"The room is small, but it has everything it should have. The layout is compact and elegant. The boss is very talented. He not only runs the inn but also studies various foods. In the evening, he invites guests to drink tea and taste his own papaya vinegar, pickled plums and lemons. The boss's wife is beautiful and gentle. The only drawback is that the room on the first floor where I stayed is relatively dark, and I have to turn on the lights during the day. But compared to the price, it is still worth it."

"Based on a friend's recommendation, I was torn between another guesthouse and Xishe, but ultimately chose Xishe. After checking in, I felt very glad I did. The entire courtyard is elegant and unique, with a beautiful environment. The guesthouse is located in the center of the ancient city, just a few dozen meters from Xinggong Tower. The guesthouse offers free shuttle service to and from the station. The rooms are decorated in a classic style, creating a cultural atmosphere. The courtyard alone is perfect for taking photos. I would definitely choose it again next time."

"The hotel is modeled after a Beijing courtyard house and looks great in photos. The owner said it opened this year and is completely new, seemingly renovated from the former office compound. The floors and main structure are over a decade old, and the wall paintings are probably new, so there's no smell. It's much cleaner and tidier than most B&Bs. The owner's wife personally cleans everything, taking care of every detail. The owner and his wife are incredibly friendly and welcoming. There are two tea areas where you can chat and enjoy the fresh air. One neighbor mentioned staying at another B&B in the ancient city and finding it less pleasant, and they agreed. There's even a glass room upstairs for drying clothes. The hotel is very close to the Dafu Farmers Market, making it convenient for buying fruit and other things. It's a short cut to the ancient city, only about five or six minutes away. Our family of five stayed for nine nights and was very comfortable. It was a truly wonderful stay. Oh, and I highly recommend staying on the second floor for better ventilation! This place is nothing special; it's simply because the owner and his family are so kind. I appreciate this positive review! All the pictures are my own!"

"Great stay experience! 👍The location of the B&B is very close to the Nanzhao Cultural Square, and it is within walking distance to the ancient city, which is very convenient! Next door is the popular Pioneer Bookstore, where you can have a cup of tea and spend a lazy afternoon in the bookstore. The B&B is very ethnic, and the owner's care is reflected everywhere. The yard is not big, but there are many green plants and the air is fresh. The room is large, and there are green plants by the window. The whole display makes people feel like they are in a Bai courtyard. In the afternoon, I brewed a pot of Pu'er and sat on the tatami in front of the window. The setting sun sprinkled warmly from the window and covered my body, which was very comfortable. The girls at the front desk were very enthusiastic. When I left the store, the little brother enthusiastically insisted on helping us send our luggage out. It's great! Qingsu's slow time adds a lot of color to this trip to Weishan!"

"Overall, the stay was fantastic! Highly recommended!
Facilities: This is a newly opened guesthouse, so all the facilities are brand new. The common areas are well-designed, with a fireplace that brings warmth on cold winter nights, plus a self-service kitchen and washing machine. The rooms feature 'Xiao Du' smart controls, automatic flush toilets, and a wonderfully comfortable hot shower on winter evenings. There's also air conditioning in the room, so it never gets too cold.
Cleanliness: The guesthouse staff are incredibly diligent, starting their cleaning early every morning. The common areas are spotless, and the rooms are also kept very clean and tidy.
Environment: The environment looks exactly like the photos, with tasteful design. Though the courtyard is small, it's very pleasant, offering delightful photo opportunities everywhere. The guesthouse's location is also excellent, situated on the edge of the ancient city, accessible by car, so you don't have to drag your luggage up hills through the pedestrian-only ancient town streets. It's right next to Mengyang Park, close to the Confucius Temple and Chongzheng Academy (which houses a popular bookstore).
Service: The guesthouse owner and their team are incredibly warm and attentive. Breakfast is arranged at several famous restaurants within the ancient city, all well-known, long-standing establishments. The guesthouse also recommends other highly-rated restaurants for lunch and dinner."

The original art hotel is very close to the ancient city of Weishan, right next to the Pioneer Academy and close to the Beiyu parking lot. It is a modern and smart wabi-sabi style B&B with a movie room, billiards, mahjong room, and a tent camp on the roof platform.
"The hotel is excellent in every way. Customer service, communication and hospitality were very good.
I was very early booking in, the room I booked was not ready to be occupied so the team at reception upgraded my room.
Reception also booked a taxi for me when I departed.
I can certainly recommend the hotel to all travellers.
Looking forward to staying with them again next year.

