"I had a layover at Beijing Capital Airport and chose this hotel because it shares my name. The reviews looked great, and my stay was indeed fantastic! I genuinely mean it! From the airport pick-up, the staff were incredibly efficient, helping me with my luggage into the car, and then again when checking in at the hotel. The service was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. The room layout was well-designed, and it was spotlessly clean, plus there were welcome fruits and yogurt! I didn't have high expectations for breakfast; I just thought I'd grab a quick bite, but to my surprise, it was delicious and very clean! A really pleasant surprise! In the morning, I even got to feed alpacas, which were adorable! The staff here really provide excellent, friendly service. You can tell they put their heart into it, better than many hotels I've stayed at abroad! Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely stay here again. Kudos to the hotel staff!"

"This hotel was a very comfortable stay. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle service, and the driver was helpful with loading our luggage into the car, which was very convenient. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and seeing that we had a child with us, they kindly upgraded our room for free. The beds in the upgraded room could be pushed together, which was great. They also proactively asked for my flight time to recommend the best shuttle departure. The room itself was clean, and the bed was very comfortable! I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance. [Rose emoji]"

"When I first booked, I was overwhelmed by all the reviews, but I finally settled on the Radisson. Upon arrival, I found several branded hotels clustered together – you step out of one and see B, C, D, E, F... Due to it being Chinese New Year, parking was incredibly difficult. I circled both the above-ground and underground parking lots twice and couldn't find a single spot. In the end, I had to park in front of the hotel next door. When checking in, the front desk informed me that several hotels share the parking lot, and providing your license plate number grants free parking. The room was decent, with a semi-open bedroom and bathroom layout and a wet/dry separation. Clothes washed dried completely by the next day, which was great. Outside the window was the main building of PKX, and the night view 🌃 was quite stunning. Soundproofing was acceptable. Being so close to the airport (literally just a turn away), some airplane noise during takeoff is unavoidable, but there aren't many flights at night, so it wasn't a big issue. Breakfast selection was actually okay, but the quality was mediocre. When I went down to eat after 9 AM, there were no more refills, and not much left to eat. The dishes weren't being heated either; most were cold. The drinks were too watered down 😣😣. However, the breakfast staff were very enthusiastic and accommodating."

Thoughtfully provided snacks, instant noodles, and drinks – warming both the stomach and the heart. 🛏️ Clean and tidy rooms: Newly renovated with smart facilities, comfortable bedding, and a well-designed bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The attention to detail shows excellent management. 👩💼 Excellent staff service: From the front desk to the shuttle driver, every employee was proactive, enthusiastic, and highly accommodating, making me feel right at home. 🚗 Convenient and fast transportation: Located right next to the airport, it's incredibly convenient whether you're catching a flight or heading into the city. "Right at the start of the year, we met a wonderful person, Manager Min. I had originally booked a deluxe twin room, but he thought it wouldn't be comfortable enough for me and my three children, so he upgraded us to a deluxe duplex suite with a large bathroom and two bathtubs – so thoughtful! A special thank you to him. The environment is just as pictured. The service was incredibly patient and comprehensive. We ordered takeout, and the delivery driver just dropped it off haphazardly and left. The staff helped us search for it everywhere and then delivered it to our room, showing immense patience. 101 thumbs up! From now on, Hilton will be our first choice for travel – a great brand. I want to specifically mention the upgraded room. Since we're from the south, we're quite particular about Feng Shui. When he offered the upgrade, I specifically asked if it was a room at the end of the corridor, as I wouldn't want it, no matter how luxurious. He assured me it wasn't, and it was actually the very first room. That's fantastic! Thank you!"

"I stayed in a room with a large bay window and a great view during my trip back home with my son. The room was very spacious, and my son absolutely loved it, especially getting excited watching the planes taxiing during the day. The airport shuttle driver was also excellent, responded quickly, and helped us with our luggage the whole way. The front desk even extended our check-out until 2 PM for free. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Fantastic location, right behind the Beijing Hotel. The 8th-floor terrace offers stunning panoramic views of the Forbidden City. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist. I particularly loved the complimentary use of washing machines and dryers – such a convenient perk! It's also just a 650-meter walk to Tiananmen Gate, which is incredibly handy. This will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Beijing."

"The service was pretty good overall, they even brought a special breakfast for the kids. However, when I was ordering takeout, the front desk staff seemed a bit clueless and couldn't answer my questions – that was a minor hiccup. The breakfast itself was delicious with lots of choices! **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was decent; everything was quite clean. **Environment:** The surrounding area and facilities are incredibly convenient. The location is truly the best part, very, very convenient. After all, it's on East Chang'an Avenue, so the subway, dining, and even trips to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City are all easily accessible. It's super convenient for getting around. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite old. I really suggest they update them, as there was a slightly dated smell. If they were newer, it would be absolutely perfect. Paying over 1000 for such an old hotel isn't cheap, but the location definitely makes up for it."

"It was a great place to stay during my layover. I had a flight the next morning, and it was my first impression of China, and I absolutely loved it. The hotel was very clean and warm, especially since it was winter. One thing I really appreciated was the real towels. It’s not something you often find in more affordable Chinese hotels, and I really liked it. The hotel was reasonably priced, and it was only a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. The staff didn’t speak much English, but translation apps were our lifesavers in this situation. Haha! They even offered to help me call a taxi, but I managed to do it on Trip.com for a good price and it arrived exactly on the hour we agreed."
