"Facilities: It's a new Atour hotel, and the bed was very comfortable. However, they surprisingly didn't provide conditioner and body lotion, which you have to buy yourself, which is a bit disappointing.
Cleanliness: Acceptable.
Environment: Acceptable. The breakfast was also quite good.
Service: It was a mixed bag. We were traveling with a child and initially requested a bed rail. However, upon check-in, they said they didn't have any. Then they suggested pushing the bed against the wall, but found it couldn't be moved. Finally, they swapped us to two single beds pushed together. The staff were enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile, but it would have been better if this could have been confirmed in advance."

"My first stop in Northern Xinjiang this New Year was the long-awaited Snow Lotus Hotel. Due to renovations in the VIP building, I stayed in the Welcome Building this time. To my surprise, the room was larger than expected, with new facilities and incredibly warm underfloor heating – so warm that I had to open the windows for ventilation at night. Overall, a nice experience. I was particularly impressed by the half-price Snow Lotus coffee at the first-floor café; it was absolutely delicious."

"The environment of this hotel is clean and tidy, the room facilities are reasonable, giving people a particularly comfortable feeling, and the electric card is also sent intimately, so that the room has always maintained a comfortable temperature.
There are three more episodes -
First, because the elderly at home were curious about the robot delivery, they specially ordered the takeaway note that the robot must deliver the food, but to catch up with the peak of the robot's busiest, the takeaway brother communicated with the front desk, please ask the security uncle to stare at the robot, and wait for the robot to come back and specially arrange to deliver it to the room. It satisfies the curiosity of the old couple traveling together.
Second, because the 2026 Karamay Marathon was closed, the hotel intimately delayed the check-out time to the end of the road closure.
Third, after leaving the store, I found that the thermos cup was missing. When I returned to the hotel, the front desk lady immediately helped to apply for a temporary room card, and returned to the room to take the thermos cup that accompanied my father to the north and south."

When checking in to this hotel, the security guard at the door took the initiative to open the door and greet us. The handsome receptionist Wang Rui at the front desk was quick and friendly. He also upgraded our room. I was so happy. The security guard helped me take my luggage to the elevator. The guest room was really clean and upscale. The smart toilet was great. The bath water was great. The water temperature was right and the water flowed smoothly. It was a five-star rating. It was a really happy day. I will come again next time and stay in this hotel again.

This is the worst soundproofing I've ever experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in during business trips. I can hear loud conversations from next door at night, not to mention the noise in the hallway. In the mornings, I encounter people who get up early and start playing music—which I can listen to for free. The breakfast selection is average: five hot dishes, one fried rice, some porridge, cold dishes, and pickles, but lacking noodles or soup. The problem is that a woman with long hair was seen eating in my breakfast. Overall, it's okay.

Excellent location! It's right at the starting point of the Duku Highway (Kilometer Zero), with a food street next door, making dining incredibly convenient. It's absolutely perfect for anyone driving out to the Duku Highway. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. It definitely lives up to its reputation as the No. 3 high-end hotel in Karamay. Parking was easy, and the service was warm and friendly. Highly recommend it to all road-trippers!

LeileixiaobaobaoWe were pleasantly surprised upon arriving at the hotel. We didn't expect such good overall service and facilities. They proactively upgraded our room and included breakfast, and even gave us ice cream – very generous of them!
The location isn't far from the starting point of the Duku Highway, but there aren't many food options within walking distance. It seems to be a popular choice for many tour groups, which suggests it offers great value for money and a relatively consistent experience.
However, I did notice during my shower that the water pressure from the faucet wasn't great. Hopefully, they can improve that.
The hotel's breakfast was delicious! I had two bowls of freshly made noodles. Paired with the toppings and a fried egg, it was absolutely fantastic.

This stay experience is full and highly recommended. The hotel is in excellent health, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete and easy to use. The staff service is efficient and caring, and they can respond in time if there is a need, and the attitude is friendly and professional. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, and the price is very high. The overall feeling exceeds expectations, it is a reassuring choice, and will stay next time.

Guest UserI arrived at the hotel between 2 and 3 AM due to some reasons. The next day, breakfast was already over by 10 AM. Thankfully, the service was good; they found me a few eggs, two bags of milk, and some congee to get by. There didn't seem to be many dining options around the hotel. This hotel was just a transit stop for our trip, arriving in the middle of the night and leaving in a hurry in the morning, so I might not be able to give a full review. However, it seems to be a standard hotel with good management, and the value for money is really excellent. It's definitely worth it for travelers who need a layover. I was too rushed to take any photos.

szyanziiiThe room was very nice. The soundproofing was a bit poor; the sound of the door opening and closing was quite noticeable. Light sleepers can request a suite.
I booked a room with a private hot spring. The water was changed after each guest, which was reassuring.
There's a ski resort nearby, very convenient for skiers. Night skiing ends at 11 PM.
It's currently February 2026, considered off-season, and breakfast was delivered to the room.
The Dushanzi Grand Canyon is nearby, suitable for families with children. We tried all the activities, and none were too thrilling, so you can enjoy them without worry.

The first time I came to Urqian to stay at the Danil Hotel, the experience was full! The environment is quiet and elegant, there is no dead end in health, and the hot water supply is sufficient.
