"I came to Golden Gate for 3 days because of important things, but I was lucky to live in this great homestay. The antique triad, the double room with a private bathroom, washing machine, and perfect equipment. The boss & the proprietress tried their best to meet the needs of the guests, and cleaned the environment very clean and tidy. Service includes: free pick-up and drop-off, free breakfast. The breakfast is super delicious, it is a fresh sugar-free soy milk, local steamed buns, meat buns, and even 3 days of eating. I really recommend everyone to choose this homestay when you go to Golden Gate 😁"

"This hotel is located within an agricultural experimental park, offering a quiet environment close to nature. Upon entering the room, you're greeted by the scent of sandalwood. The service was excellent; the two young ladies were incredibly warm, friendly, and had the sweetest smiles. They proactively shared historical insights about Kinmen, recommended fun places to visit, and suggested delicious local foods. They even helped us exchange ********* dollars. For breakfast, they offered Kinmen specialties like pan-fried pancakes and leek pockets, along with beautifully plated fruit. Juice and iced coffee were also available, and the mung bean sago was absolutely delicious!"

"Honestly, it's pretty mediocre, so don't get your hopes up too high. It doesn't even compare to a standard budget hotel on the mainland, and apparently, this is one of the top three hotels in Kinmen. The service is incredibly inefficient. Check-in isn't until after 3 PM. We arrived around 11 AM, and they told us they'd call when the room was ready, but we never heard from them until well after three. They don't provide toiletries either, maybe trying to emulate those high-end island resorts, but your facilities don't even come close to their standards. Your coastline isn't even blue, and the hotel just looks like a converted self-built house. Kinmen as a whole is pretty much a big rural area, and the food isn't great – you can find everything they offer on the mainland. Perhaps because there are fewer people, labor is expensive, which explains their extremely slow service. Many small shops only accept cash. If you have any standards for accommodation, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Even the breakfast is very basic."
