"Rarely leave reviews here but the service here was insane! I booked at 9 PM and by 9:10 I was on call with them to arrange airport pickup. When I arrived, they took all my luggage, checked me in and also gave me a free room upgrade since I wasn’t staying for too long. The room itself was wonderful and very clean and all the amenities were considerate (they also give h a little fruit/yogurt tray). I just made it in time for their late night snack, which was noodles and wontons— perfect after taking a warm shower. Overall, given that I was just solo travelling and having a longer layover here in Beijing, I had a great stay. My og plan was sleeping at the airport but I am so grateful I decided to book this last minute. Staff were so respectful and also gently reminded me of my flight 30 minutes before the airport drop off. Overall 10/10"

"I chose the Radisson Hotel for my stay in Beijing, and it did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded my expectations!! The location is excellent -- just a few kilometers from Daxing Airport. Despite being close to the airport, the rooms are very well soundproofed, so there’s no need to worry about noise. I slept soundly through the night until morning. I'd like to commend the front desk staff member whose name was Summer. He was warm and attentive throughout my stay. During check-in, he proactively introduced the hotel’s facilities, and very patient and nice to us. The breakfast was especially impressive, with a wide variety of options that were both nutritious and delicious. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended. The gym is well equipped, and there are also self-service laundry & drying machines available, which is a big plus to my stay! Absolutely will choose Radisson Daxing again for my future stays in Beijing, certainly a no-brainer decision that I'd make."

"We had a great stay at The Yard Hotel Beijing Tian’anmen Square. The staff were extremely friendly warm and always helpful which made our experience very comfortable. One of the best parts of our stay was the painting activity arranged by the hotel. We got to try a beautiful dab painting experience right in front of Qianmen Street which made it even more special and memorable. The location is excellent with easy access to Qianmen Street making sightseeing shopping and exploring the area very convenient. Overall an amazing stay with great hospitality comfort and experiences. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Beijing and would definitely choose this hotel again."

"The hotel's location is impeccable, just a 15-minute walk to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The imperial city view from the 8th-floor terrace is absolutely stunning. High-quality touches like the Dyson hairdryer and Portico toiletries in the room truly showcase its caliber. However, Stella's thoughtful service was the highlight of this stay. With her professional demeanor and meticulous care, she truly embodies what 'E扉' (Yifei) means as a safe haven for rest. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing, and I particularly want to commend Stella for her excellent service!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment was clean, calm, and very comfortable, which made the whole experience relaxing. The rooms were well-maintained and hygienic, and all facilities were in excellent condition. What impressed me most was the behavior of the staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, everything—from the environment to the service—was excellent. I am fully satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and peaceful stay. "Great location, but be prepared for some noise. I had a mixed experience staying here. On the positive side, the hotel is in a strategic location, making it very easy to get around, and the check-in process was seamless and quick. However, the room was extremely small, which made it feel a bit cramped. The biggest issue was the poor noise cancellation. I could clearly hear guests in other rooms talking, as well as the constant sound of doors opening and slamming in the hallway. Because of this, there was a real lack of privacy, and it wasn't the most restful stay. Great for a quick crash-pad, but not if you are a light sleeper."

"The hotel is quite impressive and conveniently located close to T3. The service was exceptional, with a fantastic 24-hour airport shuttle service where the drivers were very helpful with luggage. The hotel's concierge service was equally outstanding; they not only helped with our bags but also personally escorted us all the way to our room. Our room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all amenities."

What was even more impressive was her proactive care throughout our subsequent stay. She checked in with us daily, quickly and efficiently responding to and handling all our needs, truly embodying the meaning of 'a home away from home.' The hotel's Executive Lounge was a major highlight of our stay. Located on the 17th floor, it operates from 6:30 AM until 9:30 PM, with extended hours that perfectly accommodate various schedules. Whether it was starting the day with a hearty breakfast, enjoying a pleasant afternoon tea, having a light meal in place of dinner, or unwinding with a drink in the evening, the lounge consistently offered high-quality food and a comfortable environment, significantly enhancing the convenience and sense of luxury of our stay. Most unforgettable was the hotel's exceptional location and views. From the floor-to-ceiling windows of the Executive Lounge or our own guest room, national landmarks such as the Forbidden City, the Great Hall of the People, and the National Museum were all clearly visible, like a flowing historical scroll unfolding outside our window. The serene solemnity of the morning and the dazzling brilliance of the night gave this trip an extraordinary sense of awe and memory. This was my first time staying eight consecutive nights at one hotel. In summary, the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel perfectly exemplifies the standards of a five-star hotel with its top-notch facilities, unparalleled location, and the excellent service provided by staff members like Elaine Xia. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality trip to Beijing."

"My last visit here must have been 30 years ago, what a childhood memory! This established five-star hotel has a charm that new hotels just can't replicate. The Christmas atmosphere was incredibly rich! Kella (I hope I spelled that right) contacted me the day before to confirm my check-in details and upgraded my room. The upgraded room type seems to be newly renovated; although it's not huge, it's very new, completely odorless, and extremely clean. The room size isn't large, but the design cleverly uses mirrors to create a visual extension, making the entire space feel very open. The floor was incredibly quiet; no one was shouting or running around in the hallways in the morning or evening, so I slept really well. The included breakfast buffet had a rich variety of options, and the best part is it ran until 11 AM – that's fantastic and so considerate! Kempinski's Black Forest cake is still consistently delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful memory."

"It's been ages since I last stayed at a Ramada! I had an early morning flight this time, and conveniently, there's a Ramada right by Capital Airport. It's only 15 minutes from Terminal 3 and offers a complimentary shuttle service, so I didn't hesitate to book it. On check-in day, Alice Fan at the front desk was incredibly helpful! She upgraded my room to a much larger one and even gave me a high-floor room as I'd requested – truly excellent! Right opposite the hotel, there's a plaza with plenty of food options. I even took a ride-hailing car to the city center for Peking duck, and it only cost me around 49-55 RMB. Be warned though, central Beijing traffic is insane! I once spent 10 minutes at a single red light, and that wasn't even rush hour. All in all, my experience at Ramada was fantastic!"
