Dujiangyan Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"Staying in a mountain-view king room at the Lindao Hotel was a delightful experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, especially the young lady, provided warm and thoughtful service. Her use of ”our place” made me feel instantly at home. The hotel's overall environment is excellent. The room's window directly faces the ancient city of Guanxian, with rolling mountains in the foreground. It's about three kilometers from the Dujiangyan scenic area. Recalling the rushing Minjiang River at the foot of the mountains, the two-thousand-year-old irrigation project, the 'blue tears' at night, and the vast, fertile Chengdu Plain, I sat at the small table in my room, savoring the hotel's complimentary scented tea. I marveled at the ancient wisdom of the water conservancy engineers and listened to 'Xiaodu' (a smart speaker) recount the city's history and culture. It's a place worth pausing, worth staying, and worth returning to!"

"This place is perfect! Super friendly staff, beautiful wooden and rustic interior. The shower is amazing along with the amenities. The coffee is the best I have tasted in China! Lovely breakfast and great location for wandering all over. Would definitely recommend stay agin next time I am visiting!"

"## Facilities: 1. **Outdated and Poorly Designed**: The facilities are quite old, and the design is impractical. For example, the shower and toilet are in the same area within the bathroom, with no separation. This means if someone is using the toilet, no one can shower, and vice-versa. 2. **Misleading Advertising**: Figures 1 and 2 in the hotel's promotional images, which are crucial for customers before booking, are completely different from what you see upon entering the room (as shown in the last three pictures). I'd like to ask the hotel management: where is the bathtub from your promotional photos? It's turned into a concrete basin, and it's incredibly dirty inside. There was no prior notification upon check-in – it's a complete mismatch from what was advertised. 3. **Hazardous Staircase**: The stairs in the room are extremely steep. You have to be very careful going up, and when going down, you *must* descend backward as per the hotel's instructions, because it's impossible to go down facing forward without falling. 4. **No Internal Elevator**: The hotel doesn't have its own internal elevator, and the staircases within the hotel are also very steep, making it genuinely difficult to carry luggage upstairs. ## Hygiene: The overall hygiene in the room is acceptable. The wooden floor on the second level is clean, but that dirty carpet really shouldn't be there. ## Environment: The hotel has been converted from a two-story commercial building. It's not noisy at night and is conveniently located within walking distance of the ancient city's snack street, Nanqiao Bridge, and the subway station. ## Service: Service is just okay. After checking in, they provide some guide articles about nearby attractions and restaurants, but that's about it."

"The moment I stepped in, I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the hygiene was impeccable. The bathroom even had disposable toilet seat covers and disposable bath towels. The owner also prepared some fresh fruit, which was a really thoughtful and welcoming gesture. She gave us great directions to nearby attractions, all of which were very close. I wish the owner all the best with her business – good things happen to good people!"

"This was my first time visiting Dujiangyan, and after a lot of comparison, I chose this hotel. My kids absolutely loved it! Right outside, you're greeted by the 'blue tears' (a local attraction), and across the street is the lively night beer street. It's so convenient for exploring the ancient town, eating, and having fun. The service, facilities, environment, and cleanliness were all great. I've attached two photos of the view from the window. Just a small suggestion: it would be even more convenient if there were a trash can by the bed in the bedroom."

"Highly recommend Tianzhiyuan Hotel! It's in a fantastic location, super close to both Dujiangyan and Panda Valley. The front desk staff, Xiao Xu, even upgraded us to a king room and gave us complimentary fruit. The room was quite spacious and the housekeeping was excellent. Being right by the river, the environment was really pleasant. Breakfast was also quite abundant, with a good variety of Chinese and Western dishes. When we checked out, Xiao Wu and Xiao Sun at the front desk provided wonderful service. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The hotel is about a 10-minute drive past Tai'an Ancient Town and roughly 5-6 minutes from the Wulonggou entrance. The environment is lovely, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and really give you that vacation feel. The private hot spring tub is also big and the water gets warm quickly, filling up in no time. The outdoor pool is a bit smaller than expected, but still makes for some pretty nice photos. The hotel's breakfast is excellent, and the staff are wonderful. It's been cool in Qingcheng Mountain these past few days, with a bit of sun in the afternoon, making this a great place for a summer escape and fun."

"Slept soundly in Dujiangyan. The recent rain made it perfect for sleeping. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – both the mattress and pillows were excellent! The front desk service was great and very thoughtful. They even gave us a small gift at check-out. The hotel opened last year, so all the facilities and equipment are still very new!"

"From the moment we drove in, the hotel exuded an elegant vibe, with slender bamboo lining the pathway. Surrounded by lush green mountains, the hotel felt wonderfully cool. The observation decks (yes, more than one!) were excellent, and I particularly loved the hammocks. The entire hotel area was tastefully decorated and immaculately maintained, with no overly dense greenery. They even provided bed rails, which was a huge plus for me traveling with a child, and the front desk offered crafts for kids. The only minor drawback was that our room's air conditioner would drip when on, but I wasn't too bothered by it. Overall, considering the price and the hotel's ambiance, I give it full marks. I'm already planning a return visit when I have the chance!"
