"This hotel is absolutely perfect! From the moment I booked, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were both beautifully designed and practical, making me feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with many great restaurants nearby. The receptionist mentioned it's a newly opened hotel this year. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and there's even a swimming pool. I've already made plans with some friends to come back and play next time."

"On the way back to Beijing from a self-driving tour, I found a five-star hotel to rest for one night. The price was not expensive. I booked an elegant twin room, and asked the front desk to upgrade it to a deluxe twin room for free. There was also a welcome fruit plate and a rich breakfast. The hotel is very large, with a lake view when you go out, and the location is slightly off. The proactive service awareness is still a bit poor. The hotel did not provide children with slippers and toothbrushes, which is not like a five-star standard. When I left the hotel, I complained to the front desk, but the front desk said that I had to ask the floor attendant for them. There is no children's playground, only a small outdoor slide and swing. A newly built five-star hotel, there is no swimsuit pool. The overall feeling is still very good."

"Must praise this hotel! It’s so surprising. I went out to play with my friends. The lobby is very bright when I enter the door. There is a self-service drinking area on the first floor. The front desk staff Jiang Meng is really very enthusiastic. There are questions and answers. When I enter the room, it is very clean and spacious. There is a soft big bed. The scenery outside the window is also beautiful and pleasant! In the evening, I went to the first floor to eat a buffet. There are many types and the taste is very good. It is recommended. "The hotel went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. The gym was sufficient for 1 and the rooms were very nice. The Chef made every effort to accommodate a western type meal for me. The front desk staff were fantastic. Thank you to all staff at the Hampton for excellent service."

"I left my wristband in the room when I checked out. Thank you to the front desk staff for contacting me and the housekeeper who cleaned room 0731 on the morning of July 28th (sorry I couldn't find her name) for returning it.
Regarding the hotel's amenities, it was a shame there wasn't a refrigerator in the room and the TV couldn't project screens. However, around 5:00 PM on the 27th, the gentleman at the front desk kindly helped by temporarily storing food in the restaurant, which solved the problem.
I hope the front desk and housekeeping manager will see this and give you a compliment, ideally according to company policy. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

②停車場很大，開放，免費停車，無安保。
③前台態度特別熱情，辦理速度快，送了小朋友泡泡。
④房間整體大，衹有舒適雙床房可以合二為一。新式吹風機，馬桶是非智能的。房間mini吧空的。
⑤327房間味道特別大，一開門臭氣熏天，反味特別嚴重，前台立馬給換了新房間。353房間衞生清潔不到位，入住時上一住客一次性拖鞋竟然還在床邊。。。
⑥早餐相對簡單，有現磨咖啡，有當地特色鍋子餅，春節期間工作人員不足，就餐需要自己收拾剩餘餐盤。
⑦有健身房、自助洗衣房。
⑧前台提供小童拖鞋、牙刷等用品。每天會送一份簡單的果盤。
⑨退房前，工作阿姨竟然就來收布草，客人還在房間，被弄的灰塵飛舞。。。"

"The service was attentive and enthusiastic. When the TV in the room broke, we immediately changed it to a new room. The environment is quiet and convenient for travel. There is a snack street opposite the hotel. There is a freshly made hot pot downstairs that tastes very good. The lady at the front desk returned it when checking out. Two bottles of water to drink on the way. The breakfast was very rich, especially the desserts. The kids loved them😀"

It's a particularly thoughtful touch that you can request the air conditioning to be turned on an hour before your arrival, which is a huge relief on hot summer days. There's a generously sized terrace, perfect for a BBQ with friends. Bailu Lake is right across the street, offering a lovely 5km loop around its perimeter. You can take a picture of it and it will be a big picture in the circle of friends~ The floor-to-ceiling windows in the guest room have an unbeatable view. You can overlook the city CBD during the day, and watch the city light show at night. It is so romantic! The facilities are completely worthy of the five-star standard. The gym equipment is all high-end brands, and there is a super comfortable rest area. This social animal comes here after get off work to play iron and then relax for a while. It’s so cool!
The hygiene is simply a blessing for people with mysophobia! The bedding is so white that it glows, the bathroom is so clean that it can be used as a mirror, and even the air-conditioning outlet is spotless. This detail makes me kneel down~ The service is even more considerate. The front desk brother and sister are not only good-looking, but also squat down to communicate with you at eye level when checking in. This wave of operation is directly full of favorability! The room service is as fast as turning on the flash. A charger is delivered in three minutes. The night bed service will also thoughtfully arrange slippers and mineral water. TTengjiaThe hotel is newly opened. It was previously owned by Wanda. Later, Wanda sold all its last hotel business to Ctrip. As an employee of Wanda, I feel very sorry.
The hotel's basic facilities are very new, but I don't know why the gym can't be opened with a room card. The self-service laundry room is free and very good! The breakfast category cannot be compared with five-star hotels, but for this price, the cost performance is extremely high and can be said to be the ceiling level. All drinks in the mini bar are free. For cattle and horses and heavy coffee lovers, it is very unexpected that there is a capsule coffee machine! I only know that this configuration is only available in five-star hotels! There is a charging pile at the door, both fast and slow! It's really great for new energy car owners! !
During the May Day holiday, all hotels increased their prices, but this Wanda hotel did not increase its prices! I am very relieved! !
Disadvantages: 1. Employees lack training on the overall building structure. It is a bit unreasonable that employees don't know whether the underground parking lot is running. 2. The noise of the central air-conditioning in the room is too loud. Most people may be able to accept it, but it is unacceptable for people who rest in a high-pressure working environment.
Summary: I will come to this hotel next time I come to Yangxin!

BBangbangjingIt is an old star hotel. It was originally the Dongfanghong Hotel, which was well-known in Laobei Town in the 1970s and 1980s. The apartment was nice and clean, but there was no laundry detergent or liquid. I had to ask the front desk, and when they didn't have it, I had to ask someone else for it. After a lot of searching, I finally got it. This one-bedroom apartment was actually quite small, not even as big as a traditional king-size bed, and not worth it. The front desk staff needed improvement. They didn't even know where to find a charging station when I asked them. This level of service doesn't align with a five-star hotel. There's nothing much nearby, and Wanda Plaza is a ten-minute drive away. Overall, it was pretty average.
