving the luggage’s very fast. In the check out day , has called for the luggages to sent for deposit. Staff Ricky is very friendly and love to communicate to customers. Well done for his good service. Thanks for making my boss and wife wedding anniversary memorable."

Beautifully blending East and West designs, the Grand Lisboa Palace Macau is located in Cotai, close to the East Asian Games Dome and enjoying convenient access to Macau’s new Light Rapid Transit (LRT) line, which connect guests to the Airport, Taipa Ferry Terminal, and many other locations in Taipa. Guests wanting to head to the city centre to explore the Macau Peninsula can get there within 25 minutes of travel time. The Grand Lisboa Palace Macau offers 1,350 contemporary Chinoiserie-inspired rooms and suites that are exquisitely furnished and have a breathtaking view of the resort's Jardim Secreto gardens or Cotai skyline. Each room has complimentary high-speed internet access, 55” flat-screen televisions, separate bath and walk-in showers outfitted with Grohe Freehander shower systems, and beautiful art that brings Macau’s rich cultural history to life. More physical and spiritual relaxation can be found at The Spa at Grand Lisboa Palace which features 14 opulent treatment suites and offers personalised and highly effective treatments. Guests can also receive personalised hair services by the Gentlemen’s Tonic or bespoke manicure and pedicure rituals at The PEDI:MANI:CURE Studio by Bastien Gonzalez. At the Gym, guests can exercise with advanced Technogym® cardiovascular equipment and tailored training programmes, while the temperature-controlled indoor and outdoor swimming pools are perfect for laps or relaxing dips. The resort offers an exceptional range of gastronomy with authentic flavours and enticing aromas of Macanese, Portuguese, regional Chinese and Western cuisines, presented by first-to-Macau and trendsetting restaurants.

"The room was spacious, new, and decorated in an ocean theme, exuding luxury yet elegance – perfect for photos, as shown. The bed, bathroom, and tea bar amenities were excellent, and I appreciated not needing an adapter for charging, with USB ports readily available. The minibar included a complimentary drink, a standard offering at Grand Lisboa Hotels, with no extra charge. The room layout was well-designed and practical; the luggage area had two stands, ideal for couples or families. We requested a smoking room, and it did have a smoke smell, but when we called room service, they immediately brought a high-powered air purifier. Keeping it on significantly alleviated most of the odor. The sky garden on the third floor was very picturesque. It was a shame we missed the afternoon 'Alice in Wonderland' themed performance and interactive session. Breakfast was crowded, and the Chinese options were decent, but the Western desserts and various teas were superb. Getting to the 'three people' area (referring to the main tourist area perhaps) was a bit far on foot, requiring a taxi. However, Wynn Palace was only a 10-minute walk away. Compared to that main area, this hotel has the New Yaohan department store and a large supermarket nearby. Stocking up on food, drinks, and daily necessities here was incomparably cheaper than in the main tourist spots, which is incredibly convenient for families with children and couples on a budget. Next to the supermarket, the Grand Lisboa Palace Food Court offers 'Wing Kee Beef Offal' and a delicious, generously portioned pork chop bun shop, along with Cantonese BBQ and Southeast Asian cuisine. It felt a bit cheaper than the Venetian Food Court, and it was spacious, less crowded, and peaceful. We booked one night because the room rate was cheap, and overall, it offered great value for money. It's perfect for combining with another hotel in Macau to enrich your travel experience and ease your wallet. Highly recommended! Almost forgot to mention, there's a local culture and history exhibition on the third floor called 'Lisboa: A Story of Macau,' which is definitely worth a visit! For most people, it's more worthwhile than the Picasso exhibition. 😎"

Mandarin Oriental, Macau is a stylish urban retreat in the city’s entertainment and high-end retails centre. The 213 elegant rooms and suites feature panoramic views of the city’s waterfront, whilst the tasteful dining facilities, including Vida Rica Restaurant and Bar, Lobby Lounge and Mandarin Oriental Cake Shop, offer a true epicurean experience. The grand ballroom and function rooms are equipped with cutting-edge technologies, and the award-winning Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Macau takes guests on a journey of rejuvenation and relaxation in a serene setting. The overall spa and health facilities also encompass a fully-equipped fitness centre and a heated outdoor swimming pool.

"I've been to Macau many times and stayed at many hotels here, but this visit to MO still amazed me. The service was exceptional; every hotel staff member I encountered, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was delicious. I met Leo every day at breakfast, and he was always friendly and proactive. When he learned it was my first stay, he kindly introduced me to the different breakfast options. It was perfectly timed and never felt intrusive, like a friend hosting a guest. The room was very clean with excellent views. The turndown service every evening was fantastic. The hotel is connected to MGM via One Central, so you can take MGM's shuttle buses from there. This hotel gives off a true holiday vibe, unlike the noisier casino hotels. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Macau."

Inspired by the eponymous heroine from Chinese mythology, Nüwa is a homage to Asia’s rich cultural inheritance; a place where the past is reimagined, and luxury redefined. Traditional aesthetics and contemporary sensibility intertwine to create a world of comfort. Handcrafted details are evident in every corner, personalized hospitality awaits at every turn; and every stay is an experience of impeccable standard.

