"Facilities: The windows are made of ordinary aluminum alloy. The sound insulation is very poor. A motorcycle passes by on the road. The scale on the kettle is very thick. There is dust and cotton on the handle. I don’t know what is stuck on it. I will wet it myself. It took a long time to wipe with paper towels to get it clean. The green cloth spread on the bed was full of dust. Cleanliness: Very poor. There is hair from the previous tenant on the floor. I am a female with long hair, and several of the hairs on the floor are like boys’ short hair. The toilet was not cleaned. Environment: The KTV on the 5th or 4th floor is very noisy in the middle of the night. I live on the 8th floor and my sleep is completely affected. I don’t know how to deal with the people downstairs? Service: The front desk was very unprofessional and the handover was unclear. I saw a customer scolding me saying that he had come down to pay for the room in the middle of the night just so he could check out at any time in a hurry the next day. As a result, the front desk failed to hand over the hotel at all. This thing is really funny. You definitely deserve to be scolded. The breakfast was very basic, not at the level of a four-star hotel. It was about the same as the breakfast at a local B&B when I visited Wuyi Mountain. The room phone was broken and has not been repaired for 10,000 years. It's just like a fast hotel. I don't know why it's advertised as a four-star hotel? ? ?"

"My first stay was great! The receptionists, Xiao Hong and Xiao Lin, were exceptionally helpful. The most striking impression was the spacious lobby and rooms. The corridors on the accommodation floors were very open, and there was even a rooftop swimming pool suitable for children. The second floor had a small ceramics museum and offered free ceramic cup and plate painting services. On the first floor, there was a pottery wheel and clay modeling workshop (for a fee). You could write your address on the clay and have it fired and shipped home. The breakfast area wasn't large, but the food was delicious, and the menu was refreshed after each meal. There was also an open kitchen where soups, noodles, and rice dishes were cooked – clean and hygienic, making it a top choice for family trips."

"This is a brand new hotel, opened only in 2026, with excellent facilities and very spacious rooms. It offers great value for money, and parking is free with plenty of EV charging stations. Overall, it's fantastic in every way. The cleaning staff are also incredibly warm and attentive, always smiling. You can really feel the genuine warmth and hospitality of Dehua locals. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍 Areas for improvement: The front desk staff seemed quite new and perhaps not adequately trained. Their guest interactions felt a bit stiff, and they lacked empathy, failing to understand customer needs. They tended to focus on explaining their own difficulties. It might also be a staffing issue, as several times they mentioned they couldn't help with luggage because only one person was at the front desk. I hope this area can be improved soon."
