"I specifically brought my elderly parents to Zhangzhou Ancient City for a visit this time. Since they have mobility issues and need a wheelchair, I was worried about the inconvenience of travel and accommodation beforehand. I had been communicating with the hotel about various matters before our departure. To my surprise, our entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I genuinely give it a full five-star rating! The hotel's location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the ancient city. As soon as you step out, you're on the old streets and alleys, with all sorts of Minnan specialty foods and popular photo spots close by. It was incredibly convenient to explore with a wheelchair. While it was lively and bustling outside, the courtyard was serene and quiet. It's an authentic Minnan ancient house courtyard style, with an elegant and clean environment. The greenery was meticulously maintained, making for a beautiful and healing landscape. What touched me the most was the hotel's thoughtful consideration for guests with mobility challenges. The accessibility features were very well-implemented. The courtyard pathways were flat and smooth, with no steep inclines, making it effortless to push a wheelchair in and out. The corridors were wide and open, allowing for easy and stable passage. When the front desk staff saw us with our elderly parents in a wheelchair, they immediately came over to offer assistance. They were enthusiastic and meticulous throughout, with a warm and polite attitude. During check-in, they prioritized a low-floor room on the first floor for us, avoiding stairs and complex routes, which greatly facilitated the seniors' movement. The room was spacious and airy, spotlessly clean, with soft and clean bedding. The mattress was neither too soft nor too firm, making it exceptionally comfortable for my parents to rest. My family all said they slept very well. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the floor was anti-slip, with every detail considering the safety of the elderly. The hotel's service was so meticulous it was heartwarming. Knowing my parents had difficulty walking, the staff proactively slowed down their speech, patiently asked about their physical condition, and repeatedly reminded them to be careful on the stone paths in the courtyard. Throughout our stay, any request we had was met with immediate and quick responses. They were very enthusiastic about helping deliver items and assisting my parents. When we returned from outings, they would always proactively offer warm tea, asking if my parents were tired from their journey. Their sincerity and genuineness were truly commendable. After a tiring day of sightseeing, the hotel's natural hot spring, with its comfortable and gentle water temperature, was a great relief. Soaking our feet after returning helped us relax significantly. The breakfast selection was rich yet light, catering to my parents' dietary preferences. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. When the staff heard we had high blood sugar, they specially prepared low-sugar meals for us. From the service details, their warmth was evident in every aspect. I initially thought traveling with elderly parents in a wheelchair would be problematic, but thanks to the comprehensive facilities and warm service at Xiyue Hotel, our entire experience was beautiful, clean, with human-centered facilities and warm, attentive service. Every aspect was impeccable, and it offered excellent value for money."

"Facilities: The hotel's concierge desk is on the ground floor, while the lobby is on the 47th floor. To get to your room, you first take an elevator from the ground floor to the 47th floor, then use your key card to transfer to another elevator that goes to the rooms. The toilet in the room was quite old-fashioned but thankfully clean! The curtains are electric, and the TV is pretty big, though I didn't try to cast anything to it. The sofa area is well-designed with a large round table and a sofa that has power outlets nearby, making it convenient for charging phones and laptops while relaxing. The bedside tables are also spacious, great for placing items. The air conditioning was powerful and effective. The mini-bar fridge was empty, and only two bottles of mineral water were provided. The washbasin was small. They only provided two toothbrushes, a comb, and some cotton swabs. No razor, which is fine, but not even a shower cap – I wonder if it was just overlooked! Service: When I first arrived, it was a bit frustrating; there was no service at all, and I had to ask about everything myself! At the front desk for check-in, the staff said my name wasn't on any order. They asked to see my Ctrip order on my phone, which was a first for me! I didn't encounter a single staff member who greeted me; they just acted like guests were invisible! I even bumped into a young staff member outside my room who just glanced at me twice and acted like she didn't see me. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, but their service training in this regard is clearly lacking, especially for young employees who should have this basic awareness! Later that evening, when I went to the concierge to pick up a delivery, Xiao Jie was very helpful. He assisted me with my packages, gave me a tote bag for my items, and even offered to dispose of my trash. Environment: Getting food delivered is easy, pretty much anything is available, and there are also restaurants downstairs, which is convenient! Deliveries are brought by robots, but you have to call the concierge separately to request the robot delivery, likely for security reasons. The critical part was that my delivery arrived at 7:27 PM, and after two follow-up calls, it finally reached my room at 7:50 PM – unbelievable! Parking: I pre-arranged and reserved a ground-level parking spot. It was very crowded, so if you have a large car, it will test your driving skills!"

"The room was incredibly spacious, easily the biggest and most economical hotel room I've ever stayed in. The balcony was lovely and peaceful, and the facilities were complete. The security guard even helped with my luggage. A concierge arranged the booking, and the service was absolutely top-notch."

