- The front desk receptionist was enthusiastic and professional, proactively provided surrounding guides and luggage storage services, and responded very quickly to requests.
- The housekeeping lady always greets us with a smile every time we meet. She cleans very carefully to avoid disturbing the guests and is so considerate that she even helps to tidy up the charging cables.

"We received awesome service from the helpful and friendly staffs who gave us informations on where to have our meals, etc. Going the extra mile of finding the location of our DiDi. Gave us complimentary coffee and snacks.
The room was excellent with the Stary Sky theme of stars with shooting stars on the ceiling. 4 bottles of drinking water was an added advantage.
Walking distance from hotel to Shopping malls of BHG as well as Wanda.
Indeed an awesome designer hotel."

"1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments.
2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels.
3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things.
4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room.
In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing."

MM24484****Checked in around 10:30 pm on the 28th of the ***** year. The front desk was very welcoming and gave two breakfast coupons. The bed was very comfortable. I actually only slept for six hours and was woken up by my wife's alarm clock. Breakfast from 7 to 10 o'clock. The mutton soup and cold dishes were good. The steamed buns and fried eggs were average. I used the washing machine and dryer, made tea, and watched a Persian class on the screen. By the way, southerners coming to the north can't stand the heat of the heater. I can only open the window, otherwise it's very hot 😉 Checked out before noon. The front desk gave me a bag of souvenirs, peanuts, melon seeds and apples, which was quite interesting

Stayed in a premium room on the 10th floor with a lot of space and a great view.
Shower had low water pressure and heat. Bathroom floor had spots all over it, appearing like it hadn't been cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed daily.
As a traveller from Australia, I would have appreciated black instant coffee sachets in the room, like Nescafe. The only coffee available in the hotel was a premixed coffee/creamer/sugar powder which was not to my taste. There is a good bakery nearby that serves decent espresso coffee.
The daily fruit and milk was greatly appreciated!
The hotel was generally very well decorated and felt quite premium.

TTarraleahAn excellent hotel in a fantastic location! The location is outstanding, being on top of the large Wanda Plaza which has an abundance of shopping and dining options. The popular night market is right outside, and the botanic gardens and other beautiful parks are a short walk away. The room looked exactly as it did in the pictures on the app, and was very spacious with high-level facilities including smart shower and smart toilet. The smart shower in particular was great. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, very efficient, and helpful. I look forward to staying here again!

AAnonymous UserYou might want to bring your own disposable slippers and toiletries. Disposable bath towels and a dental kit are provided in the room. The cleanliness of the bedding, however, could be improved. The view is genuinely fantastic; we were given a first-row room directly facing the grasslands. The evening activities were also quite varied and engaging. Watching the sunset right outside our door was incredibly beautiful. Parking was convenient, and getting around was easy. Buying the performance package for Honggeer Aobao directly from the resort was very good value, and you can also book horse riding through them.

LLaomaochujiuThe viewing yurt is in a great location, sitting west and facing east, just in time to watch the sunrise on the grassland. The boss and his wife are hospitable, forthright and friendly. Although the season here is the off-season, the grass on the grassland is not green yet, but fortunately, it was a sunny day and I got a taste of the vast Xilamuren!
