Booked the Atour Hotel, because it was Valentine's Day that day, the twin room was full, and I could book a big bed room. The room is large in size, the whole house is intelligent, the facilities are perfect, the health is very clean, the front desk staff is very good 👍 Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, I personally appreciate that the hotel can give children free. But there is no delicious shop nearby. There is a beef noodle restaurant around the corner. I drank a very salty soup. Insufficient: the towels in the room smelled of smoke, the dryer in the laundry room did not dry three times, I don’t know if it was rotten or there was a problem with the operation. Late night porridge: I have not enjoyed this special project"

"It's a quick drive from Devil City, located in the Wuerhe District. This was the best hotel I stayed at on my Xinjiang trip, with exceptional service in every detail. 1. A dedicated luggage helper was waiting at the stairs in the morning to help. 2. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. 3. The most surprising experience was the robot food delivery service! After a late night at work, I simply placed an order on my phone, and within 20 minutes, the adorable robot arrived at my doorstep. The quick QR code process was a delightful experience, and the hot late-night snack arrived directly to my door. This smart and convenient experience not only avoided disturbing others late at night but also efficiently satisfied my needs. It was truly impressive! The hotel's breakfast buffet was a feast for the taste buds! A dazzling array of Chinese and Western dishes: steaming hot noodles, crispy bacon and eggs, fresh salads and fruits, fragrant coffee... The diverse selection and fresh ingredients, along with the attentive and warm service of the local Xinjiang ethnic women, revitalized my Xinjiang trip. This stay far exceeded expectations. From the sincere smiles at the front desk to every detail of the comfortable room, from the sumptuous cuisine to the futuristic smart services, the hotel's commitment to quality and its emphasis on the guest experience were evident.
