"They should be more transparent about the room amenities. This hotel location has several levels of room comfort. The previous time I was there the room was premium grade - extremely comfortable and well equipped. This time, with no clue that it might be different, I checked in only to experience a more ordinary room.
Still, the value and location very good - close to shopping, dining, the metro station, and the university district."

"The weather is particularly sunny today. There are large clouds outside the window. The sunshine shines into my room. I feel it quietly on the bed. The whole room was extremely quiet, as if isolated from the world. The bustle outside the window and door had nothing to do with me. This is what I particularly like about the hotel. The scenery is beautiful and the room is quiet. What's also worth boasting about is the equipment in the room, which is the best experience I've had in countless hotels. Fully intelligent thermostatic toilet, high-definition TV, and latex mattress with excellent experience. Green is a hotel I will choose again next time."

"We stayed for two consecutive nights. Despite our late arrival on the first day, the front desk proactively contacted us, had a welcome fruit platter waiting, and ensured the air conditioning in our room was already on. Noticing we were traveling with children, they thoughtfully upgraded our room type, which was much appreciated. The laundry room, equipped with washing machines and dryers, was an added convenience that greatly enhanced our stay. While the breakfast spread was extensive, replenishment of items could be a bit slow during peak dining hours, and seating often became limited. We will certainly choose Hampton by Hilton again on our next visit to Fuzhou; we truly value the comfort and peace of mind it offers."

"I originally stayed at Meiyuan Hotel with the mentality of giving it a try, but I didn't expect that it was really low-priced and high-service. The front desk clerk Xiao Jin was warm and friendly. The room had a strong smell of books. I liked the decoration style very much. There were also care packages in the room, which was very considerate. They were all robot services. "I brought my kids to Fuzhou for the May Day holiday and arrived at the hotel late at night. Deputy Manager Zheng arranged a quiet room for me. Although the room was not on a very high floor, it was very quiet and had a good view. The hotel breakfast was also OK. The hotel parking lot is large, so you don't have to worry about parking even if you travel during the May Day holiday. It's worth staying."

SSteve177This hotel is about my first choice whenever I need to book a hotel in Fuzhou. This is third time and the experience is just as before, excellent. I will surely come back the fourth time. Friendly front desk, perfect location and clean. The breakfast is also ideal with both western and chinese style cuisine. The hotel is sure a value for the money. Highly recommended.

SsikidayouThe room looks exactly like the official pictures, and the hotel service is decent. The only downside is the disposable slippers – their quality is pretty poor 😓, they really only last a day. During the Chinese New Year period, the park had a full schedule of activities every day, but the evening water show required an extra ticket. For families with kids, they might want to consider a few things: perhaps slightly larger rooms, and a ticket package for 2 adults and 1 child (or 2 children). I saw several families having to pay extra for their children's tickets during check-in, which was a bit annoying. Staying at a hotel inside the scenic area is really convenient, especially in the mornings when it's much quieter before the outside visitors arrive.

GGuest UserI rarely commented back. I didn’t have a good impression of this hotel. The corridor lights suddenly flashed in the middle of the night after falling asleep. The video was proof. From 12 am to 1:30, I called the front desk 2 times to repair. I woke up and found it difficult to fall asleep. It affected the itinerary of the next day. The hotel did not care about it the next day. Instead, I took the initiative to go to the front desk to ask the waitress. Because of the hotel, the guests did not rest well. How did they deal with it? The waiter said that they could delay the check-out by 2 hours. I proposed that it take 4 hours. Not only did I not rest well, but also affected the itinerary, and I didn't ask for a room change at the time. I hope I can understand each other. The customer service said that I would apply with my superior and asked me to wait for the notification. Later, I was notified by phone that I could delay it for 4 hours, but there was never an apology.
Facilities: Hotel does not have shower cap
Environment: There is always a sound from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The maintenance staff said that it is hot and cold, and there is no sense of security.

GGuest UserComing to Fuzhou for exams, the hotel is very nice! There is a table in the room for review, there is plenty of hot water for bathing, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, and the pillows are of the right height. Electric double curtains, double pine wardrobes at entrance. A fruit plate was also given. The room is well ventilated, with double windows. The overall feeling is very good.
The service was also very good. The admission ticket was not printed the night before, but the front desk helped print it. It's also very convenient to order food, drinks and stationery from Pu Pu. The two days of review were very peaceful.

Mmomo-SvenThe facilities are brand new and the onsen is superb. It's very comfortable even for solo travelers and offers excellent value for money. The rooms were also fantastic. Purchasing an admission ticket for the onsen with the room card offered good value, and it's easy to enjoy the onsen even if you're by yourself. However, the food available within the onsen facility is quite average; I highly recommend skipping it unless it's complimentary.

The facilities are very user-friendly, the network high-speed signal is good, and the scenery outside the window is good.