"This hotel is perfectly located right on the main street. I loved that it's just across the road from a morning market and a street full of breakfast stalls. The old town is also within walking distance. The area around is open and quiet, except for the school across the street, which can be a bit noisy in the mornings when they play announcements over the loudspeaker. Other than that, it's very peaceful. The room facilities are new, and the soundproofing is good – I was very satisfied with my stay. It happened to be International Women's Day during my visit, and the hotel even sent up a small taro-flavored cake, which was a thoughtful touch and delicious!"

"定了兩晚觀景房，入住的時候前台小姐姐給了11樓的高層，對面就是江，景色非常不錯，這次來漳州度假體驗感不錯，然而要走的時候被酒店工作人員膈應了一把，我退房的時候問了一嘴有沒有伴手禮，前台辦退房的小姐姐和小哥哥就去問了一下看起來應該是他們領導的人吧，然後小哥哥就給我拿了一盒茶餅，問了我幾個人，我就説兩個人，然後又給了我一盒，好，事情到這裏都還沒啥，我就走到了靠窗的座位等我男朋友（因為退房高峯期就一部電梯能動，我等了好久先下來辦退房，男朋友拉着行李箱坐下一班電梯），可能是我坐的位置前台看不到吧，我就聽到他們在蛐蛐我，説給了我兩盒茶餅，還説我的房間亂七八糟，聽起來是後悔不應該給我，那我問題就來了如果覺得我的銀會員不夠level要伴手禮不給就是了，給了還背後蛐蛐客人。另外退房的時候前台小姐姐問我住的怎麼樣，我説還好，但是沒説第一天中午在我沒有要求打掃房間，並且人還在房間換衣服的時候，保潔用房卡打開了我的房間門，我理解中午是打掃房間的時間，但是也不跟前台確認下我這個房間住幾晚，房間有人還進來，這是我住那麼多酒店第一次遇到這樣的，然後打掃完床頭的紙巾用完了，也沒給放新的，吃東西想擦個桌子都沒紙巾，還好我自己帶了小包的面巾紙，省着用的，至於蛐蛐我房間亂七八糟，我更是無語，難道我住了房間還要還原了再走嗎？我是來酒店打掃衞生的嗎？我也是正常住，沒亂丟亂扔，外賣啥的我也是儘量裝回袋子裏面綁好放垃圾桶旁邊，還要被蛐蛐，真是服了，這個差評是給蛐蛐我的女工作人員，至於是哪位你們自己知道了"

"This hotel offers the best service! They brought us complimentary sweet soup every day, which was a lovely touch – three servings daily for our family of three. Perhaps it was the off-season, but they upgraded my parents and me to a duplex suite with two bedrooms and a living room. Each bed was a comfortable queen size (1.5 meters). It felt like they gave us so much, maybe even more space than we needed, but having an extra bathroom was incredibly convenient, haha. The mahjong table in the room was a brilliant addition! We spent our evenings enjoying the sweet soup and playing mahjong (three of us, so 'three short one' as we call it in Chinese). It felt like a preview of retirement life!"

"The Grand Hyatt hotel truly showcases quality, from the lobby all the way to the guest rooms. The staff are patient and attentive, always there when you need them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed rest. The toiletries have a pleasant scent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. It's also very close to Zhangzhou Ancient City, just about a ten-minute walk, which makes getting around and sightseeing incredibly convenient. It's definitely a must-stay when visiting Zhangzhou."

"A very delightful accommodation, although be aware there isn't much food available near by. Recommend taking some food with you. The buffet breakfast was ok, but cost extra. The pool and spa are also at an extra cost, and not very user friendly for foreigners. Check in was very good on first night, with night manager going above and beyond given that I had arrived late. Also, it was difficult for the taxi driver to access the reception area. My subsequent 'card activation' the next morning and other questions were met with unprofessional giggling, and a request for 'a good review' and no real assistance. However, my stay at this accommodation was very good on the whole. Great place for children, as there are many areas for play and fun. If possible get a room with a river view, the night scenes are stunning with colourful lights reflecting on the still waters. Make sure to visit the antique shopping streets right next door. So many gorgeous treasures!"

Before I even checked in, they proactively used a lint roller to meticulously inspect the room, making sure every detail was spotless before inviting me in. This made me feel incredibly valued and left a fantastic first impression ✨. From the front desk to the rooms, the entire hotel is incredibly well-designed, clean, and stylish. My room was spacious, the bedding was crisp and fresh, and the natural light and ventilation were excellent, keeping the air fresh and not stuffy at all. The smart assistant in the room was super convenient; I could control the TV, curtains, and bathroom features with ease. The decor was elegant yet uncluttered, making for a truly comfortable stay. Plus, Wanda Plaza is right across the street, making dining, entertainment, and getting around incredibly convenient. Everything was impeccable – I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!"
