Rooms are outdated and in desperate need of renovations, however common areas such as lobby and rooftop bar were great. Friendly staff and rooms were well cleaned.
For the price it was not very good. Stuff was also just moderate friendly and most of them didnโt really help out for further information. Overpriced. Rooftop bar was nice, but not extraordinary and food was also to expensive. I recommend going to 90s bar just a few meters further.
In the same size city as the small town of Base, this Sengoalang is already the top of the local area. Although I can't complain about ๐๐๐, according to the national conditions of Laos, third world countries, we can't have requirements, hahahahaha...because there are requirements and it doesn't help...People are on that condition. ...One person at the front desk can speak English, and the others speak Thai (~ can translate software to wait, signal 2-3G... Hahaha... often disconnected the network... Don't say it... Hahaha... Make up for it yourself ๐ )...
This was the only hotel I ever stayed at in Pakse, so don't have a way to compare it to other places, but it was priced as high or higher than most other places in town. Setup was a little strange, felt like someone's home that got converted to a hotel. Also felt like it wasn't originally designed as a 5 story building but rather that floors were subsequently added. Staff speaks little to no English with the exception of one older lady that seemed to be translating for everyone. The breakfast room at the top floor was nicely setup with beautiful river view. Breakfast was basic but nice. My room was a little dated and very basic. It had everything I needed, just everything felt super old. Curtains couldn't be properly closed all the way and the room could not be kept dark in the mornings. I also had a problem with ants in the bathroom, in my toothpaste, my shaving cream and on the towels. Overall not a bad place to stay, but when I return to Pakse I will probably try some other hotels before returning to this property.ย
Clean room with hyper comfortable beds.
The common bathroom is perfect.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
Personnel with small care and very arranged.
It was easy to find using navigation. The room was great, the spacious courtyard was very relaxing, and the coffee was delicious. I'll definitely return for my next business trip.

Wat Phabat is a 18-minute walk from Samlee's Garden, while Champasak Historical Heritage Museum is 1.1 miles away. Pakse International Airport is 1.2 miles from the property.
I stayed in a dormitory, which was clean and cool. The bathroom was shared, and only one of the three showers had hot water.
Breakfast is served in the lobby from 7:30am. It was simple, consisting of two slices of toast with vegetables and a fried egg and a banana, but it was delicious.
The reception can arrange motorbike rentals, tours, and bus tickets. Although I didn't use them, a motorbike taxi to Wat Phu Temple costs 50,000 riel, and a tuk-tuk costs 80,000 riel.
