I got an early check in and free upgrade to a bigger room. The check in personnel is very friendly. They give free water bottles and apples at the entrance of elevator. The room is clean, nice and neat. The only problem is that the building is very warm and keeps heat, especially at night and room has no AC. Better to have one fan for each room. I used my mini fan but still found it hard to fall asleep. Assuming this only happens in hot summer days.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's super convenient being close to the subway and bus stops. However, it's surrounded by the subway station and a highway, so it can be quite noisy. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. But for getting around, it's incredibly convenient – just cross the pedestrian bridge and you're at the subway, and it's only four stops to Marienplatz.

A small, cozy hotel, very conveniently located and easy to find. The staff were friendly and attentive. There wasn't a fridge in the room, which was my oversight as I hadn't read the room description, and no air conditioning, so it was a bit stuffy. The water pressure was good, and the heated floors (great for drying clothes quickly) were a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious.

This hotel boasts a prime location with extremely convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious, bright, and warmly decorated, with impeccable cleanliness. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and check-in is very quick. The breakfast offers a wide variety of authentic flavors. Overall, the stay was excellent, offering great value for money, making it ideal for business trips or family vacations. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

There was no good as anything to be exposed! Style, quiet hotel with top breakfast! A small point of discount for the payable (€20) garage place! Continue so!

Location near to bus station, in front of a good shopping mall and supermarkets. Room was ok, but tv and furniture already old. Checking is after 16:00 but they allowed me to do it iearlier

The name is Munich Deluxe Hotel, but the actual check in has to go to MunichCity on the right side of the adjacent side. Because there were no instructions and reminders, I didn't find it at first, and turned around the door for several times. The front desk staff contacted three people, and the two men were not very enthusiastic and lazy. The lady was very enthusiastic and provided some instructions and explanations. There are Netflix and Disney channels on TV, and the speed of free wifi is satisfactory. The free breakfast is good. The category is quite rich and the milk is very fragrant.

Уютный отель недалеко от автобусной станции Мюнхена и от места проведения Октоберфеста. Приятный номер и интерьер самого отеля. Администраторы доброжелательные, хорошо говорят по английски. Завтрак лёгкий. Остались только положительные впечатления, с удовольствием ещё приеду.

My husband, our 5-year-old child, and I booked this hotel last-minute as we were arriving in the area. We got to the lobby around 9 PM on July 25th. The front desk staff asked me if I had just placed the order, and I smiled and said yes. He then abruptly and loudly snapped, 'If you're not sure, why didn't you call the hotel first?' I was a bit stunned. He then continued, 'The room you booked is for two people, and the system can only process a two-person check-in. All rooms for three people are fully booked. You can't cancel the order now because you won't get your money back.' Up until this point, despite his impoliteness, I wasn't angry. I thought there might be a discrepancy between the hotel and platform systems. So I explained that I had selected two adults and one child when I placed the order, and the hotel confirmation also showed this. I had my phone out, ready to show him my order details, but he cut me off before I could finish, yelling in a commanding tone, 'Listen to me! You booked the wrong room. You booked a double room. Look at the system yourself!' He gestured towards his computer screen. At this point, I started to get a little angry. If there was an error with the platform system where I booked, I would sort it out with the platform. He shouldn't be treating me this way. So I told him, 'OK, I'll contact the platform concierge who handles my booking.' As I was trying to communicate with the platform, he suddenly told me that I could check in. So I went over to the counter, and he actually asked me, 'I don't understand why you're so angry.' I was shocked again, as if being treated rudely meant I shouldn't be angry, and if I was, it was my fault. My anger flared up again, and I said, 'Because you keep telling me I'm wrong.' I also wanted to add, 'And your attitude is terrible!' But before I could finish, he immediately cut in, 'Nobody's perfect; it's normal to make mistakes.' I was absolutely dumbfounded. However, considering my husband had driven for six hours and was very tired, I didn't want to waste time arguing with him. So I replied, 'I didn't make a mistake with my booking. You can check my order...' Once again, before I could finish, he loudly shouted in a commanding tone, 'Listen to me! Listen to me! The room you booked is for two people...' At this moment, I suddenly realized how foolish I was for arguing with someone like this, so I immediately walked away and sat on a sofa in the distance. As someone who works in the service industry, I don't demand extreme friendliness, although to me, it's a basic requirement. Sometimes, the front desk staff at some hotels can be a bit cold, and my husband and I usually just shrug it off with a smile. However, this is the first time in hundreds of hotel stays that I've encountered such an incomprehensibly unprofessional front desk person. I myself am also a service industry professional, and as the owner of an import-export company, I have never been so condescending to my employees or customers. So I'm not sure if it's inadequate hotel training or an issue with this person's character. The existence of such an individual is an absolute disgrace to the service industry. The hotel rooms and facilities are excellent, and the ladies at the breakfast restaurant and the one who handled our check-out were very friendly. However, 'a rotten apple spoils the barrel.' I'm sorry, but I cannot give a five-star rating, and I will not be staying here again. To future guests, I wish you good luck and hope you don't encounter such a person during your stay, as it truly ruins the experience.
