"I traveled from Changsha to Changde on the weekend and chose this hotel which is close to the high-speed rail station! My experience when I arrived at the hotel: It greatly exceeded my expectations! The hotel decoration is very grand, warm and romantic, which is the style that young people like! The hotel has robot service, laundry service, gym, and is a very fashionable hotel. The air conditioning is good, quiet and comfortable, and the hot water pressure is high! The staff is very polite. I will definitely book this hotel when I go to Changde. It is really worth it!"

"It was my first time staying in this hotel. The environment was very good, the facilities and equipment were very new, and the MSS at the front desk checked me in very quickly. The hotel's buffet breakfast was on the 4th floor, and there was also a self-service laundry room and gym on the 4th floor. There was also a separate underground parking lot inside the hotel, and no license plate entry was required, which was rare in other hotels. Parking and exit were super convenient. There was also a delicious late-night snack shop opposite at night, which was open until very late, and was very friendly to people who stayed up late."

"A Catholic church ruins hotel with a sense of age, a little distance from Liuye Lake. The hotel is not big, there are not many guests, the facilities are a bit old, but the service staff are very enthusiastic, breakfast, afternoon tea and supper are provided. I had breakfast and afternoon tea, but did not go for supper, but I went to see it and said that they were eating noodles."

"It's quite clean. Every corner of the bathroom is clean. The design is very special, with black and orange colors, and the mineral water is customized. I gave the little yellow duck slippers to the children and the child was very happy. I left something at the hotel. I contacted the front desk but was told I had to wait for a reply. Then I contacted the person in charge and they found it very quickly. It was sent by express the next day. This was on the sixth day of the Chinese New Year.
A suggestion is to make a night light. When you turn off the central air conditioner in the dark at night, you walk to the coffee table and get tripped by a chair, which pushes it over. Your leg gets a little scratched on the leg of the chair. It's not a big deal, but it is definitely something that can be improved."

"When you first checked in during the day, you thought the room was quite big and quite quiet. When someone checked in at around 12 o'clock in the evening, you would find that there was no soundproofing at all. In the middle of the night, the sound of the door closing and the stools moving were heard. The voices and speaking voices were all very clear. After looking at the layout of the room on the left, it should be that a loft has been converted into two rooms. The one we live in downstairs is directly a room when the door is opened, and the one on the left is upstairs. There is a staircase leading up to the door and you will find a room. It is obvious that there is no sound insulation between the two rooms. Of course, if you are lucky and there is no one staying next to you, it is still a good choice."

"Service: The store manager came to pick us up from the high-speed rail station and took us to the hotel. One-stop attentive service. He also held up a huge pick-up sign. He was very enthusiastic ❤️🔥
Facilities: The hotel is very new, the heating is sufficient, and all the facilities are beautiful. The pillows are not very soft, and they are very comfortable. The water flow in the bath is very good, and the water is so strong that it feels like a massage, which surprised us.
Environment: There is a river view outside the window and you can see the sunset. There is a small supermarket and a delicious fruit shop downstairs, which is very convenient!
Overall, I am very satisfied and hope the hotel will continue to work hard! Stay the best!"

"Not too satisfied because the carpet is uneven. I kicked twice and almost wrestled once. Because the bed was too heavy, I couldn't flatten the carpet. This basic work hotel was not done. The second time I treated the guests differently. I passed by the front desk and heard the front desk tell the new guests that we upgraded what room type for free. Please Five points praise, why don't you take the initiative to tell me? Later, I can give me a promotion because of other things. I refused. I didn't care about the promotion. The main reason was that I was uncomfortable. Third: This chain hotel does not have children's slippers."

GGuest UserI stayed at Ji Hotel while visiting family, and I was impressed by everything. The hotel was so clean, the design was modern yet with a traditional touch, the hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling and made sure all of our needs were met, and the cleaning lady was so nice and always made sure we had lots of water in the room. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of local flavors and the best coffee we had in China. The view from the hotel is amazing and we sometimes just hangout in the room to enjoy the view. We had such a good stay and will definitely be back!

QQingwaJThis was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

The rooms are clean, cool, comfortable, and spacious and housekeeping is generous in ensuring there are adequate consumables. There are restaurant options nearby, nice views of the river, and it’s really easy to hire a car to get around Changde.

AAndreaThe window couldn't close properly, so we couldn't heat the room as much as we wanted. In front of the central station. Quite difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel, we were helped by some aunties outside the palace. The staff do not speak English. A deposit of 100 RMB is required. In the room one can find a majong table.
