"Traveling with family, we booked a suite and it was incredibly spacious, with two bathrooms which was very convenient. There was also a separate living area. Although it's an older five-star hotel (some prefer modern design, but I lean towards classic styles), the facilities are still very well-maintained and up-to-date. The service was exceptional, from the doorman at the entrance, to the front desk during check-in, and even at the restaurant – everyone provided warm and enthusiastic service. Because the Executive Lounge was undergoing renovations, the hotel generously upgraded the Executive benefits to a buffet dinner, which was a very classy move. The restaurant service was excellent, and the variety of food was impressive. A special thank you to Assistant Director Song from the F&B department for their warm and thoughtful service. Also, a shout-out to the chef who makes the shumai for breakfast – it was delicious! And the Inner Mongolian milk tea was fantastic!"

"The room was excellent, boasting a 270-degree view. A highlight was the perfectly angled air conditioning that didn't blow directly onto the bed. The TV mount was adjustable, and the balcony was spacious. However, with a 270-degree room, there didn't seem to be a full 'ring' view, so the scenery mainly consisted of other rooms and the outside, which was still quite good. A little tip: choose a room that faces the hotel's main entrance. You can watch the fireworks from the balcony at night, and it's just as good as watching from outside. The service was excellent, with staff being very friendly and patiently answering all our questions. The rooftop bar was great, and they were able to make drinks not on the menu – we ordered 'See You Tomorrow' drinks for both today and tomorrow. Now, for areas of improvement: Upon check-in, no one introduced us to the hotel's various amenities and benefits. In this regard, it falls short of Disney, where they explain everything you can enjoy during your stay. Here, I only found out about ice skating, roller skating, and playing Switch after seeing them. I even had to ask where the restaurants were, though I admit I didn't do my homework beforehand. Also, in the 270-degree room, all six lights could only be fully on or fully off, which is inconvenient. Many families with children stay in these rooms, and it's common for adults to need to pack or get ready while the child sleeps. It would be better if the three lights near the bed could be turned off while the sofa area lights remained on. Furthermore, the second lamp by the bed, designed for aesthetics, was too low; I bumped into it when getting up in the middle of the night (there will be a photo). Finally, considering the significant price difference between room types, and the different colored wristbands (I'm not sure if they indicate length of stay or room type), I suggest further segmenting the privileges. For instance, restaurant seating is truly a scramble, and advantages for things like the Yuesha Island mini-train queue could be granted to certain room types."

"Location: The hotel is centrally located with convenient transportation access. It's in a bustling area, and you can walk to many restaurants and shopping malls. The hotel's location makes getting around very easy, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. There are numerous dining options and shopping centers nearby, catering to a variety of needs."

"Nestled within a park, the hotel boasts classic state guesthouse amenities. A jogging trail encircles the hotel, shaded by lush trees, and the island in the lake is home to ducks, geese, turkeys, and peacocks—the environment is truly exceptional. Parking in front of the main building is somewhat limited; returning late requires finding alternative street parking within the park. The guest rooms feature a simple and elegant modern Chinese style. All facilities are well-maintained. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and a smart toilet, although the bathtub is a bit small. The breakfast selection is decent, including local specialty savory milk tea and freshly made lamb shumai. While there weren't many guests during the 9:30 am peak time, several empty trays in the bakery area remained unrefilled for a long time."

"As Xiangshawan's brand new resort island for 2025, Shunsha Resort Island, themed 'Interstellar Exploration,' truly offers a refreshing experience. **Highlight 1: Unique Accommodation.** 108 glowing 'space capsule' shaped units are scattered across the golden sand sea, providing a futuristic vibe. The interiors are smart and comfortable, with magnificent desert views right outside the window. **Highlight 2: Diverse Activities.** From the family-friendly 'Little Astronaut Space Academy' to the 'Quantum Arena' and VR experiences for younger guests, and desert trekking, stargazing, and starlit music parties for all, activities cater to every age group. The professional astronomical telescope stargazing at night is particularly impressive, allowing for a clear view of planetary surfaces – truly breathtaking. **Highlight 3: Distinctive Dining.** Chinese, Western, and Mongolian cuisines cater to diverse palates. "1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing."
