"This offer cost me 17 dirhams due to a special promotion, which is a suitable price for this kind of option. Our room was on the 4th floor with a view of a narrow gap, so we considered it a viewless room. The bed was comfortable, and the blackout curtains allowed us to get a good night's sleep. The internet signal was excellent, suitable for watching videos and making calls. The room had several light sources. There are photos of the rooftop, which has a lounge area and a pool with cool water. The hotel has parking, which is convenient for travelers with cars and close to the airport. They offer breakfast, and there's a fitness center in the building, but we didn't use these services. The staff kindly allowed us a late check-out. The bathroom needs some minor renovation; the mirror light wasn't working, there were traces of rust, and the water pressure in the toilet was weak. These are not critical flaws and can be easily fixed."

"I truly believe this is hands down the best hotel in Muscat. The service is flawless, the facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast is excellent. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is quite slow. I wish I could remember all the staff members' names — every one of them was outstanding. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had, and I’ll definitely choose this place again when I return to Muscat."

"A very clean hotel, and quite close to the airport, so getting a taxi was easy. The only minor drawback was that my room didn't have a window that could open, so the air circulation wasn't great. The service attitude was good, and the Wi-Fi was fast."

"Pretty clean hotel with nice friendly staff.  The restaurant however is a bit too slow on orders. The gym could also use more equipments, such as some barbells and machines. Overall it was a comfortable happy stay."

"Had a wonderfull stay at Mysk. The atmospher from the moment you enter the hotel is amazing. Nice facilities, free water, and the creme and soap in the room smells lovely. The food is really tasty and the staff is kind and helpfull. Would definately stay here again."

"It was unfortunate we couldn’t get to check in earlier because we arrived earlier so we stayed at the lobby for 9-10 hours despite many emails sent to give them a heads up. Overall our stay was decent. Breakfast was good and service was good too."

"A pleasant, cozy hotel in a convenient area. It's a 10-minute walk to the Ruwi bus station. A bit dated, but still comfortable. Good price, and hearty, varied breakfasts. In our room, the TV tuner wasn't working, and the refrigerator and TV outlets were swapped (the fridge would turn off during the day when I left the room, I only noticed in the evening that it hadn't been working all day). There was a very unpleasant incident at breakfast on December 15th with a staff member wearing glasses. I arrived a bit earlier than my friend for breakfast, gave room number 415, and mentioned that my friend would join me in 5 minutes. When my friend arrived, the staff member asked for his room number. My friend couldn't remember it and was trying to check his card when the staff member's phone rang. He answered the phone, completely ignoring my friend. My friend stood waiting for several minutes while the staff member talked on the phone. Another staff member eventually invited him to breakfast. Later, the same staff member approached our table and announced that breakfast ended at 10:30, then started taking my friend's plate while he was still eating. Only after I told him we would be done within five minutes did he leave our table. I've never experienced such disrespect for guests. Usually, at other hotels, when breakfast ends, they close the buffet but guests are calmly allowed to finish what they've already taken; no one is rushed out. However, there were no such incidents on the following days, and we finished breakfast before 10:40. All other staff members were very polite; I don't know what caused that specific behavior."

"Overall, nice place to stay. Loved the quirkiness deco of the hotel. Had a late afternoon flight, so was allowed extended check-out. A good variety for breakfast and helpful/attentive staff. It is not the high end of the Bonvoy experience, one would expect from the likes of JW Marriot and Ritz Carlton, however, I think couple of things could have been better thought. The bathroom layout is rather weird, with the tap knob found opposite to where the shower heads are, under the clothes/towel racks! Would have expected hairdryer in the rooms and face towel to wipe around the sink. Noticed a faint lingering toilet smell, even with constant flushing and hosing, maybe due to no extractor present. For a hotel brand that promotes environmental sustainability, I would not expect take away cups in the rooms! I would still recommend the hotel for short stays."
