The hotel lobby has a charming classic aesthetic. As a Quanji 5.0 property, I personally feel it's a very successful offering. The rooms are also equipped with voice-activated smart assistants. There's a 24-hour self-service laundry room, which is extremely convenient. I would still highly recommend this hotel for my next trip to Nanchang.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that the room we booked directly faces another building so not much privacy…we had the curtains closed most of the time. The breakfast was also just a limited selection. The price of the room is very affordable though, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to travellers on a budget.

This was a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and shopping, plus there are tons of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the room itself was clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the facilities were all new, and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The soundproofing was also excellent, so I slept really well at night. It's truly great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Furthermore, they demonstrated incredible flexibility by approving a significantly extended check-out time of 6:00 PM—a truly generous gesture that deeply enhanced the final day of our stay. The attentiveness was constant, even extending to small details like offering warm bottled drinking water both upon our return to the hotel and as we departed. This level of remarkable and consistent service is clearly a hallmark of the Atour brand, as I have experienced the same high standard here and at the Jingdezhen location (Tao Xi Chuan).

I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets. 2. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables. 4. Service: The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right near the subway station and Nanchang Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around or catching a train. The room facilities are all brand new, and they even offer free late-night noodles that are really delicious. The only minor drawback is that the mattress is a bit soft, which took some getting used to since I prefer a firm bed. But I still slept quite well! Overall, the good outweighs the bad, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel's location is excellent! It's a 10-minute walk to Bayi Square and Wanda Plaza. Jiangxi Kuncha and Hongdu Damuzhi are also nearby. We even walked to Tengwang Pavilion and Jewelry Street (about 25 minutes). The Yongshu Station on Metro Line 2 is close by, and both the rice noodle soup and stir-fried noodles for breakfast were delicious.

Its location is fantastic, very close to Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace, and surrounded by an abundance of great food options. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained. The front desk staff and restaurant servers are all incredibly welcoming and friendly. Whether you're here for a business trip or a vacation, you can't go wrong staying here.

I must give a special commendation to the hotel staff! From the front desk to room service and the restaurant, every single member of staff was incredibly professional, enthusiastic, and patient. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, always with a friendly smile. Any questions or requests (such as asking for directions or needing extra items) were met with prompt, detailed answers and assistance, making us feel right at home.

Sister Wutong's service is very good and the family is very happy. The room was also very nice and the stay was very comfortable. When parents and children travel, they encounter considerate services that add a sense of comfort to the trip. Praise Sister Wutong. The room hygiene is also very good. The highlight is the pillows. It is really comfortable to sleep on, even more comfortable than Dodo's pillows. How come no one has publicized this? I am very picky about pillows when I sleep. Big thumbs up.
