Although the hotel isn't new, it's very clean and comfortable. The service is impeccable. We extended our stay for another night, and the staff were incredibly attentive. "Staying at Shunsha, I had a VIP wristband, which allowed for a smooth cable car ride to the island via Ropeway No. 3. The staff at the transfer station were very enthusiastic and helpful, contacting a shuttle bus to take us to the hotel. The young lady at the lobby was incredibly beautiful and welcoming. The kids' entertainment area was fantastic, featuring a 3D printer, microscopes for observing animal and plant furs, and even microscopes to view sand from various islands. There was also a VR room next to it. The pool lifeguard was amazing, constantly monitoring the kids in their glass boats. The pool area had a fantastic vibe in the evening. The staff even set up beach chairs for guests to watch the sunset, which was incredibly thoughtful. The stargazing guide in the evening was very engaging and knowledgeable, and there were quizzes with many small gifts given out. The 'Round-the-World' cocktail at the Starry Sky Bar was beautiful and tasted excellent. The upgraded water-view room (for an extra charge) offered an amazing view. On weekend evenings, there was even hotpot by the pool, creating a wonderful atmosphere."
