Service: We were allowed to check in early since rooms were available, though our two rooms were on different floors. The front desk was responsive and helpful when we called with issues. However, the robot food delivery was quite slow during peak hours, often requiring us to go down and collect our orders ourselves. Overall, I feel the service staff could benefit from more training."
