"Facilities: It's a new Atour hotel, and the bed was very comfortable. However, they surprisingly didn't provide conditioner and body lotion, which you have to buy yourself, which is a bit disappointing.
Cleanliness: Acceptable.
Environment: Acceptable. The breakfast was also quite good.
Service: It was a mixed bag. We were traveling with a child and initially requested a bed rail. However, upon check-in, they said they didn't have any. Then they suggested pushing the bed against the wall, but found it couldn't be moved. Finally, they swapped us to two single beds pushed together. The staff were enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile, but it would have been better if this could have been confirmed in advance."

"Fantastic hotel experience overall! The room was fully equipped and well-laid-out, offering great comfort. The service was warm, attentive, and prompt. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making it very quiet. The shower had great water pressure and stable, comfortable water temperature. Cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless. I was very satisfied with my stay. They even gave a farewell gift upon check-out and promptly notified me when I left something behind. Highly recommended!"

The hotel is very new, the room is spacious and clean, there is no decoration smell, the smart facilities are easy to use, the bedding is comfortable, and the sleep is very solid. "The environment of this hotel is clean and tidy, the room facilities are reasonable, giving people a particularly comfortable feeling, and the electric card is also sent intimately, so that the room has always maintained a comfortable temperature.
There are three more episodes -
First, because the elderly at home were curious about the robot delivery, they specially ordered the takeaway note that the robot must deliver the food, but to catch up with the peak of the robot's busiest, the takeaway brother communicated with the front desk, please ask the security uncle to stare at the robot, and wait for the robot to come back and specially arrange to deliver it to the room. It satisfies the curiosity of the old couple traveling together.
Second, because the 2026 Karamay Marathon was closed, the hotel intimately delayed the check-out time to the end of the road closure.
Third, after leaving the store, I found that the thermos cup was missing. When I returned to the hotel, the front desk lady immediately helped to apply for a temporary room card, and returned to the room to take the thermos cup that accompanied my father to the north and south."

"During this stay, the hotel's room cleanliness and facilities were commendable; housekeeping was thorough, and the living amenities were up to par.
All deductions come from the service. Upon arriving, I saw staff members and partners at the entrance privately discussing guests, which made me, as a passing guest, feel very uncomfortable.
At the front desk, we simply asked politely if a room upgrade was possible, with no complaints or arguments whatsoever. However, the manager who arrived reacted very emotionally, immediately bringing up complaints in a rather aggressive tone, startling both my wife and the on-site staff.
As customers, we were only asking a normal question and deserved a calm conversation, not an over-the-top reaction. The hotel has a good foundation in terms of hardware; if the management's service communication could improve, the experience would be much better!"

PonponqiqiThe room was great, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very polite. They offer a free private parking lot. They also provided complimentary raisins, nuts, and drinks. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is convenient, with many restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.

Angel_333The hotel's facilities made me wonder if the owner was an amateur. First, the signal indicator near the air conditioner was extremely bright at night, like a nightlight, making for a very poor sleep experience. Second, the hotel rooms had marble floors, but there was no doormat at the bathroom entrance, making it easy to slip after washing up. Third, the towel rack was directly above the toilet, making it easy to drop towels into the toilet while showering. Fourth, in 2025, having only a washing machine and no dryer is practically the same as not having a laundry room at all. Fifth, it's clearly a transit point for senior tour groups traveling from Northern Xinjiang to the Ili loop, so the entire hotel was incredibly noisy. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the fact is, the senior tour groups were very noisy, easily waking us up at night and in the morning. In short, I don't recommend it.

XiaotianlaotianI rarely leave reviews, but this stay far exceeded my expectations, and I'd feel bad not giving it a good rating. Upon check-in, two enthusiastic and down-to-earth young men from Xinjiang helped with our luggage and guided us all the way to our room, even recommending some great local restaurants.
The room itself was truly astonishing. The bathroom alone was almost as big as some small hotel rooms. The room was incredibly spacious, huge, and super clean – very comfortable. It's a shame our trip was so rushed; we had to leave early in the morning for Sayram Lake and didn't get to enjoy such a comfortable room for longer.
The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, and the restaurant staff were also warm and genuine, which made the experience very pleasant. I was in a hurry and forgot to take photos of the room and breakfast. I did manage to snap some pictures of the hotel courtyard, though – it's a garden-style hotel, and the surroundings are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable.
Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic experience, far beyond what I expected. Thank you.

Guest UserChoosing the GreenTree Inn Museum Branch for our drive through the Duku Highway was a fantastic decision! The location is truly unbeatable – right outside is the Duku Highway Museum, so we didn't have to rush the next morning to hit the road. Plus, there are restaurants and convenience stores all along the street, making dining and shopping incredibly easy.
The room itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with no dust or odd smells. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water was consistently strong. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing was excellent, so we had a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were quick to check us in, very friendly and helpful, even recommending local food spots and offering tips for our Duku Highway trip!

LuluyaI highly recommend the Mowgli City Tancheng Hotel! It's super close to the Devil's City (Wuerhe Ghost City), making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The Western-style architecture creates an amazing atmosphere, and there are photo opportunities everywhere within the resort. The rooms are clean, spacious, and decorated with a full Xinjiang ethnic flair. The staff are warm and attentive, even proactively sharing tips for exploring the scenic area. The facilities are comprehensive, including a parking lot and EV charging stations, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options. This was a super restorative night during our road trip through Northern Xinjiang – definitely the top choice when visiting Wuerhe!

The first time I came to Urqian to stay at the Danil Hotel, the experience was full! The environment is quiet and elegant, there is no dead end in health, and the hot water supply is sufficient.
