"While visiting Dujiangyan, I stumbled upon a really comfortable place to stay: the Lindao Hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get to the Dujiangyan scenic area and Guanxian Ancient City. The surrounding area has plenty of dining, drinking, and shopping options, so you don't have to go back and forth for activities. The overall style is simple and elegant. The public area lobby has a great atmosphere, and the hallways are clean and bright. The guest rooms are spacious with excellent natural light from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding is soft, and there are smart devices throughout the room, making for a relaxing and worry-free stay. The bathroom facilities are complete, and the details are well taken care of. The hotel amenities are very practical. If you're driving, parking is free. There's also a gym, self-service laundry room, and a rich variety of breakfast options. After a busy day, returning to the hotel for a quiet rest helps shed the fatigue of walking and sightseeing. It's perfect for couples or friends traveling together."

Just be aware that it can get quite busy in the afternoon, so it's best to reserve a spot in advance. The tea house is much quieter in the mornings and evenings, making it very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they offered pick-up and drop-off services and assisted with luggage. "## Facilities: 1. **Outdated and Poorly Designed**: The facilities are quite old, and the design is impractical. For example, the shower and toilet are in the same area within the bathroom, with no separation. This means if someone is using the toilet, no one can shower, and vice-versa. 2. **Misleading Advertising**: Figures 1 and 2 in the hotel's promotional images, which are crucial for customers before booking, are completely different from what you see upon entering the room (as shown in the last three pictures). I'd like to ask the hotel management: where is the bathtub from your promotional photos? It's turned into a concrete basin, and it's incredibly dirty inside. There was no prior notification upon check-in – it's a complete mismatch from what was advertised. 3. **Hazardous Staircase**: The stairs in the room are extremely steep. You have to be very careful going up, and when going down, you *must* descend backward as per the hotel's instructions, because it's impossible to go down facing forward without falling. 4. **No Internal Elevator**: The hotel doesn't have its own internal elevator, and the staircases within the hotel are also very steep, making it genuinely difficult to carry luggage upstairs. ## Hygiene: The overall hygiene in the room is acceptable. The wooden floor on the second level is clean, but that dirty carpet really shouldn't be there. ## Environment: The hotel has been converted from a two-story commercial building. It's not noisy at night and is conveniently located within walking distance of the ancient city's snack street, Nanqiao Bridge, and the subway station. ## Service: Service is just okay. After checking in, they provide some guide articles about nearby attractions and restaurants, but that's about it."

"The decor is so chic, I absolutely loved it! The landlady was incredibly warm and welcoming. She asked when we'd arrive and even turned on the AC for us in advance. She also prepared some lovely Sunshine Rose grapes. When we left, she gave both children a small gift, which was a completely unexpected and delightful surprise. Overall, a very satisfying trip!"

It's just a few minutes' walk to the South Bridge, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the night views, explore the ancient city, and sample local snacks in the evening. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the smart home features were a nice touch. Hot water was consistent, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, even offering thoughtful suggestions for local dining and attractions. We even received a small gift upon check-out. The facilities are new and complete. This hotel is definitely a great choice for anyone visiting Dujiangyan, and we would certainly consider staying here again on our next trip!"

"Highly recommend Tianzhiyuan Hotel! It's in a fantastic location, super close to both Dujiangyan and Panda Valley. The front desk staff, Xiao Xu, even upgraded us to a king room and gave us complimentary fruit. The room was quite spacious and the housekeeping was excellent. Being right by the river, the environment was really pleasant. Breakfast was also quite abundant, with a good variety of Chinese and Western dishes. When we checked out, Xiao Wu and Xiao Sun at the front desk provided wonderful service. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd highly recommend it to everyone!"

Its location is perfect—right in the heart of the ancient town on the pedestrian street, making it easy to explore, find great food, and access the nearby hiking trails. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The large tatami-style bed was soft, and the bedding was of excellent quality, making for a wonderful night's sleep. The restaurant is also worth trying. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the chicken soup with ginkgo nuts. It was so flavorful that I even ate all the chicken skin—something I never do! The biggest highlight was the exceptional service. The staff created a dedicated WeChat group for each guest, so any questions or requests were answered almost instantly. Every evening, the owner also prepared a freshly made sweet dessert soup for every guest, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly welcomed. This place combines a great location, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again."