"My family and I just wrapped up a wonderful 2-night stay at Nuwa Hotel Macau, and wow – we’re already planning our return! From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt personalized, warm, and genuinely thoughtful. Here’s why Nuwa stands out: ✨ Standout Staff Shoutouts: - Tiffany at Front Office was an absolute gem! So welcoming, efficient, and sweet – she set the tone for our stay perfectly. - Bellboys were always alert, helpful, and ready with a smile whenever we needed assistance. - Housekeeping deserves huge praise! They arranged a shower chair for my elderly mom during turndown service – no fuss, just pure kindness. ❤️ - Gym Attendant Arnold went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only was he super friendly, but he personally escorted my mom to the changing room and ensured she felt comfortable. The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us! 🍽️ Room Service & Integrity: We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action! 🎯 Management That Listens: At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. It wasn’t just about fixing a mistake; it was about valuing us as guests. 💯 Final Verdict: Nuwa isn’t just a hotel – it’s a place where **staff treat you like family**. Their attention to detail (especially for elderly guests), proactive service recovery, and consistent warmth made our stay unforgettable. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND** for families, couples, or anyone seeking luxury *with* heart. We’ll 100% be back soon! Thank you, Team Nuwa – you’ve set the bar sky-high!👏🏼💫"

With its unmistakeable design, the Grand Lisboa Macau is a prime Macau attraction and one of the city's most distinctive landmarks. The crown jewel in Stanley Ho's casino empire, the Grand Lisboa is an inspired oddity. Though strangely alluring from the outside, once indoors all doubts about the Lisboa's dedication to luxury vanish. Guests will find ultra-luxurious rooms and suites furnished with high-tech in-room facilities, such as a Turkish steam baths, 60-centimeter rain showers and Jacuzzis.Guests can dine on Chinese or Western cuisine, stop in for a drink at the coffee shop or bar or lounge or order 24-hour in-room dining. Meeting facilities, laundry service and airport pickup are also offered from the Grand Lisboa Macau. This Macau hotel has plenty to do in terms of relaxing. Guests can use the spa, indoor or outdoor swimming pool and fitness facilities.

"This is my third stay here, and Grand Lisboa is definitely the GOAT of Macau! Everything from the facilities to the service is absolutely top-notch. The location is excellent, perfect for exploring the peninsula on foot. The hotel lobby is always bustling with tourists during the day. The kids absolutely loved the jetted bathtub, and the toiletries are fantastic. The view from the sea-view room window is also amazing."

With its glittering jewel-like façade towering over the Cotai Strip, MGM COTAI is Macau’s icon of innovation. The resort features 1,390 rooms and suites, spacious meeting venues, 5-star spa facilities, retail stores, restaurants, and the awarded Emerald Tower, Emerald Villa, and Skylofts.

"I have to say, the design of MGM Cotai is truly artistic; walking through the atrium always feels like a treat. Check-in is strictly after 3 PM, but you can get in line about ten minutes early. The young man who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. However, the short-haired young lady at the next counter, who was assisting an elderly couple, seemed less competent. She struggled to explain things clearly and even had to call over a colleague for help. Later, when I checked out, it happened to be her again. My room charges were over by 0.6 MOP, and she insisted I pay the difference. As I was getting my money out, another young man at an adjacent counter, who was helping another guest, immediately said it wasn't necessary to pay. The difference in service experience was quite significant. She really needs to improve her work efficiency. My room was cleaned daily, and there was also a turndown service. However, the air conditioning in my room was incredibly noisy, so I couldn't use it at all during my stay; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep. Room service was always responsive and very quick. If I have the chance, I might choose MGM Cotai again."

Opened in 2018, the City of Dreams – Morpheus Macau offers travelers a pleasant stay in Macau, whether for business or leisure purposes. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 3km from Macau International Airport and 11km from Zhuhai Railway Station. There's plenty to do nearby, with Venetian Theatre, Casino at Venetian Macao and Carmel Garden all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Macau hotel offers parking on site.

"## Facilities: Quite Disappointing On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was quite late, so I ended up using a bathmat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message when I returned saying it had been resolved. To my dismay, it was blocked again the second day, forcing me to rush out mid-shower to call them. Additionally, the room phone seemed to have a faulty connection; I kept trying to dial but couldn't get a call through. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite stuffy. ## Service: During check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor. Well, they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members even came up to demonstrate how to operate the curtains... (a bit excessive!). However, the room service staff were actually very good; they were patient and responded promptly to all my requests. ## Location: The location is indeed quite out of the way. Taxis are scarce during peak hours, whereas it was much easier to hail a cab at The Londoner during the same times. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with minors, as you'll have to walk a much longer route if you can't cut through the casino. I honestly don't know how people manage to explore all of Macau in a single day. For me, getting back from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even getting to The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I even considered taking a taxi just to get to Wynn. ## Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my throat discomfort was likely related to the carpet."
