This hotel for us in Milan is make us so happy and comfortable because we quite suffer when we are in Naples (stay in an apartment which no lift). This hotel is 24 hrs and the reception is helpful and good speaking English. They is very good service. I will stay here again. The metro station is near. The room is clean and breakfast is great. Everything was great.

Location is excellent. Service is friendly.
The mattress quality in the room is poor, like it has been used for a long time as it was too soft. I had to flip the mattress over which improves only a little bit. Had backache when I woke up.
Every amenities have to be requested including the kettle.
Air conditioning has to be adjusted centrally from the front desk.
Breakfast is ok. Pay at check in for €18. If pay up front it would be €25.

Its location near Milan Central Station makes getting around a breeze. Plus, there's a direct airport shuttle bus stop right by the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. While the hotel's decor is simple and bright, the facilities are unfortunately not well-maintained.

Pros
- location is 650m from the main station
- room was large, clean and very well furnished with microwave and glassware
- check in was fuss free
- laundry machine there was godsend at this point in our trip
- food options within walking distance
- the receptionist was very kind and allowed us to check in about 40mins early
- complimentary water bottles in the fridge & coffee
Cons
- area seems just a tad shady
- dryer setting is confusing for non Italian speakers, takes up to two hours
In overall, it was a really good stay, we wld definitely come back

Very clean and well kept, considerably new. It seems like quite a popular spot as we weren’t able to check in early when we arrived around 1 pm. I really like the washroom and it was very clean just like at home. The location is not bad, quite near the metro as well. However, I don’t think there are a lot of amenities. Would definitely rebook if I was to come back to Milan in the near future as the price was reasonable and I had a very good rest.

I still want to recommend this accommodation overall, the facilities and rooms are quite nice.
However, I think the male manager in the breakfast area really needs some reflection and proper training.
There are two breakfast options here: €8 and €4. I chose the €4 one, but nothing happened for a while. His female colleague, whose English wasn’t very fluent, only took the payment and gave me a coffee. Later, they handed me an empty paper bag for breakfast.
When I started to use the bag, the male manager repeatedly told me that the breakfast only included “one coffee and one croissant” he said it at least three times. I also replied that I had received an empty bag and no croissant at all. Instead of explaining politely or resolving the issue, he just kept repeating himself and walked away without doing anything.
Overall, the place itself is good, but the staff training is seriously lacking. Even if they’re not sure about something, basic politeness and communication should be expected, and unfortunately, this male manager clearly hasn’t received such training.

## The Unbeatable Gateway: Why This Hotel is My New Travel Holy Grail
Just stumbled upon a hotel so perfectly positioned, it feels like discovering a secret cheat code for seamless travel. Forget everything you know about compromise – this place delivers *everything* without the premium price tag. Its location isn't just good; it’s **utterly transformative** for any traveler, especially weary souls like me arriving from long-haul flights.
**The Transport Trifecta: Your Effortless Escape Hatch**
Stepping out the lobby door feels like holding a master key to the city. Directly downstairs? **Airport buses**! No frantic taxi hunts or confusing shuttle transfers. After a 14-hour journey, seeing that bus stop literally steps away, offering a smooth, affordable ride back to the terminals, was pure bliss. It’s the kind of stress-eraser you only appreciate after dragging luggage across multiple blocks elsewhere.
But it gets better. A stone's throw away lies the **central train station**. Not some distant suburban outpost, but the genuine hub connecting you to *every* district, landmark, and hidden gem. Regional day trips? Easy. Exploring quirky neighborhoods? Done. Late-night returns? No problem. The station's comprehensive network meant I could spontaneously chase a sunset view across town or visit a famed museum district without a single transport worry. Freedom, truly unlocked.
**The Heartbeat of the City: Steps, Not Strides**
Here’s the magic dust: **walkability**. Forget ”close to the center” meaning a 30-minute trek or an expensive Uber. The vibrant city core – pulsating with main squares, iconic cafes, bustling markets, and those irresistible little boutiques – is a mere **10-15 minute stroll** away. I timed it! Wandering home through charming, illuminated streets after dinner, gelato in hand, soaking in the atmosphere without racing for transport… that’s the authentic travel experience we crave. You’re *in* the city, not just near it.
**Beyond Logistics: The Pulse of Convenience**
The immediate neighborhood isn’t just a transit zone; it’s alive! Need a midnight snack? Corner store open late. Craving authentic local breakfast? Charming bakery two doors down. Forgot your adaptor? Electronics shop around the corner. Pharmacies, casual eateries, coffee spots – it’s all there, woven into the fabric outside your door, making daily needs effortless and adding genuine local flavor.
**The Jaw-Dropper: Value That Feels Like a Steal**
Given this prime location and unparalleled connectivity, you’d expect a premium price, right? Prepare for a shock. The rates are **remarkably affordable**. It’s not just ”budget-friendly”; it’s **outrageous value**. I kept double-checking, convinced there must be a catch. Clean, comfortable room, essential amenities, friendly staff, *and* this location? For this price? It feels less like paying for a hotel and more like investing in a seamless, enriching travel experience.
**The Verdict: Don't Hesitate, Just Book**
Honestly? This hotel isn't just a place to sleep; it's the ultimate **strategic basecamp** that elevates your entire trip. The unbeatable combo of instant airport access, total city-wide rail connectivity, effortless walkability to the core, vibrant local amenities, *and* genuine affordability is simply unmatched. It removes friction, saves precious time and money, and lets you focus purely on experiencing the destination.
After raving about it to fellow travelers at breakfast, I watched them immediately pull out their phones to check availability. It’s that obvious. This isn't just *a* good option; **it’s the smartest choice you can make**. Book it before everyone else discovers this golden spot – you’ll thank yourself from the moment you step off the plane until your final, effortless journey back to the airport. An absolute traveler's triumph!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to both the train and subway stations. It's also just a 5-minute walk to the airport shuttle bus stop serving major airports. A convenient breakfast place is located right across the street downstairs. The living room is very spacious, though the bedroom is of standard hotel size. Cleanliness was decent, but the facilities and bedding are quite average.