"Location: On the North Street of Weishan Ancient City, just a few steps away from Gongchen Tower. I didn't expect that there would be such a boutique homestay in such a pedestrian street. It is quiet in the bustling city. The entrance doesn't look big, but there is a different world after entering.
Environment: Very elegant, with a small bridge and flowing water at the entrance, and the back garden is very quiet. The inn has several teahouses of different styles, providing tea and tea sets for free. Guests can make tea, chat, read and daydream by themselves...
Hygiene: The front desk, corridors, public areas, and guest rooms are all very clean. There is no odor in the bathroom, and the air conditioner works normally and there is no odor.
Service: The front desk lady is very beautiful and enthusiastic. Check-in and check-out are very fast.
Cost-effectiveness: Very high. There are various small shops, teahouses, food, and attractions within a 15-minute walk around the inn.
Other supplements: The area of the guest room and bathroom is a bit cramped, but it is great to be able to transform the old house layout in the center of the old city into this; the adjustable range of the bath water temperature is satisfactory, and the only drawback is that the water pressure is a bit low."

"I used to like to live in a homestay and feel sentimental. I still prefer to live in a brand hotel chain. The supporting facilities are more complete and the service is more professional. This hotel is close to the ancient city, quiet and warm, clean and refreshing. Stayed for three nights, the fly in the ointment is that breakfast needs to be eaten in the simple store opposite."

zhaoyueI really like Donglianhua Village, which has a strong Islamic style. The owner of the inn, Pony, is super handsome and enthusiastic. He invited me to have dinner. His courtyard is clean and beautiful, and the rooms are also full of ethnic style, with small horse lanterns. The caravan culture is very authentic. I feel like I am a Ma Guotou. It is very convenient to go to Weishan Ancient City from the village. There is a minibus at the entrance of the village, which goes directly to Weishan Ancient City. The bus runs every half an hour. If you catch up with the market day, you can take the minibus. Go to Dianzhong Street or Temple Street to see the rich market. There is cattle and sheep trading. It is very interesting. It is a good place to learn more about Weishan County. The people are simple and warm. I like it very much.

GGuest UserStaying at this homestay, I was stunned. It is more comfortable than a five-star hotel. The layout design is very good. The decoration is luxurious and comfortable. From wallpaper to floor tiles, to furniture configuration, all are of good quality materials. Even a toilet is fully automatic, like the standard of your own house. It seems that the boss has a taste of life. To be honest, I really stayed at a homestay like home for the first time. I stayed for three nights and it was so comfortable. The front desk was also very enthusiastic. I saw that I had two children and immediately handed over the children's dental appliances and slippers. I knew that I used soap to wash my clothes. I also asked me if I needed laundry detergent? On the third day, I also sent us a large plate of fruit. The second time I came to Lushan, I really liked the customs here. Nice, very nice!

Mmina112873The best and most expensive hotel in Weishan is very difficult to book! The ambiance is superb, with desserts every night and a treasure hunt activity. Checking in after completing the activity earns you a voucher for the hotel's coffee bar! No need to worry about driving; a hotel staff member will guide you to the parking lot. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, making it convenient to go anywhere! My favorite part is the coffee bar at the hotel's back entrance—you could sit there all day! The only slight drawback is the very basic breakfast; it's a set meal per person, and the taste is just average—barely enough to fill you up!

It is worth mentioning that our group arrived at 12 o'clock in the evening because of a situation on the road. The front desk lady contacted in advance to confirm the itinerary. We patiently waited for us to say that we were not in a hurry to drive safety first. We took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and solve various small problems in time. The entire ancient town of Lushan is also very close to the high-speed rail station. It is best not to live on the second floor with large luggage. You and the hotel lady can resist going upstairs. The room space is still comfortable, but the height is a bit depressed, and I hope to pay more attention to hygiene.

We stayed in the family suite with 2 beds and 1 toilet. Toilet hygiene can be better as we all think the toilet smelled bad compared to the common toilet downstairs. Is there some sewer leaking?
We love the tea tasting tables at ground floor made available for guests to make their own tea in the beautiful courtyard. Wonderful experience making and boiling our tea here.
