The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional; check-in was efficient and smooth, and they patiently resolved any issues with a very friendly attitude. It offers excellent value for money, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended and definitely worth revisiting!"

"Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel faces the ocean directly, and you can walk straight out to the beach, which was super convenient for our little one to play in the sand. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. What truly stood out was the hotel's excellent service. We accidentally left a small item behind, and when we contacted them, they were incredibly helpful in locating it and arranging to mail it back to us. We're so grateful! "The hotel is right by the beach, and it wasn't crowded at all, which made it super enjoyable. We caught some stunning sunsets too! My boyfriend and I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, and it was incredibly comfortable. We loved being able to watch TV while eating in the living room, and the evening views were just perfect. When we couldn't find the switch for a light, the concierge responded incredibly quickly. We'll definitely be back for our next vacation!"

"This hotel offers self check-in, which is very convenient. The furniture and bathroom are also very clean. Having a super-sized fridge and a washing machine is a huge plus. The bed is super comfortable, not too firm. It's also very quiet at night. Every day, the housekeeper messages to ask if we need cleaning or any amenities. There's also a dryer and luggage storage service on the 15th floor. The room comes with disposable towels, toiletries, and slippers. Basic tea supplies are also provided."

The villa people sing until 12 o'clock in the evening. The fireworks can be understood during the New Year. The fireworks in the whole area written on the street of the roadside Magong are decorated. No one cares at all. Occasionally, there is a security patrol car to patrol. It doesn't have a regulatory role."

"Came here for a weekend getaway with my wife. It's super close, only an hour and a half drive from Shenzhen. Not too crowded on the weekend and the beach is lovely. The apartment is really close to the beach; it's about a 7-8 minute walk from the elevator down to the sand. The hotel's hygiene is also very good. The soundproofing could be better, but that's typical for a large studio apartment. Other than that, it's pretty good, and the self-check-in with a password is very convenient. Parking is a breeze, right downstairs on the first basement level, and it was just over 20 RMB for two days."

"We were on vacation with the kids, and after looking at many hotels and guesthouses online, we finally chose this one. Even during the Chinese New Year holiday, the price wasn't outrageously high. The style in the online pictures was also to our liking! Upon checking in, we found the room to be spacious, well-laid out, and very Instagrammable! Every photo we took was beautiful! It's also very close to the beach; just walk across the bustling food street and you're there. After playing in the sea, we could easily grab dinner on the way back! So convenient! It really exceeded my expectations."

"The surrounding area of the apartment is very quiet and the environment is beautiful. It is very attractive to people like me who have not lived by the sea. The picture was taken directly when looking at the sea, very beautiful. The sanitary conditions of the apartment are worrying. There are leftovers from the last customer's foundation eye shadow, the last customer's hair in the corner, the sanitary conditions of the bedding are OK, and the bathroom faucet is yellow and turbid. In the off-season, the price is cheap, more cost-effective, and the price increase in the peak season is not recommended."

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the service was warm and thoughtful, there were many recreational activities, and the children had a lot of fun! The housekeeper, Miss Liu Jiani, was very responsible and not only brought children's slippers and bathrobes for the children, but also sent fruit snacks and sugar water. Since we were traveling with two children, the king-size bed room we booked was a bit crowded, and Jiani took the initiative to help us change to a twin bed room. Next time I come to Shenshan, I will choose Shuidishan Hot Spring Manor, which is really great!

The space is more spacious than it looks in the photo, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room introduce natural light into the room, which is refreshing. Whether it is indoor design or outdoor space, it makes people feel very comfortable. Butler service is also very thoughtful and enthusiastic. GGuest UserThe hotel is located in an alleyway next to the main road, about 50 meters away. It's relatively quiet, and the room is clean and tidy. Bottled water, a kettle, a hairdryer, and slippers are provided. The bathroom and toilet are separate, but the bathroom floor lacks a non-slip mat and slippers, so caution should be taken when bathing children. There's an elevator and a nice little balcony with a great view; the sky over the sea is truly blue. The landlord family is quite friendly and also runs a small shop. Across the street is a food stall; the menu isn't extensive, but the food is good, leaning towards light flavors, and it's very popular for breakfast. Upon arriving, I discovered that the surrounding area is full of hotels and guesthouses, with plenty of electric scooter rentals and convenient food delivery services, making it a great place for relaxation and travel.

GGuest UserA wonderful trip started here! The service at this hotel was exceptional – the first time I've encountered such excellent service by the sea. The entire experience was smooth and the service in every aspect was excellent. I loved the room layout and had a very comfortable stay. It was definitely worth it! The balcony with its perfect ocean view was simply amazing!
