"The sea-view room completely exceeded our expectations! Stepping out, we were greeted by an unobstructed view of the ocean. Waking up in the morning, we could watch the sun slowly rise from the sea horizon right from our bed – it was absolutely beautiful! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable; the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. For those who don't like soft pillows, they even offered silicone pillows, which was a nice touch.
The gym was amazing! They had dumbbells of various weights, making it the best hotel gym I've ever encountered (excluding outsourced ones). This was a truly pleasant surprise!
The breakfast was delicious too. They had hash browns, which I love, along with a variety of freshly baked bread and fruits. The selection was rich and fresh.
It would be even better if they provided a makeup mirror; it would make getting ready much more convenient."

"Hygiene: Very clean. Although the hotel is a bit old, the hygiene conditions are still very good.
Facilities: The facilities are complete; they may not be exquisite, but they are comprehensive and tidy.
Environment: The location is at the end of Er Ma Lu Food Street, right by the sea. So, as soon as you step out, you have both the sea and delicious food, which is very convenient. Plus, the seaside on the way to the hotel is truly beautiful, and the sunset is absolutely stunning—I couldn't help but get out of the car to take a ton of photos. From the hotel room window, there's still an unbeatable sea view, and leaving the window open at night means waking up to the sunrise the next day, which is very pleasant.
Service: The service is great. They brought red bean sweet soup to the room in the evening, and when I left, they provided Shanwei local specialty souvenirs. The front desk lady was very responsive and had an excellent service attitude.
I would definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Shanwei."

"The hotel is located in the center of the city, next to a shopping mall, with a few children's entertainment facilities. It is also close to Walmart and a Chinese restaurant for breakfast. it's within walking distance to the harbor side and 二馬路walking street. The hotel itself is classic but new, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is normal and average. with basic porridge, fruit, Chinese dishes and vegetables, western breakfast, egg, coffee, tea, etc.
Posh outlook and inside. I love it and will definately will come back for next visit.

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal, on the beach. We had an incident with noise on the first night from two wedding parties and this affected our sleep. The receptionists Hugo and Hestia did a superb job in rectifying the situation by offering us a new room and an upgrade at the same time. Most of the front desk staff speak English, and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. It’s a fantastic hotel for a family. We got wonderful weather and were able to spend plenty of time on the beach even though it was winter."

"Upgraded the room to executive room with on the spot topup as required to be in the same building. can tell that the hotel is trying best to stay profit. Check that the rate is fair, and it is same as original quote, it doesn't jack up the price on last minute.
we like the laundry room which we use quite a lot, it has 3 washing and 3 dryer, all well programmed for dumb proof, bring your own detergent. Didnt managed to use other facilities.
location wise need to walk a bit to mall and eatery."

"It was my first time to come to Shanwei. A local friend introduced me to the Xinpinqinghu Hotel. I fell in love with it as soon as I stayed. BBrian_034I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. (Please see the photos for the funny English spellings!)

Room spacious and nicely furnished. The shower area a little small and if you are big size, may be a little restrictive.
Toilet was not flushed upon my arrival, and when I informed management, they were quick to offer me another room but I didn't take it because the other room was smaller. I was given a small token for the inconvenience by management.
I would recommend this place for ease of getting to or from the station. I chose this because my train arrived at almost 12am and I wanted to rest soon after I arrived. This place was perfect.
As for eateries, there were a few near the station, and more within walking distance, but of course it's not as convenient as being located near the Er Malu Night market.

LLrong LimLocation is a few minutes by foot from Shanwei high speed railway station. But it is far from the city center. If given a choice, I would go for a hotel in the city center to be nearer to the attractions. Anyway, the room is very good. It is loft styled, very clean, bright, fresh, and inviting. To stay in the room itself is a pleasure enough. The bed was super comfortable and I had to kick myself to get out of bed. There are two toilets in this room, which was new to me. There are a few shops nearby for meals but other than that, there is nothing else around. I rented a motorcycle to go to the downtown area for sightseeing. Still, it is not really cost effective nor convenient for a tourist like me.

SStuNZGood location close to the train station, but need to get a taxi to find an area with a good range of restaurants. Instructions and information pre arrival were excellent, made easy by the use of a WeChat mini-app. Arrival and entry was fast and smooth. Great communication. Apartment was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition, with good facilities. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom well equipped. My only negative comment would be that the wi-fi signal upstairs was very weak. Maybe a wi-fi extender or booster is needed? Other than that, it was ideal for a short stay. Very good value for money, backed by excellent service and a spotlessly clean apartment. Thank you !!

I really liked the outdoor pool! It’s so beautiful, you can swim while enjoying a view of the sea. During my stay, there weren’t many people at the hotel, which made it very comfortable. All the facilities are nice. The indoor pool is also good, and there’s even a dry steam room (sauna).
The hotel’s grounds are huge, perfect for taking a walk and enjoying the beautiful views and trees. It’s also easy to access the sea directly from the hotel’s garden. Overall, the hotel is stunning.
As for the room, it was very spacious and included all the necessary amenities (shower gel, conditioner, toothbrush, etc.). The bathroom was also large and comfortable.
The hotel is not located in the city center, so it’s a good place to rest and relax. It provides everything you need for a peaceful stay.

We went in the off-season, but the site in normal times offers beach access, several bars and restaraunts of different varieties (including Chinese and SOME international food options), some nice photo opportunities, among other things
The location of the hotel is a little unclear, but you will find their office near the corner of the large intersection - from there, it is easy to acces their rooms from multiple entry points. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The room was safe, clean, and affordable. It had a great view of the sea, if a just a little set back from it
