"This is by far the best hotel in the Urho area. It's not just because it's new, but because their service comes from anticipating and meeting guests' needs. For example, we brought a car fridge because medication for a diabetic needed to be kept at a constant temperature. There's no elevator, but a kind gentleman from the restaurant helped us carry it up to our room when we arrived. The next day, after breakfast, we found a staff member stationed on the third-floor landing, specifically there to help guests with their luggage on the stairs. This level of efficiency and service awareness is rare in Xinjiang, where it's not always a strong point. The motion-sensor lighting on the public staircase is gentle, and the entire room is smart-enabled. The tiny, amber-colored indicator lights on the control panel are soft enough that they don't glare at night but still help you navigate. The bathroom's exquisite detailing, right down to the grout lines, speaks volumes about the owner's commitment to quality. The shower heats up quickly. The minibar and snacks are clean and unique. The bedding is excellent, offering just the right balance of softness and firmness, and the soundproofing is also good. Every detail reflects a people-oriented service philosophy. The breakfast restaurant offers a variety of well-prepared vegetable dishes comparable to a 5-star hotel, ensuring a nutritious start to the day. Even when hosting tour groups, they are high-quality groups; you won't see people rushing for food at breakfast or loud disturbances in the guest room areas. The laundry room is clean and tidy, with neatly organized sewing kits and packaging bags. This hotel is truly a rare gem on a journey. I hope the owners continue to maintain this standard and gain recognition from more quality-conscious guests. There are also plenty of restaurants and car washes nearby, and the parking lot is large and flat. It would be even better if they added EV charging stations in the future!"

"Although the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is large, but there is no dry and wet separation. After taking a shower, water does not easily flow into the sewer, and the bathroom becomes slippery. The drainage in the bathroom is not smooth, and the water from the washbasin easily splashes onto the countertop. The soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the sound of the bedside charger being unplugged or the light switch being used in the next room. The cleaning is very considerate. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation convenient. There are many restaurants and shops downstairs, which is very convenient. Order takeout and have it delivered directly to your door, very convenient! Overall, I am quite satisfied and can give it a comprehensive score of 4.5. The front desk is very enthusiastic and the service attitude is particularly good. I came and went in a hurry and forgot to take pictures."

"Breakfast had a wide selection, including apples, pineapples, oranges, tangerines, pomegranates, and most importantly, coconut water, which is crucial in the dry weather! The staff adored the children, taking care of them and giving them candy, which made them very happy.
This was our seventh night in Xinjiang, and the toilet flushing was excellent, the shower was great, the hot water was great, and the sleep quality was the best ever!"

"The whole family is self-driving in Xinjiang. Dushanzi District belongs to Karamay City. The place is small but the city is very clean. This transit hotel in Urumqi as a Duku is really a treasure! Miss Mhrgvl at the front desk has a high value, warm and polite, and the service is particularly intimate. The facade of the hotel looks ordinary, the interior decoration is standard for the whole season, Atour, the space is directly upgraded, the room is spacious and brand new, and the location is quiet and not noisy. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are well ventilated and lighted, the beds are clean and dry, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the Dyson hair dryer, and the small refrigerator is also equipped with details. The breakfast category is rich and the taste is online, the overall price is super high, the family lives very comfortable, there are Xinjiang dishes downstairs, barbecue, but we went to eat Duku Ye's large plate chicken is very delicious, affordable, recommended to everyone."

"A perfect hotel! Although there were a few minor hiccups during check-in, it didn't detract from the experience at all. Ctrip's customer service is incredible! They resolved the issue promptly, saving customers a single word of advice and effort. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, with a row of reliable restaurants and a supermarket just downstairs. There's also a large park nearby, perfect for everything you need. I especially recommend the Alzuk Mixed Noodle Restaurant; their steamed buns are the best I've had in Xinjiang. Anyway, there's plenty of free parking in front of the hotel, and the spaces are spacious and easy to park. The rooms are clean and spacious, with higher ceilings than typical hotel rooms, so you won't feel stuffy at all. The shower was also excellent. Many people complain about the bed being a bit hard, but I think that depends on the individual; I personally found it quite comfortable. Overall, as someone who's stayed in many hotels, this hotel is excellent in every way and highly recommended! (I forgot to take a photo before checking in, so I covered it up with some personal belongings, so you'll have to make do with the photos.)"

