FRIENDLIEST Hotel in China! Honestly, these were the kindest hotel owners we've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Kind and thoughtful and helpful. The rooms were super clean and quiet. Breakfast was an absolute feast...plus it was prepared early in the morning due to our early train departure. The hotel's location in Qiantong Town was perfect and scenic. And the nightly hotel rates were very affordable. I definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was great! We were traveling with a child, so there were three of us in total. The front desk even gave us complimentary breakfast, which was a nice surprise. I also didn't expect to find a weighing scale in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel is located in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were also very helpful, suggesting nearby attractions and a lively night market. Plus, parking and car washing were free! Overall, I definitely give this hotel five stars.

Wonderful hotel and wonderful view. I strongly recommend visiting this place, specifically the foreigners, who are tired from heavy traffic to the city. It's the best place to relax. I also got a gift for personal pictures, and I got amazing pictures for myself. The all stuff of hotel so kindness and respectful people they really care about guests. When we came back, it was just after 9 pm, but the door of the homestay was closed and locked! Calling the reserved homestay phone number of Trip.com , we couldn't get through. We waited for 15 minutes in anxiety before finally getting through another call. I thought it was Trip.com customer service, but I didn't expect it to be the boss. She said that she gave us the key, one of which was the door key, and forgot to tell us. Just such an understatement, we didn't get even a word of sorry. In addition, the breakfast at the hotel only starts at 8 o'clock, and it is not to ask or say, only to ask. To be honest, I have never seen breakfast provided so late. Your homestay either does not provide breakfast, and breakfast is provided early, otherwise it is very inconvenient for people who are used to getting up early. Also, the bathroom is a bit offensive, and people who mind are cautious. Things to be mentioned for foreign visitors who might not be understood: the breakfast/dinner location is uphill, 15 minutes walk from the hotel, so if you don’t have a car it might be a little uncomfortable (shuttle is provided only in the evening). Another point is that the outdoor spa from the hotel and the shared pool can be accessed only once, therefore do all your things before entering to enjoy the longest. These are not critics, and are advices meant to create awareness for future travellers. Besides that, great experience! I would recommend!

I've found a gem this time! The Qiantong Yinmo Hotel is absolutely stunning! In the evening, the white walls and black tiles, paired with the greenery and flowing water in the courtyard, were so stunning I snapped tons of photos and shared them on Instagram. 😄 The room was incredibly stylish, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the breakfast was incredible! The biggest surprise was the smart technology that lets you turn on and off the lights, adjust the air conditioning, and even play sleep music with voice control. The hotel staff were all very professional and friendly, making my stay truly wonderful! I give it a five-star rating without hesitation!
