"Ms Li Ying is extremely helpful and professional. Very glad to meet her when I checked in. No problem at all. She is a very special young lady.
When I checked out this morning, it was a different lady, who appears to be cold and not trained, not even looking at me or greeting guests when I approached her at Reception around 8am today."

"The sea-view room completely exceeded our expectations! Stepping out, we were greeted by an unobstructed view of the ocean. Waking up in the morning, we could watch the sun slowly rise from the sea horizon right from our bed – it was absolutely beautiful! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable; the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. For those who don't like soft pillows, they even offered silicone pillows, which was a nice touch.
The gym was amazing! They had dumbbells of various weights, making it the best hotel gym I've ever encountered (excluding outsourced ones). This was a truly pleasant surprise!
The breakfast was delicious too. They had hash browns, which I love, along with a variety of freshly baked bread and fruits. The selection was rich and fresh.
It would be even better if they provided a makeup mirror; it would make getting ready much more convenient."

"The hotel is located in the center of the city, next to a shopping mall, with a few children's entertainment facilities. It is also close to Walmart and a Chinese restaurant for breakfast. it's within walking distance to the harbor side and 二馬路walking street. The hotel itself is classic but new, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is normal and average. with basic porridge, fruit, Chinese dishes and vegetables, western breakfast, egg, coffee, tea, etc.
Posh outlook and inside. I love it and will definately will come back for next visit.

"I thought the hotel looked beautiful when I booked it online, but it's even more stunning in person. The hotel's standards are far superior to the nearby sea-view apartments; they're not even in the same league. The room is very spacious, well-equipped with all sorts of amenities, and features a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. We booked a sea-view room on a higher floor, and it has a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was spotlessly clean. I especially loved the big sofa on the balcony – it was so relaxing to lie there in the evening. They even provided a travel photoshoot, leaving us with unforgettable memories. From the front desk to the concierge and housekeeping, everyone was friendly and responded quickly. We had a very pleasant stay."

"Very impressive and good service, classic 5 star hotel, provide high quality hygiene, swimming pool is big enough but TV seems like cannot connect iPhone AirPlay. Gym room is big enough but not too many choice of equipments(all hotel have same problem). All things is quite new and very clean. No cheating you. For family trip is very good and price is very low but not really fit for couple. Staff Ms Lam is very nice and beauty."

BBrian_034I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. (Please see the photos for the funny English spellings!)

Room spacious and nicely furnished. The shower area a little small and if you are big size, may be a little restrictive.
Toilet was not flushed upon my arrival, and when I informed management, they were quick to offer me another room but I didn't take it because the other room was smaller. I was given a small token for the inconvenience by management.
I would recommend this place for ease of getting to or from the station. I chose this because my train arrived at almost 12am and I wanted to rest soon after I arrived. This place was perfect.
As for eateries, there were a few near the station, and more within walking distance, but of course it's not as convenient as being located near the Er Malu Night market.

__WeChat260938****I canceled my high-speed rail reservation, but I was pleasantly surprised! First, they sent us information and a route map before check-in, which is truly commendable! The hotel also upgraded me to a high floor for free. Maybe I look like Daniel Wu? Who knows the value of a high-rise view for over 100 square meters? Secondly, their sanitation and amenities are simply amazing! It's incredibly clean! We had a few minor hiccups after check-in, but the hotel patiently communicated with us, responding to every call and message immediately to resolve our issues. It was incredibly reassuring to feel valued! We also loved the king-size and twin-size lofts we booked. When we finally checked out, she was still concerned about our safety, which was truly heartwarming! It's only three minutes from the high-speed rail station. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good stay! It was a truly wonderful experience! I'll definitely be back with friends next time!!!

I really liked the outdoor pool! It’s so beautiful, you can swim while enjoying a view of the sea. During my stay, there weren’t many people at the hotel, which made it very comfortable. All the facilities are nice. The indoor pool is also good, and there’s even a dry steam room (sauna).
The hotel’s grounds are huge, perfect for taking a walk and enjoying the beautiful views and trees. It’s also easy to access the sea directly from the hotel’s garden. Overall, the hotel is stunning.
As for the room, it was very spacious and included all the necessary amenities (shower gel, conditioner, toothbrush, etc.). The bathroom was also large and comfortable.
The hotel is not located in the city center, so it’s a good place to rest and relax. It provides everything you need for a peaceful stay.

The counter lady even upgraded our room for free, she helped us whenever we messaged her, sent us locations to visit and every time we had a question she was always helpful and replied very fast. The room was very pretty and clean , the bathtub was big and nice, the balchony was big and beautiful. I loved everything about it.