I was very satisfied with my stay; I felt comfortable from the moment I entered until I left. The room was cozy, meticulously cleaned, and the bedding was soft, so I slept soundly that night. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting me with a smile and readily helping to resolve any issues. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, making me feel right at home. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out, which was very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend it to my friends; it's definitely worth staying here again.

As soon as the Duku Highway opened, we immediately changed our itinerary and headed straight for Dushanzi. We searched for this relatively new hotel. While small, the rooms were clean, the pillows and quilts didn't smell, and it had a flush toilet. It was a better value than the hotel next door. That night, a neighbor's dog stayed at the hotel and kept barking. It took two calls to get them moved to a different floor, where we had a peaceful night's sleep.
For dinner, I recommend the steamed bun shop to the right of the hotel. The facade isn't impressive, but the interior is full of ethnic flavor. Their steamed buns are delicious, soft and fragrant, with plenty of fillings. Their lamb skewers are also quite good, much better than those on Hotan Second Street in Urumqi. The large plate chicken and mixed noodles others ordered were generous and tempting.

Guest UserThis hotel has a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of Dayoupao and Oil Well No. 1. The surrounding environment is very quiet, allowing for a good rest. During our check-in, due to a system issue, our order couldn't be confirmed. The Uyghur staff member at the front desk, Xiao Mu, patiently helped us resolve the problem quickly. We were extremely satisfied and felt the warmth and attentiveness of the people of Karamay. Thumbs up to Xiao Mu!

Angel_333The hotel's facilities made me wonder if the owner was an amateur. First, the signal indicator near the air conditioner was extremely bright at night, like a nightlight, making for a very poor sleep experience. Second, the hotel rooms had marble floors, but there was no doormat at the bathroom entrance, making it easy to slip after washing up. Third, the towel rack was directly above the toilet, making it easy to drop towels into the toilet while showering. Fourth, in 2025, having only a washing machine and no dryer is practically the same as not having a laundry room at all. Fifth, it's clearly a transit point for senior tour groups traveling from Northern Xinjiang to the Ili loop, so the entire hotel was incredibly noisy. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the fact is, the senior tour groups were very noisy, easily waking us up at night and in the morning. In short, I don't recommend it.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Xinjiang played all the way. This house was really quiet and had a good night's sleep. Walking downstairs is the Xinjiang special night market. The toothbrush is also very easy to use, and there is a hanging ironing machine in the laundry room, which is very convenient. You can wear a nice skirt into the mountain

This hotel is really amazing! From the beginning of stepping into the lobby, I felt very comfortable, and the room exceeded expectations. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly. I didn't want to get up when I lay down. The bedding was with a faint fragrance and there was no smell at all. The hygiene is super in place, the desktop and floor are spotless, even the corners are clean, the bathroom is refreshing and tidy, the toiletries are neatly arranged, and it is especially safe to use. The ventilation in the room is very good, the air is fresh, the overall environment is quiet and warm, and the living is particularly practical. The service is also very intimate, the staff is warm and responsive, there is no thunder at all, I will choose this next time!

The hotel is large, divided into three buildings: A, B, and C. The front desk staff even upgraded our room for free when we checked in. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is also very close to the Mingzhu Night Market in Dushanzi District, just a few minutes' drive away. Highly recommended.

Guest UserThe most surprising detail of this stay is that the room is equipped with a humidifier! The weather was dry, and I was worried about not sleeping well. As a result, my throat was completely dry and my skin was moist. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft, and the service is very intimate. This kind of detail for the sake of the guests is really a plus, come back next time!

Advantages: The rooms and beds are spacious; a triple room can easily accommodate four people. There's a baked bun shop downstairs where you can order dishes (the large plate chicken is huge, but you have to order noodles first). Facilities are complete.
Disadvantages: Parking guidance is recommended; parking spaces are limited. Parking is also available in the back courtyard; you can access the lobby via stairs. The wall-mounted air conditioner is old. Breakfast is not included; the restaurant opens late, so it's advisable to bring your own snacks.
High cost-performance ratio; better accommodation in Dushanzi than in Qiaerma. Convenient for visiting the Duku Highway Museum and Dushanzi Grand Canyon.
