Kubuqi's trip was pleasantly surprised to meet the desert herdsman B&B, and the experience was full! The overall design of the homestay is simple and high-end, the courtyard is open and tidy, and the lights are bright in the evening. The rooms are spacious, the decoration is full of texture, the bedding is comfortable, the hygiene is in place, and the living is safe. The most popular thing is to bring your own outdoor area, you can barbecue yourself, and it is perfect for friends to gather. The boss was thoughtful and thoughtful, prepared fruit for us, and the breakfast in the morning was also very careful. The environment here is quiet and quiet, find a quiet place on the edge of the desert, relax, and choose here next time you come to Kubuqi!

The front desk was gentle, the work was neat, and the problems were dealt with in time, and I was very satisfied. Few of the amenities listed on the listing page are available. Maybe they were at some point in the past long ago, but this hotel is far from in its prime. There is no sauna. The ”bath center” where this was has been converted into a commercial spa for a business unrelated to the hotel. There is no night club. There is no ”gym” as shown in one of the pictures. I believe a lot of the pictures shown on the listing page are years if not decades old. There is no ”boutique”. There is one tiny convenience store on the first floor. The hotel has a restaurant on the second floor. I only used it for the free breakfast which was good. The hotel largely focuses on catering to business events. They have meeting spaces and a big ornate looking meeting space. For normal travellers, this hotel is very bare bones. Service was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The laundry is not self service. You need to pay per article of clothing for someone to take it. The room itself lacked a minibar, functional air conditioning, or a functional safe. It was very spartan. Would I come here again? Not for the listed price. Without any of the advertised amenities, I can't imagine this is much better than cheaper hotels in the area.

Our family of four (with two children) traveled to Inner Mongolia, and overall, our stay was fantastic! We were all extremely satisfied. The hotel offered a wide range of family-friendly activities, including sandboarding, trampolines, a swimming pool, and a kids' play area. The children had an absolute blast, and even without leaving the hotel, they could have a full and enjoyable day. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were all delicious, with a wide variety of dishes and great flavors. The hotel's lounge also provided a selection of snacks and drinks, which we could enjoy freely, allowing our family to relax and unwind. Furthermore, getting to the nearby desert from the hotel was very convenient, just a short drive away. In the desert, we could experience various activities, including camel riding, which the children absolutely loved. The hotel also arranged a wealth of special activities, such as stargazing tours, sunrise viewing, and bonfire performances and fireworks suitable for the whole family, allowing us to experience unique moments that are hard to find in everyday life. For families with children, the hotel's environment and facilities are exceptionally well-appointed. We were very pleased with the dining, activities, and service. If any friends plan a family trip to Inner Mongolia in the future, I will definitely recommend this hotel! It's absolutely worth staying at!

I went to Xiangshawan with my kids and compared a few hotels. The other three were all-inclusive, but since my kids are older, they'd have to pay extra, and they weren't really interested in the activities at Xiansha Island, so I chose this one instead. We drove to the Hualian Tourist Resort reception center to check in. After getting our wristbands and handing over our luggage to the staff, we took Cable Car No. 3 to the island. I added the butler on WeChat and contacted them after getting off the cable car to arrange a shuttle. The jeep shuttle drove quite fast, which the kids loved. They said our luggage would take 2-3 hours to arrive, but it actually came about half an hour after we got to our room. Because I left a note when booking asking for a quiet room, we were assigned to Zone 3, which is quite far away. It was a bit of a walk in and out. I noticed most guests around us had kids; some played late into the night, others woke up early to play, so I guess no matter where you stay, it won't be perfectly quiet. The room facilities were pretty good, and the space was quite large. The bathroom was very similar to those in Japanese hotels. There was a wooden drying rack, which many people moved outside their doors to air-dry their swimsuits overnight. The service was excellent. The WeChat butler answered all my questions promptly. The only issue was the light and noise affecting sleep; it was as bright as midday at 6 AM. Luckily, I had brought my own eye mask and earplugs.

I'm so glad we booked our stay inside the Xiangshawan Desert Scenic Area! It made everything so incredibly easy. Each room came with 6 bottles of water, and the air conditioning was already on before we even arrived. Even though it's a yurt, the interior space is very large, and the private bathroom is super clean. The hotel's services were all excellent. The all-inclusive meals were not at all superficial; each meal featured local specialties like lamb offal soup, savory milk tea, and plenty of beef and lamb. The quality was on par with outside restaurants, and we all agreed their milk tea was the best we had during our entire trip. After a fun day exploring the two islands, returning to the hotel wasn't boring at all. In the evenings, there were disco parties, firework displays, and stargazing. Every event was well-organized and very entertaining. It truly lived up to its nickname, 'Desert Disney'! Definitely worth the trip!

The shower was small, and the room wasn't big either. I was thinking the cleanliness would be acceptable, but then there was a wet towel left under the sink... To make matters worse, there was a municipal power outage. The room was right next to the stairs, and there was a lot of noise from people carrying luggage downstairs early in the morning. The room wasn't soundproof either. The air conditioner didn't work either. The worst part was that I thought I could at least get some sleep even if it was noisy, but then the power came back on, and the TV automatically turned on again. I turned off the TV, and then the power went out again, then came back on, and the TV turned on again, then went out again. I was completely unable to sleep. Because of the power outage, there was no food for breakfast, and I had to use two candles to keep the other things warm. How could they even charge for breakfast? Breakfast was listed as an extra charge when I booked the room. While the municipal power outage is unavoidable, it definitely affected the experience. I specifically chose a new hotel, and the entrance was hard to find. Three cars behind us all went to the wrong entrance.

What a fantastic stay! To find a place like this in the desert – so clean, convenient, and with genuinely friendly and generous staff – it's truly a hidden gem! The hotel front desk sells attraction tickets at a great price, which really enhances the experience. After the scenic area closes, it's essentially like having the whole place to yourself; you can go wherever you want and have the entire desert all to yourself. In the evenings, they even organize trips deeper into the desert to stargaze and take photos! It's also pet-friendly, and my dog absolutely loved playing in the sand! When the water heater broke in the middle of the night, a staff member came right up, fixed it in no time, and even replaced the showerhead with a new one. Their efficiency and service attitude definitely deserve a five-star rating! Highly recommend!

Among hotels near the airport, this is probably the best choice for business travelers. It's affordable, offers airport shuttle service, and is just a few minutes' drive from the airport. There's a restaurant on the second floor where you can order lunch and dinner, and they'll even deliver it to your room.

We spent hours just gazing out, completely mesmerised. Our room was exquisite: spacious, beautifully designed, and crafted to showcase those magical views. Every detail—from the plush bedding to the thoughtful layout—made it hard to even think about leaving. The staff were exceptional, treating us with a warmth and care that felt genuinely heartfelt. Every request was met with a smile, and we never once felt like anything was too much trouble. Breakfast was a delight in its own right, featuring a comforting spread of traditional Chinese dishes that gave us the perfect start to each day. Yilisha isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a memory etched in gold, the kind of experience that lives rent-free in your mind long after you’ve left. China’s natural beauty is breathtaking, but this resort amplifies that grandeur and turns an already incredible landscape into pure magic. If we return to this region, there is no question: we will rebook in a heartbeat.
