"Where I arrived at the general location of Grace Inn, l couldn't find the entrance to the hotel even though the exterior of the hotel fits the description. Instead I saw the reception for Inzone Allike Inn. In desperation, I asked a tailor shop nearby for directions, he kindly saw me to the Inzone Allike reception and said that is the correct address. Confusing but I made it.
I have booked a room with no window but the friendly receptionist upgraded me to one with window. That was a great help because I stayed 4 nights here. Due to the difficulty of securing train tickets, I decided to stay longer in Dezhou and made a day trip to Jinan.
The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to restaurants and supermarkets. The bus stops are also a short walk away."

When we checked in, the receptionist told us about fun places to visit in Dezhou and local delicacies. The housekeeping staff, knowing we were tourists, even recommended restaurants popular with locals, giving us more options. The front desk had prepared water for us before we left. We missed breakfast because we didn't get up early, and the receptionist thoughtfully packed breakfast for us. The stay was fantastic! I have to give it five stars! Choose this hotel when you come to Dezhou, no problem!"

When taking a bath, the shower rope leaks and the water sprays on both sides. The toilet is not clean. Ok, okay, don't be in the squat, the quality of suppliers in third and fourth tier cities is estimated to be average. The hotel service staff is very good, the people of Shandong are very kind, and they are not anxious or impatient. The hotel ordered a really large amount of food. Or at least show us your work ID.” When I asked the front desk what he was doing, he wouldn't say. I asked if he was working for the hotel, but he wouldn't answer either. He was so arrogant. Well, that's it. I'll never stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserStaying at the Cloud Hotel in Dezhou Wanda Plaza was such a great deal! Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, super convenient for shopping and dining. The smart devices in the room were great, especially the voice control for the lights and air conditioning. The bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. Cleanliness was impeccable, even the nooks and crannies were spotless. The receptionist was friendly, check-in was quick, and she even recommended some good restaurants nearby. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dezhou!
