"The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and provided great service. The facilities were also in good condition, making the stay quite comfortable. The location, however, was a bit far from the city’s CBD area, but getting there was still easy thanks to the nearby tram access. Overall, a good stay with only the distance being a small downside. good view at night if you get a good room."

"It was on amazing location one minutes walk to new year fireworks. Pizza, cafe, Bars, Woolies,Aldi, just down the building and district of Dockland shopping center in 3minites walk, 2 minutes walk to public parking. Appartments has its own car park that you have to pay extra. 24/7 help desk. Fully secured place. We enjoyed our stay.
Beds in rooms were ok, sofa bed was not comfortable, you literally feel the springs poking your back. We were 5 people so we needed that extra bed which was disappointment."

"The room was clean and spacious with coffee making facilities and microwave. The bathroom had full size hand and body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner which was great to see. Staff were helpful. Easy walking distance to Marvel Stadium if you're a concert goer. Buffet breakfast on level 4 was sufficient for $21 if prebooked, $25 for a walking."

"Decent hotel, some odd in house policies but otherwise a nice stay.
Buffet breakfast was good with the usual bacon eggs, fruits juices coffee omelettes.
Plenty of restaurants near by hotel about 3-4 min walk around the corner near the Hoyts. Urban Brewery. Asian, Greek, delicious ice cream, kids adventure and entertainment, Woolworth and Dan’s Murphy’s are a short walk in the opposite mall as well about 2 mins with a chem warehouse.
Roof top pool was lovely, with the heated spa. Nice view and it can get cold but in a hot day is lovely. I wouldn’t go swimming on the cold day. Had a free welcome drink in the sunset bar but did not have food. Did not try room service.
Check in and out was as expected. Pay $100 deposit per night, best to use CC as they charge you triple with cash deposits.

Overall nice area in the Dockland! 12 min u er to the casino and DFO south whalf mall where you get some fantastic bargains.
Dont catch taxi EVER. Uber are quick and very efficient.
Taxi wanted to charge me $95 from domestic to hotel, Uber $59 in comparison. Stay away from taxis as they rip you off."

"I recently stayed at the 1 Hotel Melbourne, and my overall experience was fantastic. The hotel's design is truly unique, embracing a natural, eco-friendly, and very textured aesthetic. From the moment you walk in, you feel a sense of relaxation, completely unlike the cold, impersonal vibe of traditional business hotels.
The room was quite spacious with excellent natural light, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was impressive, with many materials used showing a thoughtful and well-designed touch.
The location is also super convenient. A short walk takes you to the river, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll. Enjoying a walk outside in the morning or evening was especially therapeutic.
The staff's service was consistently excellent; they were friendly, and any issues were communicated smoothly without any pressure.
If you appreciate hotels with great design that are also quiet and comfortable, this place is definitely worth a stay. I'd absolutely consider choosing it again on my next visit to Melbourne."

"Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!"

"The location is right on the edge of the city center, lively and quiet, the environment is good. However, the front desk is not in the same place as the apartment and needs to be found, so it is best to know some English. In addition, the house is separated by a partition, the sound insulation effect is not very good, the party is opened next door, and it is very loud."

I stayed in Melbourne for several days. After staying in a modern hotel for a few days, I wanted to experience the flavor of an old hotel with a sense of history. I originally wanted to book a Windsor hotel, but found that it was not convenient because it was east of the CBD. City Walk accidentally discovered this old Victorian building opposite the Southern Cross Railway Station. I placed an order in advance. I passed by the lobby the first night and asked the administrator if I could store my luggage in advance and then check in that night. The answer was no problem. , and also asked carefully about the specific requirements. It was past nine o'clock when we returned from the Great Ocean Road that day. I received a warm reception. After checking in, I wanted to pick up my luggage, only to find that help had already been sent to the room in advance. The extra bed had been laid, and there were handwritten welcome cards and candies on the table. .
The house itself is an old-fashioned apartment that is rented on a long-term basis. Each floor is an L-shaped corridor, with a total floor height of six floors. The room we booked was a loft-style suite with a kitchenette and living room. The overall facility decoration is relatively old, but very clean and tidy. There is a swimming pool, restaurant and small library on the ground floor.
I personally feel that the price is reasonable and the transportation is convenient. It is suitable for those who want to experience the old-fashioned style and do not have particularly high requirements for accommodation conditions.

The kitchen is a rare gas stove in an Australian hotel apartment, which is convenient for cooking. The swimming pool is small, but there is a 25 meter walkway, and there is a spa, sauna, and the night view of the Yarra River is also beautiful, which is really good value. The traffic is normal. It is close to the Southern Cross Station, but it is far from Federation Square, which means that it is not close to Chinatown and the main shopping area. It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. GGuest UserThree bedrooms and two bathrooms, with balcony, kitchen (with oven, microwave, large refrigerator) and washer and dryer; it has a lot of space. We stayed for a total of 6 nights. There was no room cleaning. We had to take out the trash ourselves. Room cleaning service will only be provided if we stay for more than 7 nights.
The overall feeling is very good. This area is very quiet, but it is also in the cable car free zone in the city, so you don’t have to worry about transportation when going to the city for dining.
