"The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable; I just melted into it. It was so peaceful, serene, and cozy. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and the ladies, were all very nice. Oh, I forgot to take pictures of the hotel's Christmas decorations, they were really eye-catching! And finally, about the Tengwang Pavilion – seriously, the view is a solid 5-star experience (because you can see it from the hotel without even buying a ticket; the hotel itself is like a giant 5-star scenic spot)."

"Only staying one night in Nanchang, I found online that Shangri-La Nanchang is considered the best in the city, so I didn't hesitate to book a river view room. The hotel boasts an excellent location with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff proactively upgraded me to an executive room upon check-in, which deserves a big thumbs up 👍. The room was very spacious, with a classic, 'old money' vibe. The staff's service-mindedness was excellent, especially Sisi, who deserves commendation. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. "New hotel near the airport!
As someone catching an early flight, I chose a hotel close to the airport. When I arrived, I found that the hotel was incredibly new, impeccably clean and tidy both inside and out. The bedding and bathroom facilities in the room were refreshingly comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. Plus, there were plenty of takeout options nearby, which was super convenient when I didn't feel like going out to eat. The room even had small snacks, which was a thoughtful touch.
The service, however, deserves the most praise! The staff were enthusiastic throughout my stay, and the butler was incredibly attentive, proactively helping me book airport transfers. Especially Driver Fang, who took me to the airport – he was absolutely wonderful! My flight was early in the morning, and not only was he punctual, but he was also very polite during the ride, helping me with my luggage without any fuss. This stay was a perfect experience; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

The facilities were just average. The air conditioning was ineffective; even set to 16°C, the room struggled to cool down during the day, leaving me sweating even when idle. Several elevators also lacked AC. The executive lounge was a major disappointment; its ”happy hour” consisted solely of a fixed set meal that was both spicy and unappetizing, with absolutely no beverages or alcoholic drinks offered. The bedding felt damp, and breakfast was mediocre. The Nanchang mixed noodles and clay pot soup were particularly terrible.

Cleanliness was average. However, the sofa in my room had noticeable, uncleaned stains.
## Environment
The hotel is located in the bustling Honggutan area.
## Service
Service was generally mediocre. The front desk staff was distracted, taking phone calls while checking me in, and even seemed unsure of my booked room type. On the positive side, the doorman was excellent, proactively opening car doors and assisting with luggage. Room service was also decent, delivering items promptly."

The front desk offered hot drinks and towels, and the check-in process was efficient and considerate. The butler meticulously answered all my questions and even thoughtfully helped plan my itinerary. The room was clean and elegant, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were from high-end brands. Thoughtful details like blackout curtains and a smart mirror were a huge plus. The hotel also offers free afternoon tea and a late-night noodle dish, and the breakfast selection was extensive with fresh ingredients. The location is excellent, convenient for both travel and shopping. The cleanliness and soundproofing were also superb. The entire experience was heartwarming and comfortable; the service was on par with a five-star hotel. It's my top choice for both business trips and leisure travel, highly recommended! There were lilies in the hotel room, which were beautiful.

The hotel's location is a huge plus. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace cultural district, and super convenient for trying local snacks on Zhubao Street. A subway station is right nearby, making getting around completely hassle-free [__LINK_ICON__]. Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately drawn to the East-meets-West ART DECO style. The elegant fragrance and soft lighting instantly washed away my travel fatigue. The front desk staff were warm and efficient; they not only processed my check-in quickly but also thoughtfully recommended local must-try foods and sightseeing routes, showing great attention to detail [__LINK_ICON__].
I booked a high-floor room, which was spacious and bright, offering a stunning 180° panoramic view of Nanchang's nightscape through the floor-to-ceiling window. The room was impeccably clean with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress, with just the right firmness, ensured I slept soundly every night. The biggest surprise was the smart voice control system – I didn't even have to get out of bed to switch lights or adjust the air conditioning! The dining experience exceeded expectations. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, including not only standard Chinese and Western dishes but also authentic local Nanchang mixed rice noodles and traditional pottery jar soup. The price can be compared between members and the platform, which is cheaper to use, and the twin bed with a large courtyard is upgraded; the next day, the price comparison will be followed by the upgrade of the room for one night. Compared with the previous hotel, the room was not upgraded, and the flower room was really user-friendly. There is also a free mini in the room. The child likes to bloom in the flower, and the front desk gave a few more bottles. I will come back next time and I am very satisfied.

The Good:

The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets.
2. Facilities & Amenities:
The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay.
3. Breakfast:
The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables.

The location is superb, walking distance to one of the main attraction wanshou palace where there are plenty of food option and also when night falls the place comes alive with pubs and local talent performing.

There's a Wanda Plaza nearby, and plenty of food options downstairs, including a really good mixed rice noodle shop. It's also not far from the subway station; just turn left after exiting the building. A great experience!

First of all, the location is very convenient. The hotel is situated near Xiejiacun Metro Station, which makes it extremely easy to travel around the city. Within just a few stops, you can reach major landmarks such as Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and the Gan River. The Hengmao Dream Times shopping complex is also nearby, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops.
