"I drove to the Devil City in Altai for a few hours. It was already more than seven o'clock, so I decided to rest in Karamay for one night. Booked the Atour Hotel, because it was Valentine's Day that day, the twin room was full, and I could book a big bed room. The room is large in size, the whole house is intelligent, the facilities are perfect, the health is very clean, the front desk staff is very good đ Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, I personally appreciate that the hotel can give children free. But there is no delicious shop nearby. There is a beef noodle restaurant around the corner. I drank a very salty soup.
Insufficient: the towels in the room smelled of smoke, the dryer in the laundry room did not dry three times, I donât know if it was rotten or there was a problem with the operation.
Late night porridge: I have not enjoyed this special project"

"This stay was fantastic, completely exceeding my expectations. Before we even arrived at the hotel, the front desk called to inquire about our needs and made arrangements in advance. Since we were driving, they thoughtfully sent us our location beforehand. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. After check-out, we accidentally left a piece of clothing in the room, and the staff immediately contacted us and carefully kept it safe for us, even arranging for it to be mailed back. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were excellent, the environment was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it to everyone, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"The room was decent, clean and tidy. I slept comfortably, and the shower was a good size. The lobby staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was fully booked the day I arrived, and the next morning, there was a long queue for the elevator to get breakfast â a huge crowd was leaving. The breakfast buffet was packed, like a locust plague. The restaurant hadn't restocked, so I decided to skip it and just eat the bread I bought the day before in my room. Parking was plentiful and convenient for drivers."

"The room was better than expected. The service was genuinely five-star, especially from Li Ying at the front desk. She had already turned on the air conditioning for us before we even arrived â a true lifesaver given how hot Karamay gets. Her thoughtfulness was almost overwhelming! She also recommended the hotel's second-floor restaurant, where the Chestnut Oxtail and Chicken Stew with Mushrooms are highly recommended. Plus, they even gave little gifts to our children!"

"Fantastic! The kids loved it! It's Mid-Autumn Festival today, and they even gave us mooncakes â so sweet! They provided toiletries for the kids. The room was also very clean â they didn't even need to take out our own sheets and blankets! The breakfast was plentiful and perfect for children."

"It's a quick drive from Devil City, located in the Wuerhe District. This was the best hotel I stayed at on my Xinjiang trip, with exceptional service in every detail. 1. A dedicated luggage helper was waiting at the stairs in the morning to help. 2. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. 3. Yogurt drinks and other snacks were provided in the room, and even small snacks were given upon departure. 4. They even had laundry detergent bags. 5. The bedding and towels were spotless.

"Overall, it's quite good. It has everything you need, and the service is okay. I booked it because it mentioned a gym, but when I arrived, I found only two or three treadmills and elliptical machines, no dumbbells or other equipment, so I didn't exercise.
There's a laundry room and drying area with plenty of washing machines. The fire alarm went off two or three times, and I ran downstairs, but they just casually said it was a drill the day before yesterday. đ The parking lot is large and ample, and there are nearby charging stations. It's quite centrally located and convenient for everything."

The room was not originally included in the booking. But they gave us breakfast coupons, which was very good. There were also many varieties of breakfast! Great! Their patient and detailed responses to inquiries about nearby areas also helped me plan my trip with confidence. The spotless rooms, complete with amenities and bedding, were reassuring. The queen-size bed was a true sleep havenâthe mattress had the perfect firmness for a restful night. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient, and the shower had strong, consistent water pressure, washing away any fatigue. The desk, high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary minibar selection, and a small, dainty fruit plate on the table all embodied meticulous care. The most surprising experience was the robot food delivery service! After a late night at work, I simply placed an order on my phone, and within 20 minutes, the adorable robot arrived at my doorstep. The quick QR code process was a delightful experience, and the hot late-night snack arrived directly to my door. This smart and convenient experience not only avoided disturbing others late at night but also efficiently satisfied my needs. It was truly impressive! The hotel's breakfast buffet was a feast for the taste buds! A dazzling array of Chinese and Western dishes: steaming hot noodles, crispy bacon and eggs, fresh salads and fruits, fragrant coffee... The diverse selection and fresh ingredients, along with the attentive and warm service of the local Xinjiang ethnic women, revitalized my Xinjiang trip. This stay far exceeded expectations. From the sincere smiles at the front desk to every detail of the comfortable room, from the sumptuous cuisine to the futuristic smart services, the hotel's commitment to quality and its emphasis on the guest experience were evident. GGuest UserThe room wasn't big, but it was adequate. The couple who ran the business were very helpful and recommended two excellent restaurants. They even gave us the taxi driver's number to take us to Devil City, where the view was breathtaking. The room was a bit shabby; the quilt was a bit short, and neither of us ladies felt it covered our feet. The hot water was also quite cold, so we had to get it done quickly to avoid catching a cold. But after all, it was only 121.

AAppleasantFacilities: This B&B has a single-family bungalow â courtyard layout, which is quite unique! The staff told us that the house was renovated from a former faculty dormitory, and it had a sense of age. In order to maintain the feeling of that era, they did not change the appearance of the dormitory and turned the room into a B&B. The house looks old but has all modern facilities inside. The air conditioning and hot water are very good. I especially like the large bathroom and the shower đż (this is the shower with the best water I have ever used during my trip to Xinjiang!). The mattress here is moderately soft and hard, which is very friendly to me who doesnât like to sleep on soft bedsđ
Hygiene: The room is very hygienic. However, since it is a bungalow and the surrounding plants are lush, there will be bugs in the house. We killed several bugs and mosquitoes.
Environment: This B&B has a feeling of going home. The yard is also made like an auto repair shop, with well-arranged car parts. The four of us booked a double room and a double room, which could fit into a bungalow. If you only live in one room, you may need to share a bungalow with other residents, and the sound insulation in a bungalow is not very good (that is, the family can shout in this room to the extent that the person in the opposite room can answer).
