"Passing through on our way back to Beijing, we decided to exit the highway for Dezhou Braised Chicken! I was torn between two hotels but ultimately chose Atour—and it was definitely the right call! It's so new and conveniently located close to the highway exit. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, helping me find the best price when I checked in. We booked a family king room, and the three of us slept very comfortably. The breakfast was fantastic, and the lotus root patties were especially delicious! Even though it was just a one-night stop in Dezhou, we rested incredibly well. Eating at Yingxiang Dezhou and staying at Atour was absolutely the perfect combination!"

"Walking into the hotel lobby gave a great first impression. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and proactively asked if I needed help with my luggage. They even provided a complimentary fruit platter and yogurt in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The lady who checked me in upgraded my room, which was fantastic! And the little rubber ducky in the room was a free gift for me too 😊 Across the street there's a shopping mall, making it super convenient for meals, and getting a taxi is also very easy. Overall, I had a really good experience. Next time I'm in Dezhou for business, this will definitely be my first choice."

First of all, the hotel experience was very good. The hotel has hot spring water with good water quality. The hotel's breakfast is rich, with many varieties and good taste. I didn't expect that the breakfast also includes Dezhou's famous delicacies, Dezhou Braised Chicken and Dezhou No. 1 Middle School's ham. It's really hospitable. The hotel is thoughtful and careful to put local delicacies in the morning buffet. This move and this heart are rarely seen in other places. Thumbs up.
Secondly, after checking out, I took photos of the beautiful scenery in the hotel courtyard and left my suitcase at the door of the hotel lobby without loading it into the car. I only found out about this when I received a call from the front desk customer service on the way. We would like to thank many hotel staff for taking the trouble to find us and handling the express delivery business in a timely manner. We would like to express our sincere gratitude and respect to the hotel's high level of management and down-to-earth professionalism in hospitality.

To see the music festival, the hotel staff also prepared ice watermelon water and ice lemonade, as well as the aid stick, things are too complete! It is very good for the tram, the parking lot has a special call, the price is affordable and convenient! The most praiseworthy is breakfast! Unlike other chain hotels like that kind of pre-made dishes, breakfast is all made now, full transparent kitchen, very hygienic and delicious! ! If you come to Dezhou again, you will book this hotel! Full score! !

NNicDFor context, we were in Laoling on business and ended up staying here almost a month in total spread over two visits and many bookings.
The good:
Quick check-in. Staff spoke basic English.
They provided one extra desk and chair on our second visit (but not on our first which was for 18 days).
Very good value rooms.
The suite is fairly spacious (but doesn't even come with a desk or chair which seems like a basic omission).
The location next to the biggest mall in Laoling.
One member of staff was very helpful when we left something behind after our first stay.
Laundry room is very helpful (note that you don't need detergent, it's automatically added!).
The bad:
They flatly refused to give us an extra desk on our first visit despite doing so on the second so we had to buy it ourselves.
They wouldn't program our key cards to be valid through more than one booking, and often even when renewed they still didn't work.
There was nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom. The WiFi was very slow.
The toilet was hugely annoying, flushing once and splashing you as soon as you sat down (why I have no idea!) and then again as soon as you stand up.
The ugly:
Staff, including management, were unhelpful to the point of ridiculousness both before and after we arrived. Communication, even though we speak Chinese, was incredibly frustrating, and we were extremely angry by the time we arrived. It's the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel in China and it really spoiled our entire stay.

From the smooth check-in process to thoughtful recommendations about the local area, their hospitality truly made me feel welcome.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants, attractions, and public transport.

Breakfast is excellent with abundant choices. Quiet. Fitness equipment everywhere. Right across the only shopping mall in the town, hence convenient. Most important the receptionists are very helpful and confident. Definitely 5 stars.

Pool has floodlights to allow for night swimming, as well, which is nice. Kids enjoyed the indoor children’s soft play area. Location is pretty far from major urban areas, but this is to be expected for a country club; there are shops within walking distance to purchase food / snacks (also a shop inside the hotel). Rooms were clean, nice balcony. Our family had a nice time.

SSean S O YeeWhere I arrived at the general location of Grace Inn, l couldn't find the entrance to the hotel even though the exterior of the hotel fits the description. Instead I saw the reception for Inzone Allike Inn. In desperation, I asked a tailor shop nearby for directions, he kindly saw me to the Inzone Allike reception and said that is the correct address. Confusing but I made it.
I have booked a room with no window but the friendly receptionist upgraded me to one with window. That was a great help because I stayed 4 nights here. Due to the difficulty of securing train tickets, I decided to stay longer in Dezhou and made a day trip to Jinan.
The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to restaurants and supermarkets. The bus stops are also a short walk away.

The room was elegantly decorated and impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I had a wonderful night's sleep! I especially loved the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows; whether it was the bustling city during the day or the dazzling lights at night, it was truly captivating. The bathrooms were modern, the toiletries were high-quality, and every detail was meticulously thought out.
The breakfast menu was incredibly varied, exceeding expectations, offering everything from Western breads and juices to Chinese congee and dim sum. It was delicious and energizing for the day! The hotel's gym and relaxation area were also very clean and well-equipped, perfectly meeting my morning workout needs.
What impressed me most was the staff's service—whether at the front desk, in the guest rooms, or in the restaurant—everyone was patient and attentive, truly making me feel at home. A special thank you to Mr. Meng, whose thoughtful assistance made my trip so much smoother.
If I ever return to this city, I will definitely choose this hotel without hesitation! I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality and comfort!
