"Self-driving, Xinhe Road turn right across the parking pole and then turn right to the underground garage. According to the Tao Xiangyu sign, you can see the elevator when you drive. The front desk is on the 9th floor. Remember to add the front desk WeChat, and you can park for free after you send the license plate number before driving away. Booked a double bed room and upgraded to a three-bed room. The room is large, central air-conditioning, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the bath water is quite big, everyone remember to open the water heater in the closet before taking a bath, and the water will automatically close if it is not available for a long time. A free bottle of pure water per person. There is no TV but a projector, no live TV, and there is 1 and 2 of the central videos that can be watched for free. Go out on the first floor and turn right and then turn right to the food street. Go out and cross the road and turn left and walk 100 meters ahead. "This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. When I checked out, Phoebe took the initiative to ask for help calling a taxi, which was very considerate! The whole experience was comfortable and worry-free, and I have recommended it to my friends."

"I traveled from Changsha to Changde on the weekend and chose this hotel which is close to the high-speed rail station! My experience when I arrived at the hotel: It greatly exceeded my expectations! The hotel decoration is very grand, warm and romantic, which is the style that young people like! The hotel has robot service, laundry service, gym, and is a very fashionable hotel. YYinghuocaoService: The store manager came to pick us up from the high-speed rail station and took us to the hotel. One-stop attentive service. He also held up a huge pick-up sign. He was very enthusiastic ❤️🔥

HHuiWe needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning.
Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.
