"On-site parking was convenient, although the lot was nearly full when I arrived around midnight. The front desk is on the 6th floor, and the receptionist was very welcoming. The room was comfortable, with clean, crisp white bedding, and a large bathtub. All the little details were great, and overall, I had a very positive experience! The only minor hiccup was that the faucet handle broke. I had to guide the engineering staff to bring screwdrivers and pliers, and I ended up fixing the valve myself. But that's a minor point; it's definitely worth recommending!"

"The best hotel in Baotou. The location is excellent, right next to Wanda Plaza, City Park, and a food street. The food at Xiang Palace is good and reasonably priced. The above-ground and underground parking lots are large enough and convenient for self-driving. The only drawback is that the path from the above-ground parking lot to the lobby is gravel, which is not luggage-friendly."

"The room is quite spacious, larger than what you typically find in chain hotels. Breakfast is good; in addition to common dishes, bread, etc., they also offer freshly cooked noodles and wontons. They even have Mongolian milk tea. After the meal, there's fruit and yogurt."

Today, my train leaves at 8:28 AM, and I knocked on the door of the third-floor restaurant at 7:16 AM. A waiter poked his head out and simply said that breakfast starts at 7:30 AM and then the door closes. I was stunned before I could even finish my sentence. Has the hotel changed its staff? The service wasn't as good as before!"

"First of all, the room that can be checked in at 14:00, 18:40 barely cleaned up the room and checked in successfully. Secondly, the environment and service attitude are OK. "This resort feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and every bit deserving of its 5-star reputation. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and thankfully free from any cigarette smell. The laundry room was another pleasant surprise, equipped with new and well-maintained washers and dryers, with detergent provided for guests' convenience. All meals are included and served in the dining hall, making the stay truly hassle-free. The food was consistently good, with hotpot available for dinner. Drinks, snacks, and refreshments were also available throughout the day. It would be difficult to leave this place without gaining a little weight! 😜 Given the size of the resort, guests may occasionally need to use the resort's transportation to get around. Fortunately, the waiting time was minimal, and we were able to travel between locations quickly and efficiently. One minor drawback of the resort's impressive size is the walking distance to some rooms. The accommodation blocks are built in a circular layout, and our room happened to be located on the opposite side from the escalator landing. This meant walking past nearly 50 rooms every time we returned to our room. While this could be inconvenient, we did notice that the rooms closer to the escalator often had a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor. By contrast, our section at the far end was completely free of smoke odours, which made the extra walk worthwhile. Whether these were designated non-smoking rooms, I'm not entirely sure. What truly sets this resort apart is the range of activities and entertainment on offer. Guests can enjoy camel rides, ATV adventures, flying fox rides, guided stargazing walks, and nightly concerts and performances complete with spectacular fireworks displays. 🌌🐪🏍️🎆 For those looking for a Club Med-style, all-inclusive holiday with a unique desert setting, I would highly recommend this resort. It offers a memorable experience that combines comfort, adventure, entertainment, and excellent food in one remarkable destination."
