"I went to Zibo for a musical show at Zibo Grand Theater and Hilton Garden Inn Zibo is a perfect location which is only 5-mins walk away. The hotel is relatively new and I have booked the Premier Twin room which has more than enough room space for 3 persons staying, even after an extra tollaway bed has been added. The interior is well-furnished and well-maintained. The front desk staffs are all friendly and helpful. However, there are few facilities in the hotel especially food. There is a restaurant on the 5/F but the food list on the menu is relatively short and portion is relatively big for single traveller or a couple. Besides, no room service for food during my stay despite there is a long list of F&B menu inside the room."

"The room is clean, well-equipped, and the view outside the window is great. The service is great! After checking in, the concierge (estimated height 190 🤭 tall and handsome 🤭) took the initiative to help with the luggage, led us to the room, and introduced the hotel's facilities and guest rooms. I wanted to tip the little brother, but I didn't have any cash on me, so embarrassing 😅 The little brother also hurriedly said no, which made me embarrassed 😅 In the room, I also saw the toys prepared by the hotel for the children, as well as warm little cards, welcome fruits, children's toothbrushes, and children's slippers. She was also very patient in answering all our questions and helped us with parking. Thumbs up to her! The suite has two bathrooms and two sinks. The bedroom and living room are separate, and both are large. This suite is superb; I'm very satisfied with this stay!"

The free minibar, delicious breakfast, and attentive service (especially the anniversary gift) all combined to create a truly wonderful stay. "The room was clean and spacious. The 1.35-meter bed was perfect for families with children. Since it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, the front desk even gave us Mid-Autumn gifts! Hotel guests can enjoy the hot springs for free. Children between 1.2m and 1.5m were charged an additional 30 and 60 for the bath, respectively. The kids had a blast! The hot springs were very relaxing, and breakfast was rich and delicious. The accommodation was clean and hygienic, with a huge laundry room. Plus, Zibo BBQ is amazing! This hotel was definitely the highlight of our trip!"
