The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The overall environment was comfortable and relaxing, making it perfect for families traveling with children. It was a great experience."

The decor style was normal, and the facilities were sufficient: a wardrobe, a desk, a lamp, and a small refrigerator were all provided. There was also a map, and I hope for a complete Jiangxi travel guide next time. **Hygiene:** Clean, no overlooked corners found. **Environment:** Easy to get a taxi; this was the only place in Jiangxi where my taxi didn't get lost. The cleaning lady told us we could walk to see the river view, thank you 🙏. Service response after contact was swift and timely. They re-delivered my forgotten takeout, and there was robot 🤖 delivery for takeout plus manual water delivery. They also paid attention to my notes and decorated the room, which was lovely. My experience at Jiuzhaigou Yinse was good this year, which is why I chose Marriott. Marriott brands truly address notes promptly; I even encountered a conference, but the service remained excellent. Breakfast had clear guidance, and staff cleared plates. It's a service that matches its positioning, and Marriott brand service is generally consistent. I took very few photos 📸 during this trip, only three or four of the hotel 🏨, the rest were from Nanchang and Lushan (who speeds through Lushan in a day and returns to the hotel? My feet are ruined!)"

My butler, Cindy, arranged a fantastic room for me, with an amazing view. As soon as I walked in, all I could see was the river (a little foggy, though). Sitting on the sofa and watching the traffic flow over the bridge was captivating, and the evening lights were beautiful too. They even gifted me some fruit. Cindy's service was both thoughtful and enthusiastic; I truly felt at home. The hotel parking is convenient, with both above-ground and underground options. The breakfast was also excellent, with white sugar dumplings, freshly steamed coconut cakes, still hot, and several varieties of eggs. The baked sweet potatoes were perfectly done. My experience at the Crowne Plaza Nanchang Ligeo was extremely satisfying!"

A huge thank you to the hotel staff; their service was meticulous and thoughtful, and they were especially gentle and considerate with families traveling with children. Even when we arrived late at night, they proactively helped us with our luggage and tidying the room, patiently waiting throughout and fulfilling every request with warmth and professionalism. This really made us feel so welcome during our trip. The overall room experience was comfortable and quiet, with cozy bedding and a pleasant stay. The warmth of the staff's service truly lives up to the hotel's five-star positioning. However! The hygiene and quality of the hotel's buffet breakfast severely dragged down the overall standard. The drop-off was huge, and the experience was extremely poor; we quickly checked out after just one night. The breakfast variety was only average with absolutely no texture to speak of. The noodle soup broth was bland and tasteless, essentially just plain hot water. What was most disgusting was the seriously subpar hygiene: The floor was greasy and sticky everywhere, flies were buzzing around the dining area, and there were insects crawling all over the floor. All the cups and dishes had heavy grease and residual stains, clearly not properly cleaned, and were put directly on the table for use, which was incredibly off-putting. As a five-star hotel, the rooms and service were top-notch, but they completely failed on the most basic aspect of breakfast hygiene. The staff's service was truly impeccable and heartwarming, but the breakfast environment's hygiene, tableware cleanliness, and food quality urgently need a complete overhaul. I sincerely hope the hotel takes the management of the breakfast area's hygiene seriously, so that the excellent service and comfortable rooms aren't completely undermined by a dirty and messy buffet breakfast."

"This is a 'five-star' hotel located right next to Bayi Avenue, with a subway entrance just outside the lobby, so the location is pretty excellent. However, perhaps due to its age, the facilities inside are a bit dated and have quite a few issues. What baffled me the most was that the hot water temperature in the room would fluctuate automatically; it would suddenly get scalding hot, then return to normal a few seconds later, repeating this cycle, making you nervous every time you used it. After I reported it, a technician came and, after testing the water, admitted the temperature was inconsistent. However, he explained it as, 'The water supply system has two pumps, each heating water independently and switching automatically; it's probably due to the temperature difference between the two when they switch over,' and offered no solution, which was essentially useless. It's hard to believe this is 'five-star' quality, and the breakfast was also quite mediocre."

"The hotel was perfect for my kids, they loved being able to see the bridge and the Ferris wheel at night. The customer service was also great – they even gave us a complimentary breakfast! We were planning on visiting the Jiangxi Provincial Museum later, and the hotel kindly allowed us a late checkout, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend!"

"Pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to what I think is their suite room, or junior suite at least, on the highest floor at Level 26. A huge living room with a working desk and separate toilet. A luxurious bedroom with loads of space, a walk-in open wardrobe big enough for 2 large luggages. Bathtub, standing shower, another toilet and twin basins. Bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking. Service was also on point, Barry at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I guess all these makes up for the location. It's near the exhibition centre and Nanjingxi train station but other than that there's nothing else within walking distance. Luckily food delivery is fast and cheap here, same with ride hailing. I wish the hotel had robots sending my delivery up though. And that the lifts worked faster. But overall it's a good stay and will be my choice hotel the next time I attend an exhibition here."
