"This stay experience really exceeded expectations and must be given five stars! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the soundproofing was also very good, and I slept until dawn. "My stay at Lizhong Ruixuan was fantastic overall, a truly pleasant surprise for a hotel in this price range.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around by taxi or car. With malls, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, ordering takeout or picking up daily necessities is a breeze.
Next, the room and facilities:
The room was more spacious than I expected, with a minimalist modern decor and soothing color tones. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too firm, and there were pillows of varying heights available, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, and the shower had consistent water pressure that heated up quickly. The smart toilet in the room also added to the convenience of my stay.
Service and cleanliness:
This deserves special mention. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I encountered had a smile on their face. Special commendation to the hotel front desk manager on duty. After I checked out and found my braces in the room, the front desk quickly contacted relevant personnel to help find them. Once found, they immediately contacted me to offer a solution. When I went to pick them up today, the front desk manager promptly contacted the front desk staff on duty that day to return the lost braces to me. The entire process was very smooth and meticulous. They also made a record of the lost item. I am very grateful to the hotel for their responsible handling of lost items."

GGuest UserThis bathhouse is located in a residential area. It's small, but it has everything you need: showers, massages, hot springs, and steam rooms! It's brand new and very clean! There's no toilet in the room, but the shared one is also very clean! As a tourist, it's a great place to experience a different kind of accommodation. I'll definitely be back next time I have the chance!

GGuest UserAlthough the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is large, but there is no dry and wet separation. After taking a shower, water does not easily flow into the sewer, and the bathroom becomes slippery. The drainage in the bathroom is not smooth, and the water from the washbasin easily splashes onto the countertop. The soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the sound of the bedside charger being unplugged or the light switch being used in the next room. The cleaning is very considerate. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation convenient. There are many restaurants and shops downstairs, which is very convenient. Order takeout and have it delivered directly to your door, very convenient! Overall, I am quite satisfied and can give it a comprehensive score of 4.5. The front desk is very enthusiastic and the service attitude is particularly good. I came and went in a hurry and forgot to take pictures.

GGuest UserThe hotel seemed to have been glorious in the past, but it has fallen into disrepair. The bathroom door could not be closed, the toilet had problems with the water pumping, and the air conditioner was turned on and off, and it seemed that it could not cool. Why did the front desk lady go to the restaurant to serve later (could this restaurant be opened by her family?). In such a miserable situation, the curtains were electrically controlled, but I, a university teacher, couldn't figure out how to control it after a long time. This was the first time I experienced the background music in the hotel room being electrically controlled, and I felt that the money was not spent in the right place. The location of the hotel is not bad, and it is easy to walk to the fountain square. There are always vacancies in the free parking lot. The breakfast is also good, which is the second best breakfast we experienced in our 10-day Xinjiang tour (the first was in Urumqi).

The lobby was impeccably clean and well-maintained, truly reflecting its status as a grand hotel, and it left a perfect first impression. My room was equally spotless, and the view was stunning. Before checking out at midday, I had lunch at the hotel restaurant. The noodles were fantastic – perfectly al dente, delicious, and very reasonably priced. Every single staff member, including the housekeeping team, greeted me warmly whenever we met. I truly felt the renowned hospitality of Xinjiang. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karamay; it offers a truly unique and charming experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel is at the entrance of the Devil City Scenic Area and shares a parking lot. On the day we arrived, the Devil City wind was super strong. First, we went to the second floor of the hotel to eat Northeastern cuisine, washed our clothes, and then went to the scenic spot after 20 o'clock. It was very convenient to take a tour car to watch the sunset and then go back to the hotel. It is the hotel bathroom is not separated from wet and dry, and it is annoying to take a shower and get a lot of water.

AAppleasantFacilities: This B&B has a single-family bungalow ➕ courtyard layout, which is quite unique! The staff told us that the house was renovated from a former faculty dormitory, and it had a sense of age. In order to maintain the feeling of that era, they did not change the appearance of the dormitory and turned the room into a B&B. The house looks old but has all modern facilities inside. The air conditioning and hot water are very good. I especially like the large bathroom and the shower 🚿 (this is the shower with the best water I have ever used during my trip to Xinjiang!). The mattress here is moderately soft and hard, which is very friendly to me who doesn’t like to sleep on soft beds😂
Hygiene: The room is very hygienic. However, since it is a bungalow and the surrounding plants are lush, there will be bugs in the house. We killed several bugs and mosquitoes.
Environment: This B&B has a feeling of going home. The yard is also made like an auto repair shop, with well-arranged car parts. The four of us booked a double room and a double room, which could fit into a bungalow. If you only live in one room, you may need to share a bungalow with other residents, and the sound insulation in a bungalow is not very good (that is, the family can shout in this room to the extent that the person in the opposite room can answer). If you are concerned, please confirm with the staff in advance~
