"First of all, the room was clean, the environment was warm, and the facilities were up to date. Most importantly, I want to thank the front desk lady [Liu Xingyu] at the All Seasons Hotel. I forgot to pack my clothes on a business trip, and it was hot in Fuzhou. Time was tight for me getting to the hotel, and I had a client meeting that afternoon. I told her about my situation, and she went out of her way to help me wash and dry my clothes, leaving them smelling great. My meeting with the client that afternoon went very smoothly.
