Joysuites is always my first choice when staying in Nantong. It is conveniently located at Harmony City mall where I can grab a quick bite or meet friends. Sarah and Mylah were exceptional with check-in and check-out as well as they promptly answered any requests I had. The room has a washer/dryer unit as well as a kitchenette which was a plus for me! Totally recommend!

Very very convenient location, subway just outside the doorstep. We took gaotie train from Shanghai and then the subway right to the hotel. The young concierge at level 1 are very helpful. Mall and food just next door. Breakfast can be improved

This is my second booking of this same hotel via trip.com. The hotel is great and staff is very professional. I really enjoy my stay.

Before I know it, the Chinese New Year is only a month away. The hotel is in a very good location. It’s a great place to go. Everywhere is very convenient. The gym and the laundry room are next to each other. I can go for a run while waiting for laundry in the evening. I especially like the front desk manager. The service is very good and he is responsive to all requests.

Going to the parking, the ground at the door was full, but the person in charge at the door still helped find a parking space! great! Check-in is very fast, the room has been upgraded, the space is OK, the environment is OK, and the health is OK. The facilities are not very new, but it feels OK. Check out is also fast.
