"Weishan is truly a hidden gem, and this homestay we chose is just as wonderful! The location is perfect, right next to Mengyang Park, with fresh air and the sound of birds. It's a five-minute walk to the Avant-Garde Bookstore and also five minutes to the ancient city. When we arrived, the lovely lady at the front desk saw we were staying for three nights and said she wanted to make us more comfortable, so she upgraded our room for free. That was incredibly thoughtful! The double sinks were super convenient for two people, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable with excellent hot water. Every day, fresh fruit was delivered, and we could enjoy complimentary coffee. The breakfast card let us try famous local dishes like Lao Wang's Guojiang Ersi and Su Laosan's Yigen Mian nearby. All the ladies at the front desk were so enthusiastic and attentive. This was a very satisfying homestay experience, and I've already recommended it to friends who are visiting soon!"

One of the highlights was the breakfast arrangement — the hotel partnered with two excellent local restaurants, giving us the chance to choose between them and enjoy authentic traditional breakfasts. The wooden carved doors and windows have the charm of old time. The courtyard is clean and elegant. The window is the pastoral scenery. You can smell the fireworks in the morning, and the night is particularly quiet. The rooms are cleaned, daily necessities and bedding are changed for each guest, the facilities are complete and intimate, and the stay is particularly comfortable. The boss is warm and thoughtful, will patiently recommend the food and play routes in the village, and will also share the old stories of Mabang Village, the atmosphere is superb. "I had my eye on Qingsu when I was planning my trip to Weishan, or rather, I came to Weishan specifically for Qingsu. Stepping into the guesthouse felt like coming home; everything was comfortable and intriguing. I couldn't capture its beauty in photos; you can refer to the room photos – the actual place is definitely more captivating. But what made it even more delightful was the exceptional hospitality of the owners, the young female security guards, and the impeccable cleanliness. The balcony was beautiful, making laundry a pleasure. The parking lot was right next door, and there was even a car wash. One of the photos I uploaded shows the guesthouse from the car wash. It's also very close to Weishan Ancient Town. Definitely worth staying here!"

"I wanted to lie down in Lushan for two days during the holiday. I saw the bright floor-to-ceiling windows of this homestay. When I found out that it was really the same as the net map, it was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was included. The most intimate thing is that the disposable items are very complete, and the ones I bring are basically useless. The homestay is a 2-minute walk from the ancient city. The whole ancient city is really quiet. There are not many people on the stone road. The most convenient thing is that there are yellow small motorcycles and shared bicycles. "The owner, like a long-time friend, immediately invited us to sit down for tea upon our first meeting. Amidst the fragrant tea, he brought out Yunnan ham pastries carefully selected from Dali—the flaky crust layered distinctly, the savory-sweet ham filling leaving a lingering aftertaste. Next, he brought out his homemade rose vinegar, the amber liquid floating with rose petals, perfectly balanced in sweet and sour, with a delicate floral fragrance. There's a dedicated parking lot right next to the courtyard, and the road conditions from the main road are excellent, making it easy even for first-time drivers. This convenience made us feel very comfortable with our luggage. As we left, the owner stood at the door waving goodbye, like seeing off a family member on a long journey. At Youguang Courtyard in Weishan, you gain more than just a peaceful night's sleep; you gain a memory illuminated by light. It turns out that the most precious thing on a journey is encountering a ”home” that makes you forget you're in a foreign land.