Pretty good! It's very close to Milan Central Station, and there's a Chinese restaurant nearby with decent food – you can really get your fill of Chinese food in Milan. After traveling for a month abroad, all I wanted was Chinese food. The hotel's surroundings offer convenient transportation, and it's clean. They even provide bottled water daily. Thumbs up!

We only stayed at this hotel for the one night that we were in Milan and I have no negative things to say about it.
It was decent and was very close to the central Milan station. There are a decent bunch of restaurants and cafes around it too.

JJennestroAmazing location & great stay!
The location is absolutely perfect — just a 3–5 minute walk from Milano Centrale. The hotel is easy to find and very well-connected, with a tram stop right in front. There’s also a supermarket just two blocks away (Aldi!), which was super convenient.
The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Staff were nice, friendly, and super helpful throughout my stay.
I really loved staying here and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended.

GGuest UserLovely Art Deco hotel a short walk from the central station. Staff very helpful. Sadly bar was shut during our stay, staff said it was closed at weekends which seemed a bit bizarre. Good choice of breakfast items but served in a small area with only one coffee machine so the area was quite congested. Having said all that, would stay here again as close to a number of metro stations. Can recommend also The Kitchen restaurant 10 mins walk away for dinner.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here for one night. It's within a 10-minute walk from Milan Central Station. The location is good. It's very clean. There are no amenities other than shampoo. Be careful, as you will be charged extra if you ask for them as you would in Japan. If you stay here, be sure to bring your own hygiene products. I didn't like the phone service of one of the ladies. She hung up on me with a ”clack!”. Other than that, I think this is one of the best hotels to stay in Milan.

KKeweiyidisaIt was absolutely fantastic, far better than I expected. It's just one street away from the train station, just a short walk away. It's in a striking yellow building with blue windows. I arrived at 11 PM. The lobby door was locked, but there was a clearly marked doorbell next to it, with instructions on how to knock. I rang the doorbell and it opened. I entered the lobby and took the elevator to the third floor. The receptionist was a very kind and considerate elderly man. I initially thought the room was small, but upon entering, it was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. It was the first time in Europe that a hotel provided disposable slippers, toothbrushes, a kettle, snacks, earplugs, and two bottles of water. It was so convenient that I didn't have to bring anything out myself. The bed was very comfortable, the refrigerator was the perfect temperature, and there was a floor fan. It felt like home, and I loved it. The only downside was that the shower was a little small, and it was easy to bump into the door when I showered, but it didn't affect my stay.

LLukeTW86This hotel was perfect! The ovation is right next to the train station and metro, which made getting around Milan quite easy. It wasn’t difficult to locate either.
The room was clean and standard size, with a proper queen size bed. The AC worked well and kept us cool. The mini fridge was a nice touch too. The room decor was modern. The shower worked well.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk even accommodated a request for a water kettle for my room. The cleaning staff was also friendly.
I was a little hesitant to purchase the breakfast buffet at a price of 18 euros per person, but we tried it day 1 of our stay and was quite impressed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of choices, including properly cooked bacon! We purchased an additional day of breakfast buffet because we enjoyed it so much.
Overall, the wonderful hotel for the price. Great value.

GGuest UserI urgently needed to find a hotel due to an unexpected situation. Luckily, I found this one! The price is affordable, the room is clean and bright with two windows, and the staff are really lovely. Although the walls are a bit thin, I had earplugs with me, so I slept soundly.
